Ivy Rock Partners are supporting an international sustainability-focused not-for-profit organisation in their recruitment for a Global Financial Controller for a 10 month FTC.

This is a pivotal role leading the financial control and statutory reporting across multiple geographies. You’ll oversee a small, high-performing finance team, ensuring robust controls, compliance with international standards, and accurate, timely reporting.

As a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, you’ll provide strong financial stewardship, manage global audits, and drive improvements in systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and oversight of robust financial controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and prevention of errors or fraud.

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Accounting functions across multiple countries.

• Oversee payroll and intercompany balances, ensuring efficient cash management and minimisation of FX risk.

• Lead preparation of annual audits, statutory accounts, and the consolidated group financial report.

• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements across global offices.

• Maintain and streamline organisational policies, including anti-fraud, bribery and corruption, procurement, and modern slavery.

What You’ll Bring

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, FCA or equivalent).

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Data Analyst to work on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week. Alternatively, we will consider part-time hours on a job share basis.

As part of NEA’s Policy and Advocacy Directorate, you will work within our highly effective Insights and Impact team, as we focus on a decade of delivery that guarantees a fair energy future for all and ensures those on the lowest incomes and living in the least efficient homes receive the support needed to protect health and wellbeing.

The post holder will support National Energy Action in harnessing the power of data analysis and visualisation in the delivery of our charitable aims. They will form part of a process to embed a ‘data driven culture’ within the charity, enhancing our capability and capacity to:

What you will need to succeed

You will have demonstrable and applied experience in a data analyst role and hold an appropriate qualification in a relevant subject. You will be familiar and confident in using data visualisation tools and programming languages to manipulate, analyse and present data.

A compelling communicator you will have the ability to translate complex data into easily digestible, accessible and actionable insights that can be easily understood by diverse stakeholders. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively, and able to upskill others to be empowered to perform within their roles, with knowledge of clinical excellence. You will have:

• Registered Clinical Profession; Specialist Registered Mental Health Nurse, Non Medical Prescriber qualification or equivalent
• Proven leadership in clinical service delivery within health, social care, or third sector settings
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving service excellence
• Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
• Thorough understanding of risk management and able to share this with colleagues at all levels through training, meetings and one to one support

The Job

We are recruiting Finance Business Partners to support research teams and collaborate closely with the central finance team. In this role, you will be part of a research centre, working with budget holders and research leads to provide an effective and efficient financial service. Research funding comes from a mixture of grants/contracts from government, foundations, and (to a lesser extent) corporates.

Responsibilities will include producing regular quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, supporting project costing, overseeing financial management of research projects, and providing variance analysis. You will also collaborate on the production of management accounts, support financial accruals and income recognition, and contribute to the preparation of annual statutory accounts. Additionally, you will oversee auditing processes, ensure project reporting meets funding requirements, and support the implementation of a new finance system.

The Person

We are looking for an ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with experience in business partnering, financial project management, and setting budgets and forecasts. Experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector is advantageous, as is knowledge of different funders, philanthropic foundations, government departments, international organisations, businesses, and NGOs (grants and donor reporting). The Role 

We are looking for an experienced Social Workers to join our London & South East Team supporting children and young people diagnosed with cancer.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality support tailored to the needs of the children and young people and their families. The work we do is rewarding but also complex and demanding. You will be part of a close-knit Young Lives vs Cancer social work team, working with an established NHS multi-disciplinary team and services in the community.

This role is part home, part site-based. Your contractual base will be both Home and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

About You

You will have:

• A recognised Social Worker qualification and current registration with Social Work England/ Scottish Social Services Council/Social Care Wales/Northern Ireland Social Care Council

• Sound knowledge of child and young people development.
• An understanding of the impact of serious illness for children, young people and their families.

We’re looking for an SRHR Policy and Advocacy Adviser (up to the end of June 2026) to play a key role in the final phase of a donor-funded programme as part of the Countdown 2030 Europe network. In this short but high-impact role, you will help deliver key influencing opportunities on the UK Government’s commitments to SRHR, while maintaining influential relationships across government, Parliament and civil society. You’ll also lead political influencing on major advocacy moments — including the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) and the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) — in meaningful partnership with young people.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a fellow SRHR Policy and Advocacy Adviser and the Senior Policy and Advocacy Manager, combining strengths to maximise our influence and deliver real impact for girls’ rights.

As part of our dynamic Policy, Campaigns and Youth team, you’ll work collaboratively across Plan International UK and with our federation partners to ensure our influencing strategies remain credible, evidence-based, and rooted in feminist, anti-racist and decolonial approaches.

You’ll bring strong policy and advocacy experience, ideally with a track record of shaping UK Government policy and working on SRHR. Confident in building and managing high-level relationships, including with senior government officials, you’ll be quick to apply your expertise in producing persuasive policy positions and communications. You’ll also be a champion for youth-centred influencing, supporting young people to engage meaningfully in global advocacy spaces.

Experience of working within the UN system and knowledge of SRHR multilateral financing mechanisms would be an advantage.

Your New Role
