What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to a new early-intervention mental health service in Ealing, helping clinicians, families, schools and partner agencies work smoothly together to support children and young people.
- Managing referrals, enquiries and appointment coordination for families, schools and professionals
- Liaising with multi-agency partners and supporting the delivery of workshops, consultations and community interventions
- Maintaining accurate service data, producing reports and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Handling day-to-day team administration, including correspondence, meeting support and general operational tasks
- Representing the service at internal and external meetings and working in line with safeguarding, EDI and organisational policie
What you’ll bring
You’ll be well suited to this role if you’re organised, collaborative and able to work effectively in a busy multidisciplinary setting, supporting services that work directly with children, young people and families.
- Experience working in a busy office setting, ideally within a health, education or voluntary-sector service
- Strong administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping, data collation and producing reports
- Ability to build effective working relationships with families, clinicians and multi-agency partners
- Advanced IT skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
- Confidence managing sensitive information, prioritising competing deadlines and working both independently and collaboratively
Key details
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week: usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible
Salary: £27,040 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme
Location: Ealing Community sites (Greenford Service Centre, Oldfield Lane South, Greenford UB6 9LB) and occasionally at the Anna Freud office, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH. There will also be some remote working.

THE ROLE
The Deputy Director of Development will play a key part in helping us achieve our philanthropic goals. This role provides a real opportunity to make a tangible difference: devising and shaping strategy, driving forward our stewardship and legacies programme, building key relationships with major donors, and working closely with the Director of Development on the next advances in this vital area of the school’s work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic relationship manager who is highly motivated, creative, and intellectually curious, with experience of working within a fundraising or relatable field. We are looking for a dedicated colleague who will enjoy working across a vibrant constituency within a beautiful architectural setting to deepen philanthropic relationships between the school and its alumni and parent body.
While this role is 40 hours per week, year round, we are open to discussion about working arrangements including hybrid working to attract a candidate who can help us achieve our ambitions.

I'm partnering with a well-established community charity in North West London to recruit a Specialist Debt Adviser for an impactful, resident-focused project. This is a brilliant opportunity for an accredited adviser who wants to deliver high-quality, FCA-regulated debt advice as part of a supportive, community-centred team.
Working on-site three days a week, you'll provide comprehensive casework support to local residents - helping people stabilise their financial situation, maximise income, negotiate with creditors and access the wider wellbeing, training and support services available through the charity and its partners.
You'll be employed on a fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent (subject to funding), and will benefit from dedicated professional supervision from a specialist debt-advice organisation.
The role
As the Specialist Debt Adviser, you will:
Deliver full, regulated debt advice in line with FCA standards and the Debt Advice Quality Framework
Manage a varied and ongoing caseload, conducting weekly face-to-face appointments
Prepare detailed financial statements, negotiate repayment plans and advocate for clients
Support income maximisation (benefit checks, grants, vouchers, DHPs, etc.)
Maintain high-quality case records and ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR and internal standards

About you

Location: This is a remote working role, with monthly in-person team meetings which take place in London or Birmingham. Due to additional in-person events and meetings, as appropriate to the role and usually in London, the Fundraiser should be either based in London or within commutable distance.

- Produce accurate and timely, monthly management accounts including detailed insightful commentary and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required
- Work with budget holders to review performance, agree budgets and conduct regular forecasts

- Work with the Head of Finance to produce long-term financial analysis to inform strategy
- Be responsible for automated reporting and key analytical insights across all database sources

- Communicate financial principles to non-finance staff, building their skillsets to enable them to effectively manage their budgets and forecasts

Essential Knowledge, skills, and experience:
