We are looking for a dynamic Senior Analyst to manage and deliver information, data, and analysis to help Youth Futures build evidence for impact.
You will work with the Head of Evaluation (Data Lead) and Principal Economist to support the design, delivery and management of data systems, and conduct analysis and research. You will be responsible for ensuring evaluation data is in the correct format for uploading to the Secure Research Service. You will also use your analytical expertise to extract insights from data, identify trends, and liaise with policy and communication teams for external use. You will also support YFF's evaluation team in scoping opportunities for new evaluations, and critically review evaluation proposals to ensure designs are high quality and cost effective and that the most suitable evaluators are commissioned, Finally, this is also an opportunity to work on data visualisation projects to ensure the data and analysis is linked correctly and efficiently. This is an opportunity for an analyst with excellent analysis and data skills to work for a busy I&E directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with two teams in the Impact and Evidence Directorate. A part of the role will also be working with other teams, such as policy and communications, to translate complex analysis and evaluation findings into accessible, user-centred outputs and briefings for internal and external use.
This role can be based at any of our hubs located in London, Birmingham or Leeds. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

We are looking for someone to work with a clear strategy and then develop, grow and successfully manage our Youth Advisory (YAG) and Alumni groups, as well as lead the engagement of families / support networks. The ideal candidate is someone who will ensure interns accessing the DFN Project SEARCH model are at the heart of decision making and who will champion their rights and their participation. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of advocacy and the rights and entitlements of young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
We are in our third year of running our YAG and yet to launch our Alumni offer. This role will therefore involve leading the implementation, development, and growth of the membership of both DFN Project SEARCH YAG and Alumni group. This will include planning and facilitating a programme of activities throughout the year for YAG and Alumni members, which we hope will be a mix of in person and online events.
This post holder will also provide ongoing training to YAG, Alumni and parent/carer members and facilitate their participation in our advocacy work. There will also be opportunities to deliver training to our central and partner teams alongside members of these groups

We are seeking a passionate and motivated stakeholder engagement specialist to work across our portfolio of programmes. The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, particularly across the Education, Health and Social Care or Youth sectors, promoting our work and recruiting delegates to Ygam workshops. Outstanding communication skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement engagement plans and projects are essential. Public speaking or training delivery experience would be beneficial.
Main roles & responsibilities:
You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement across Ygam’s portfolio of programmes. You will develop long lasting relationships with schools, colleges and children’s services, promoting Ygam’s work and recruiting delegates to our workshops.
You will work across the programme team, developing relationships throughout the UK, training professionals to understand the impact and risks of gaming and gambling. You will also be responsible for promoting and marketing the work of Ygam at conferences and events.
You may, on occasion be required to arrange and deliver our City & Guilds assured workshops, both online and face to face and provide support to delegates post training, updating all relevant records and CRM systems.

We have an opportunity for a Head of Strategic Planning to join our team. The role reports to the Chief Finance and Resources Officer, in the Finance and Resources directorate. The role is responsible for leading the Strategic Planning team and currently has two direct reports.
The role is responsible for leading the team to support the organisation to ensure alignment of strategic ambitions with the Corporate Plan and associated corporate processes. The team provide expertise in business planning, corporate planning and oversight and governance to the organisations strategic programme of projects.
Responsibilities include:
You will provide oversight of the governance and reporting to SMT of the strategic transformation projects and support the team in the monitoring, tracking and reporting of the delivery plan projects to senior stakeholders
You will have accountability for providing strategic analysis to our Senior Management Team and subcommittees to enable robust operational and strategic decisions.
You will lead a dispersed team to coordinate and mature the organisations strategy management; business planning processes: corporate plan: programme/project management.
You will drive a high performing culture, inspiring, coaching and empowering your team.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and teams and have strong stakeholder management to build relationships across the organisation.
You will use your expertise to partner with key stakeholders to champion our corporate processes and enhance our strategic maturity level to support our strategic ambitions.

Essential criteria
- Experience of leading and developing dispersed, high performing team to deliver excellent service to internal stakeholders
- Significant experience of delivering the key elements of the strategy management system, and the ability to provide professionally presented strategic analysis to senior audiences
- Demonstrable experience of program/project management and relevant qualification i.e. PgM, Prince 2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner
- Solid stakeholder management experience at senior level i.e. SMT and Chief Executive, incl influencing senior decision makers, teams and colleagues
- Ability to facilitate difficult discussions with diverse range of stakeholders
- Significant experience of collaborating with and influencing internal customers to create effective business processes
- Experience of making sense of complex strategic issues, and the ability to triangulate data and metrics with strategic learning
- Knowledgeable in business excellence frameworks such as EFQM
