This Service Designer role primary focus will be partnering with the Service Transformation team to redesign and scale key support services – such as clinical trials support, direct referrals, health professional education programmes and outreach to underserved communities.
You’ll apply Service Design tools and methods to live projects, helping teams understand user needs, map journeys, prototype ideas and test improvements in practice. While your day-to-day work will sit within service transformation projects, you’ll also act as a connector to the wider digital team – bringing in the UX Designer, Content Designer and Innovation Lead as needed to ensure the right expertise is embedded at the right stage.

You will be joining a supportive and ambitious Fundraising department as we embark on a new fundraising strategy (2025-2029), with a renewed focus on growing our supporter numbers alongside growing our income, so we can increase our impact for people with cystic fibrosis. This is a key role in the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships team to help achieve its plans for growth.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of major donor relationships to raise substantial donations in line with agreed targets.
- Research, identify and cultivate new major donors and build strong ongoing relationships with existing supporters.
- Support the development and implementation of an effective major donor fundraising strategy to grow income over time.
- Organise and deliver high quality cultivation and stewardship events.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify projects that would be of interest to current and prospective major donors and prepare tailored proposals to secure funding.
We’re looking for someone with experience of fundraising from High-Net-Worth Individuals and a track record of securing high value gifts, with great communication and relationship building skills. You will have experience designing and delivering high impact stewardship programmes and an understanding of the legal, financial and ethical issues related to major gifts.

About the role
This is a key role in providing administration and organisational support to the CEO and the Board. The successful candidate must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. This is a part-time position with flexibility on the number of days worked each week, with a minimum of one to two days in the office.

- Manage the Chief Executive's schedule and diary ensuring there is adequate time for meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Provide project support and co-ordinate briefing packs for the Chief Executive to ensure they have comprehensive information for any meetings and activities.
- Manage the Boards meeting schedule and calendar of events.
- Attend meetings, including the Annual General Meeting, to take and produce accurate minutes and update the Rolling Agenda and Actions Sheet.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
In this role you will have 6 key responsibilities:
Financial: Managing a portfolio of high-value relationships and to deliver income at the agreed annual target in the first year with an expectation this will rise year on year.
Management: You will be one of the first points of contact internally for trusts/foundations and individual major donors (IMD) related queries and will work in accordance with the major giving team strategic plan and existing procedures, practices and standards.
Relationship:You will seek to actively develop and manage excellent relationships with an agreed portfolio of trusts/foundations and IMD capable of donating a minimum of £25,000 or more as a single gift each year. In addition you will need to:
- Develop and implement professionally written action plans which will engage, inform and nurture prospects and donors to deliver gifts at the agreed level.
- Undertake timely administration to capture and record knowledge of supporters within the customer relationship management database. Work with the organisation’s systems team to utilise this information to enhance applications and giving levels
- Pro-actively develop relationships with key stakeholders within the MAF organisation(s)
- Present MAF proposals alone or with others, (member of the operational field team, CEO etc), to prospects and donors.
- Participate in events to develop relationships with donors, inviting individuals from portfolios where appropriate and co-ordinate visits to MAF overseas operations where appropriate to introduce these donors directly to the work of MAF.
Information: Information management and analytical thinking is essential as you will present detailed, accurate and high-quality fundraising proposals to prospects and donors, ensuring any specific deadlines or funding windows are complied with. In addition you will need to:
- Ensure that donors are thanked appropriately for their gifts with timely and appropriate reports, letters and phone call.
- Provide timely ‘report backs’ that are appropriate/agreed with each donor, to evidence effective use of funding and to encourage the opportunity to make further applications based on good stewardship and achievement of agreed outcomes.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge, and the funding priority, of projects available for funding by trusts/foundations supporters and prospects.
- Actively seeking to grow the trusts/foundations portfolio and income through the use of research
- Attending regular appropriate training courses, external forums and networks to ensure continuous personal development
Major Donor team (practice/ procedures/training):As a key member of the team you will need to ensure procedures and standards are developed/maintained to ensure we are effective and compliant with any legislation/regulation.
CRM Database: To provide support to the Partnership Executive, who will be the team’s CRM database lead and maintain a thorough working understanding of MAF UK’s CRM system in order to answer specific team queries. You will need to support the teams day-to-day CRM activities including producing reports, importing data, adding activities, amending details and any other relevant tasks
In line with all staff in MAF UK you will be required to:

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager (Partnership Management) - 12 Month Contract to join our London team.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will have experience working in a fast-paced national Corporate Partnerships team, with at least 4 years’ experience in either high-value 6 and 7 figure Account Management or New Business. This role is responsible for growing the year-round corporate fundraising revenue in in the UK through existing or new partners.
This will achieved by:
- Implementing the strategy for Commercial and Fundraising partnerships under management
- Developing and managing a portfolio of partners worth over £500,000
- Developing and managing a robust pipeline of high value(6 figure) commercial and/or philanthropic prospects
- Working collaboratively with other Movember income teams in the UK, Europe and in our other key markets, as well as with other Movember functions locally and globally (marketing and impact in particular)

