The Care Navigator will support those with long term conditions to access timely care and community support services. Working closely with Camden GP practices and Integrated Care Teams is required as is accurate record keeping using IT systems. Through timely intervention and care co-ordination, unnecessary hospital admissions, GP appointments and residential placements will be reduced.
The successful candidate will come from an information/advice, social care or health background, must be computer literate, and have excellent people and communication skills, and able to work in a multi-disciplinary team. Experience of person centred planning is required. It is important that a candidate promotes a culture that values, protects and uses information for the success of the organisation and benefit of its clients/patients. For this role it is essential that you to have the ability to travel across Camden as the role involves visiting clients in their own homes. This is a full time role with no job share opportunity and works out of GP practices in Camden. AUC offers a contributory pension, and season ticket or bicycle loan facility.

Role Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity for an early career development professional to devise and manage an ambitious fundraising and engagement strategy for regular and annual donors thus helping to create a sustainable culture of philanthropy at Eton.
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Philanthropy & Engagement Associate will be responsible for the execution and management of a comprehensive regular and annual giving programme, including the coordination and oversight of supporting initiatives in the areas of donor relations, development services and stewardship.
As a crucial and integral part of the College’s development team, the Philanthropy & Engagement Associate will be an innovative and skilled development professional with demonstrable experience of best practice in regular and annual giving techniques.

Main Duties
- Work with the Director of Development and Executive Director of Communications, Engagement and Development to create and implement a highly ambitious and sustainable regular and annual giving strategy in support of the College’s short, medium, and long-term vision.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of regular and annual giving activities.
- Prepare and manage detailed plans for the execution of appeals including digital, direct mail and/or personal solicitations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure rigorous gift management administrations systems and accurate maintenance of prospect data.
- Manage follow-up action when pledges and gifts are received including ensuring that supporters are appropriately recognised and stewarded.
- Conduct data analysis to understand donor behaviour and prevailing themes and trends and develop data driven annual giving strategies.
- Support fundraising strategy through the implementation of strong support systems, and day-to-day administrative practices.
- Ensure all fundraising activities undertaken in support of the College are performed to the highest standards and in accordance with best practice as established by professional bodies such as CASE, IDPE and the Institute for Fundraising.
- Ensure that all activities comply fully with the relevant Data Protection and any other legislation in the UK and overseas.
- Work with external stakeholders, volunteers, and other supporters to maximise their relationships and networks.
- Produce timely, relevant, and accurate reports on progress and projections on all development activities.
- Maintain knowledge of best practice in fundraising and related matters, refreshing skills as necessary

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrable fundraising experience in a philanthropic role;

- Proven experience and proficiency in donor database formats; knowledge of ThankQ/Access Charity CRM a plus;

