About you:

The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.
It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. The service is provided by senior trainees who are in the process of completing their therapy training.

Role purpose
The Minster Centre is seeking to develop and further professionalise its operations and is recruiting to a new Head of Finance role. This is a part-time, flexible role for two days per week in the first instance. Some time in the office will be needed to work alongside other staff and key stakeholders – this can be managed flexibly alongside working from home. The role would therefore suit someone who wants to balance an interesting and senior role alongside other responsibilities or interests.
The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the charity, owning and ensuring compliance to financial policies and procedures. You will provide strategic financial guidance to the Management Committee and contribute to the delivery of the charity’s financial strategies.
Early priorities will be:
- A review of existing financial policies and procedures to support the ongoing effective running of the charity.
- Working with the Lead team to ensure the charity’s finances are sustainable long-term

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CRM and Customer Data Lead to join the Data Services Team.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the CRM and Customer Data Lead will ensure that the charity get the most out of the CRM data so that it can deliver insight driven selections and segmentations for the whole organisation, supporting and collaborating with colleagues to reach and engage with customers in a compliant and customer-centred way.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversight and continuous improvement of CRM data.
- Selection analysis and visualisations that support product owners to have a deeper understanding of our customers.

- Oversight and continuous improvement of Third party and Internal Data imports and exports with a focus on increasing the knowledge and utilisation of the organisations ETL tools such as Blender to provide business continuity and consistent, clean data quality.

- Managing, developing and using a CRM database to meet organisation needs.
- Change management projects to support an organisation in better use of data and insight.

Role Overview
The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the organisation, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, and support for performance management and employee relations. Person Specification

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Director of Finance and IT with a health research charity, on a full-time (or part-time - 4 days per week), permanent basis. What the job involves
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis covering an internal secondment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, people-orientated, Customer Experience/ Supporter Care professional to join an established team at one of the most dynamic charities in the UK.
You’ll be a critical part of the Customer Experience and Engagement Team in our Communications Directorate. Focussing on supporter care, you’ll be committed to building and strengthening long term relationships with our customers – from service users to fundraisers, from campaigners to volunteers. You’ll enjoy keeping customers coming back for more.
We’re transforming our culture to be customer and insight driven and this role will play a major part in making that happen. You’ll be supporting the Customer Experience Manager in gathering customer intelligence and implementing evidence-based insights to reinforce and improve customer journeys.

You’ll have experience working in a busy, customer-focused support team and enjoy the “nuts and bolts” of delivering customer-centred, insights-led experiences just as much as delivering the experience itself. You’ll help strengthen the relationships we have with our customers, so together we can create a world where lives aren’t limited by prostate cancer.
You’ll be comfortable dealing with complaints and able to engage with a wide range of customers, showing enthusiasm or empathy when it’s needed.
You’ll be a strong communicator, able to adapt your style to suit different people and situations and have experience building good relationships at all levels of an organisation. You’ll be comfortable highlighting the impact that every stakeholder has on our customers’ experiences. Proactive, collaborative, and a real people person, you’ll work well under pressure as part of a dynamic team.
You’ll have experience using a CRM system (like Raiser’s Edge) and understand the importance of handling sensitive data in line with GDPR regulations. Ideally, you’ll also have a good understanding of fundraising rules, including Gift Aid.

Age UK Croydon have an established befriending service providing one-to-one befriending for older people in their home. We are now launching a new and exciting Gift of Friendship (GoF) Programme to run alongside this existing face to face and telephone befriending service.
The GoF programme will offer a new additional person-centred companionship service where volunteers and older people are matched to reduce loneliness and isolation together.
