About the role:

The Junior Content Producer is a new role that will play a pivotal role in supporting the Content Team to deliver Drinkaware’s multimedia content strategy by creating engaging multimedia content. The role is key in ensuring that the public can make conscious, informed choices about alcohol and can find help if they need it.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Content

• Manage the Content Team’s production Monday boards, to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked and deadlines are met
• Manage content requests in line with the content development process
• Support the Creative Content Lead and Senior Digital Content Officer with digital and printed content production and delivery
• Support the Operations and Programmes, Partnerships and Research teams with content creation and delivery

Social media

• Support the Senior Digital Content Officer with the delivery of the social media plan by scheduling social content in line with our content panning cycles
• Build relationships with specific audiences through community management across social media channels, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, which includes finding influencers/advocates/case studies for Drinkaware
• Monitor social channels for reactive engagement opportunities and flag any reputational risks emerging on socials
• Proactively stay ahead of social media trends and ensure our channels are affectively developed and maintained

Contribute

• Support the Creative Content Lead with the creation and delivery of website content and email marketing, ensuring this feeds directly into the overarching content strategy.

Overview / purpose of the role

We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Officer who is interested in developing a career in bookkeeping and/or accountancy within the nonprofit sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a finance or operations role who is looking to build on that foundation and grow their skills in a mission-driven organisation.

You don’t need to have specific qualifications in finance or accounting - what matters most is a strong interest in charity finance, excellent attention to detail, and motivation to grow professionally. The Finance & Operations Officer is a central resource within CGP, working with colleagues in the Operations Team, and across the organisation to provide financial and operational support to all areas of our work. They will work closely with the Head of Operations & Evaluation to process invoices, expenses and conduct weekly payment runs, ensuring that all financial policies and procedures are carefully adhered to. They will also support colleagues to follow our financial policies and processes and act as the first point of contact for any questions on these procedures. Responsibilities

Finance

• Managing our accounts payable inbox, monitoring all incoming invoices and following up with team members on any missing information if required

• Processing and coding invoices  in Xero accounting software ahead of weekly payment runs

• Checking that correct coding and approval procedures are followed for staff expenses

• Conducting weekly payment runs via our online banking system

• Coordinating our monthly payroll processes (working with external providers)

• Working with the Head of Operations & Evaluation and Director of Finance to support the development of funding proposals

• Working with the Head of Operations & Evaluation and Director of Finance to support financial reporting on grants for external donors

• Supporting the Head of Operations & Evaluation and Director of Finance with general financial administration, record keeping and tracking budgets

• Provide training on expense and invoicing processes to new members of staff and generally acting as the first point of contact for all staff on any finance procedure questions (full training will be provided)

• Supporting the Senior Management Team (SMT) and our Director of Finance to develop the annual organisational budget and report against it quarterly

Office Management & General Operational Support

• Acting as the key point of contact between CGP & our coworking office space (organising memberships, meeting room bookings, invoices, printing credits, equipment, internal events etc.)

• Maintain/organise our filing and cloud storage systems logically and efficiently, in a data protection compliant manner.

• Ad hoc IT support as required, including online troubleshooting and logging support requests with service providers when necessary.

• General administrative support to the CEO and Head of Operations & Evaluation

Human Resources

• Support with recruitment processes within CGP, including assisting members of the team to schedule and coordinate job interviews, contact candidates and file incoming applications.

Person specification

The right candidate will bring some prior experience in a relevant role, alongside enthusiasm for nonprofit finance and operations. They will have an aptitude for maths and finance,  excellent attention to detail and a meticulous, methodical approach to work and troubleshooting.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1–2 years of experience in a finance, bookkeeping, administrative, or operations role

• Is interested in building a career in nonprofit finance and is open to pursuing further financial training

• Is broadly supportive of UK Aid 

• Is an independent worker, self-starter who can take responsibility for projects through to completion

• Has excellent IT skills, proficient with MS Office programmes (particularly Excel) and Google Workspace, and the ability to learn to use new software as required (for example, Xero, Soldo and Salesforce)

Day Care Officer – Day Care Centres 

Age UK Camden Day Care Centres are looking to recruit a Day Care Officer to cover  20 hours a week in shifts (4 x 5 hours) across our two Day Care Centres. 

There is a need to be flexible to be able to cover all days Monday to Friday and days are subject to change based on the rota. 

We are also looking to recruit a Day Care Officer on a 25 hour week for maternity cover on a fixed term contract starting on the 1st September 2025 for 39 weeks. 

Our Centres provide a wide range of activities as well as being a specialist Day Care Centres caring for older people with complex needs. The Day Care Centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of special events. We have a dedicated, specialist team supporting people with care needs, including those living with mild - moderate dementia and complex needs. 

The successful candidates will: 

• Have shared responsibility in the team for the implementation of a comprehensive service of care and support for service users 

• Act as a key worker for individual clients

• Deliver holistic and person centred wellbeing services which provide service users with social interaction and support to maintain their personal interests. 

Salary: Starting at SCP 4 £25,209.19 pa incl. London Weighting for 35 hpw - pro rata for part time which is £14,405.25 for 20 hours per week and £18,006.56 pa for a 25 hour week) 

(Staff work across both centres so need to be able to travel to Kings Cross and Hampstead.  Shifts range in times across the day and you must be able to work all the various shifts)

The purpose of this role is to drive policy development across our policy priority areas. The Policy Officer will lead on specific policy projects, commissioning research, developing policy positions, and producing reports and consultation responses.

Role Overview: In this new role as Fundraising Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of our fundraising strategy and manage our fundraising portfolio. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to manage and collaborate with an external development/implementation partner and coordinate the smooth adoption of Salesforce within the Charity.  This critical role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, training, and post-implementation support. You will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.

 Main Responsibilities

• Work with the Director or Finance & Operations (DFO)  to invite tenders for and engage a development / implementation partner to support the adoption of this phase of Salesforce implementation
• Work with the development/implementation partner to develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage the execution of these plans, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner to gather and document business requirements from relevant team members to translate these into technical specifications.