Job Purpose:
The Fundraising Manager (Grants & Trusts) will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful fundraising strategy focused on trusts, foundations, and statutory grants. They will identify new funding opportunities, build relationships with funders, and write compelling applications that align with St Bride Foundation’s mission and strategic priorities.
This role is crucial in securing core funding, project-specific grants, and capital funding, enabling us to expand our heritage, learning, and community engagement programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Grant & Trust Fundraising
- Develop and implement a revenue and capital fundraising strategy, identifying compelling propositions and packages, and setting and securing agreed targets.
- Research and identify trusts, foundations, and grant opportunities aligned with our mission.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of funding prospects, ensuring a strategic and proactive approach to fundraising.
- Write and submit high-quality, compelling funding applications for core, project, and capital funding.
- Track and meet application deadlines, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
- Work with the Board of Trustees to establish and manage a Fundraising Committee.
2. Relationship Management & Stewardship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with grant funders, trustees, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare engaging impact reports, updates, and presentations for funders.
- Ensure timely and effective stewardship and recognition of funders, increasing long-term support.
- Building internal relationships to developing an understanding of the work/projects and funding needs.
3. Strategy & Income Growth
- Develop and implement a trusts and grants fundraising strategy, setting targets and KPIs to maximise income.
- Work as part of the Senior Management Team to align funding applications with strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities for multi-year funding and partnerships that provide sustainable income.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, including progress towards goals, donor acquisition, and retention rates.
- Ensure all grants and funding received are managed effectively, with clear budgeting and financial reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date records of applications, funding received, and reporting deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Management team to ensure effective grant delivery and reporting.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Several years of proven experience in trusts and grants fundraising, with a track record of securing funding from foundations, trusts, and statutory bodies.
- Strong research and prospecting skills, identifying the right funders for key projects.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, able to create compelling grant applications and reports.
- Experience in relationship management, with the ability to engage funders and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting for grant-funded projects.
- Knowledge of the charity sector and fundraising best practices.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is a vibrant and growing charity delivering life changing nautical adventure for young people through the Sea Cadets to give them the best possible head start in life. We also provide personal and professional development opportunities for seafarers with the Marine Society. Working with our staff, cadets, and volunteers, we have built a vision and five-year strategy to take us forward and further improve the astounding contribution already made through our work to the lives of thousands of young people and seafarers, while fully supporting our volunteers who are vital to our success.
We are currently looking for an OTW Project Assistant who will support the delivery of the On The Water project at one of our boating stations in London. The project provides young people from outside Sea Cadets, age 9-14, the opportunity to get on the water, learn new skills and build confidence through boating activity. This is a very varied and rewarding role that requires someone who is self-motivated, inspiring, organised, creative, tenacious, positive, IT competent and with a real interest in people with a attention to detail and real enthusiasm for the project.
Project delivery takes place between 29 July 2024 and 30 August 2025 when the young people will be attending boating sessions. During this busy time the Project Assistant will be based at the boat station each day to complete registration, manage group change overs, track project targets, encourage survey completion and fill booking gaps. Prior to delivery the role will be focused on supporting the booking process and engaging in community outreach. Once delivery is complete, the Project Assistant role will then predominantly be supporting the evaluation and data collection as well as supporting participants to join their local Sea Cadet unit.
Key Responsibilities
- The welcoming and registration of participants for the On The Water project
- Collecting and uploading daily statistics and figures that show how the project is progressing
- Making new and repeat bookings
- Talking to participants and their parents/carers about the opportunities within Sea Cadets
- Managing a waiting list and reducing drop-outs
- Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of participants alongside the Boat Station staff
- Ensure that participants complete surveys to share their experience of the project and encourage adults to feedback on their young people’s experience

The Countess of Brecknock Hospice Charity is now seeking an experienced and inspirational Deputy Charity Director & Fundraiser to help shape and grow our future. Role: Deputy Charity Director & Fundraiser
Location: Offices based at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice in Andover, with some flexibility for hybrid working
Salary: circa £50,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)
Amongst other criteria, the successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record of successful income generation across multiple fundraising streams, ideally including major donors, events, trusts and foundations, legacies, corporate partnerships and community fundraising.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities, shape compelling cases for support, and deliver results.
- The confidence to operate at a senior level and deputise for the Charity Director when needed.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships with supporters, donors and volunteers.
- A deep connection to the mission of hospice care, and a commitment to our values of compassion, dignity and respect.

To meet the needs of this role you will need:
- Demonstrable experience of impactful leadership, working across organisations and a wide range of sectors and stakeholders.
- Experience of advocacy, engaging with external stakeholders to influence social change or public policy.
- Proven track record of securing significant financial resource for an organisation through large funding bids or other sources of income generation, ideally with a good knowledge of the tree and woodland funding sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, community groups, and the public.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to plan resources appropriately and understand financial reports including budgets/cashflow management, risk management and forecasting models.

We are looking for a Youth Caseworker to work alongside young refugees, asylum seekers and other young migrants who are at risk or in crisis, to ensure that they can access their statutory rights and achieve their full potential. The Youth Caseworker will provide holistic casework, advice and practical support to young people aged 14 to 24 years, working closely with statutory and voluntary organisations to ensure that the immediate and longer-term needs of young people are met.