Overview
At Young Roots, we want to see a compassionate and welcoming society for young refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. We work alongside young people seeking safety in the UK, building trusted relationships, providing practical and emotional support and promoting young people’s rights and power.
Our youth clubs and casework are transformative for young refugees, allowing young people who have fled danger, had traumatic journeys and who are often here alone, to find community and connection, have a space to be a young person and access support in addressing a whole range of practical challenges they face. We also draw on our evidence from working every day with young refugees and asylum seekers to call for change to the laws and policies which are harming young people.
The Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of our youth development programme for young refugees and asylum seekers.
You will be focused on ensuring our programme activities achieve our outcomes, are in line with our strategy and identify areas for change and development under the direction of the Head of Services. An excellent communicator and skilled at working with partners, you will be key in the implementation and running all of our weekly youth activities, including a Youth Club and Advice and Support Hub working closely with the Youth Development Worker and having oversight of our weekly Young Women’s group.
As an experienced manager, you will lead our team of skilled youth workers, working alongside the Brent team to provide holistic support to young asylum seekers and refugees in Brent.
You will prioritise the participation of young people in all activities, ensuring excellent safeguarding by following our policy and protocols, and ensure that we collect excellent data for monitoring and evaluation and to aid our future planning. You will also assist with staff and volunteer recruitment and reporting to our funding partners.
The Youth Development Coordinator will hold a Designated Safeguarding Officer role at Young Roots for which they will receive full training.

Smart Works is looking for a Head of Data & Impact to play a pivotal part in ensuring that Smart Works is a data-driven organisation, where insight and analysis underpin strategic decision-making and service delivery.
At its core, this position is responsible for overseeing the how the charity measures impact. The successful candidate will lead on management of the charity’s central database—used across all centres—to manage client, volunteer and referrer information. About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead IRMO’s Education, Training and Employment (ETE) programme. You’ll manage a dedicated team and oversee a range of initiatives that support our community’s social, cultural and economic integration in the UK.
The ETE programme offers tailored English classes, one-to-one coaching, employability workshops, vocational training and mentoring. It also includes oversight of IRMO’s volunteer scheme, which is an integral part of service delivery and offers meaningful roles for volunteers across the programme. The Programme Manager will play a key role in developing and strengthening this area, and we are currently working towards the Investing in Volunteers quality mark.
These initiatives help people build the skills they need to access and progress in the UK labour market, while also increasing their civic and social participation. All of our work is shaped by the views and experiences of our beneficiaries, and we are committed to keeping our services relevant and responsive.
As Programme Manager, you’ll lead the strategic development of the ETE area, ensuring our work is high-quality, responsive to the needs of our community and making a real impact. You’ll also help grow the programme by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new ones.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring solid experience as both a project and line manager, with a track record of overseeing multiple initiatives, delivering against KPIs and communicating impact clearly. You’ll be confident managing people and priorities, with a keen eye for detail and a leadership style that brings out the best in your team.
You will have a strong understanding of the barriers Latin Americans face when accessing education and employment in the UK, and a genuine passion for advancing the rights and welfare of migrants and refugees.
You’ll also lead on embedding a human rights-based approach across our work through the London Communities Human Rights Programme – a four-year partnership with the British Institute of Human Rights, focused on shared learning, collaboration and innovation.

Main Purpose of the Role:
To lead the Support Team to provide emotional and practical support to families and individuals living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It includes leading the support team to provide 1-2-1 and group support provided in person or virtually, and creating and growing support networks for the wider Duchenne community which includes Duchenne parents/caregivers; young people and adults living with Duchenne; extended family and friends; and professionals in environments such as schools, local authorities and clinics.
Specific Tasks:
The focus areas and key deliverables of this role are as follows:

Develop a clear process for identifying case loads and capacity for the Support Team.

Identify opportunities, alongside the team, for cross team working - including residentials; family events; Science Educations workshops with regional meetups and education visits to schools and local authorities.

Obtain, decipher and provide training to the Support Team on new updates relevant to Duchenne families, such as DLA, EHCP and more.

Work closely with your team, to ensure that each family receives the best support possible, and that long-term support is provided.

Lead on the development and delivery of monthly reporting of engagement and support contact, which will feed into the wider All Through Support journey.

To work with the Head of Operations and Events to contribute to Agenda topics and speakers from the community; assign roles for the conference to the Support Team.

Establish a database for external stakeholders also supporting those living with Duchenne on a national basis, fed in to from the Support Team.

To develop a triaging and caseload process for the Support Team, and how best to regularly monitor this.