ADSS is Kent’s biggest independent charity dedicated to providing support to people affected by dementia. Summary of the role
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the role will support the implementation of our 2030 Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with colleagues in Fundraising, Communications and Delivery Teams. The post holder will have responsibility for maintaining and growing Individual Giving, through key digital platforms. They will support the Head of Fundraising in researching and implementing new platforms as ADSS develops its fundraising capacity and capability.
The successful candidate will bring creativity, innovation, and great donor stewardship and retention skills to ensure that the Charity achieves its ambitious fundraising goals.
Main purpose of job
The individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for the delivery of ADSS fundraising from individual donors, primarily through digital platforms.
The post holder will handle stewardship contact with all individual donors and fundraisers with warmth and appropriate enthusiasm and sensitivity. Our supporters participate in a variety of events and have a range of motivations for giving to the Charity including families who are raising funds in memory of a loved one.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will gain exposure to a variety of income streams through collaboration with Fundraising colleagues and volunteers.
Together, you will explore opportunities to diversify ADSS’s funding streams and look for ways digital platforms can enhance Corporate and Community Fundraising and vice versa.
The Role Responsibilities
Maintain and grow ADSS’s income from individual supporters with a focus on digital platforms.
Lead on the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys.
Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, supporter-centric campaigns.
Fundraising Strategy and Planning:
·Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including regular giving, to support ADSS’s mission, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
·Organise and execute fundraising campaigns and events, including individual giving, special events, and online fundraising efforts.
·Prepare and present detailed reports on fundraising progress to leadership and maintain an accurate pipeline.
·Monitor expenditure for individual events and campaigns to secure a profitable return on investment.
·Support the team to identify and develop new revenue streams to increase support for ADSS programmes and services.
·Keep up to date with industry developments to contribute to the overall development of the fundraising department. Continually monitor digital trends and be willing to adapt to this quickly changing area.
Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
·In collaboration with the Communications Team, increase our geographical area of reach and influence, across Kent, to grow our donor base.
·Work with families and the wider ADSS team to support the development of case studies to tell donors the stories of ADSS’s work.
·Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring their continued support.
·Implement strategies for donor recognition and retention, including personalised outreach, acknowledgements, impact reports, and engagement opportunities.
·Develop and maximise communication tools and materials to keep all donors updated with our key messaging and impact.
·Engage with the community through various communication channels, promoting the organisation’s mission and fundraising opportunities.
·Manage online platforms and income pages of our website to maximise the potential channels for donation.
Corporate and Community Partnerships:
Work with the Corporate and Community Fundraisers to:
·Develop Individual Giving programmes within Corporate and Community partnerships
·Ensure that digital platforms support their efforts to cultivate relationships with local businesses and community groups to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind donations.
·Engage community leaders and influencers to increase visibility and support for ADSS’s fundraising efforts.
·Explore the role of digital platforms in new partnerships to diversify revenue streams and enhance community engagement.
Donor Database Management:
·Maintain and update our donor database, ensuring accurate records of donations, communications, and engagement history.
·Analyse one-off and regular giving performance and optimise programmes based on insights
·Manage the Membership recruitment process
·Track progress towards fundraising goals, preparing regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
·Work within GDPR and the Fundraising Code of Practice at all times.

Job Summary

This has enabled us to grow our reach and impact in equipping people and faith communities to be peacemakers working towards a more peaceful and reconciled world.
The new Director of Place for Hope will continue to develop Place for Hope as they work with Trustees, Staff and Volunteers to shape and finalise the next 5-year strategy that ensures Place for Hope is fit for purpose in a changing UK landscape for charities and faith communities. They will provide leadership and to be responsible for the overall management and administration of the charity within the strategic and accountability frameworks agreed by the Board of Trustees.
Previous experience essential to the role includes: values-based leadership; peace, conflict transformation and/or mediation; collaborating and communicating effectively with different Christian denominations and other faiths, excellent organisational and communication skills, and experience in income generation (including through building diverse partnerships).The ideal candidate would also have an interest in supporting faith communities to transform conflict, navigate change well and be able to support an internal CPD programme and culture of reflective practice.
