What will you be doing?
Contribute to hyh’s overall Fundraising strategy as a member of the Fundraising Team
- Identify, develop and support existing and new community and events fundraising activities to increase and generate significant net income and supporter engagement
- Provide excellent donor care for all fundraising activities, to develop productive and lasting relationships with the community and convert them into loyal supporters
- Assist the Head of Fundraising & Communications in the development and delivery of hyh’s Events and Communications Plans
- Update donor CRM databases and website

We have a new and exciting opportunity within Victim Support to provide Domestic Abuse case management interventions across Cumbria, as part of the Drive Project we are recruiting 2 x Perpetrator Case Workers (known internally as Case Managers) to cover Westmorland & Furness area.
Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. They work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together they have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. They also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

About the role:
These roles are based at Kendal Police Station, West Morland & Furness, Cumbria, and involve regular travel. Due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. As a Case Manager, you will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, you will work alongside existing agencies to design a co-ordinated, intervention plan, addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.
You will work closely with the IDVA's (integrated partner support) to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved. You will support individuals to make meaningful changes and contribute to improved quality of life and safer outcomes-helping offenders move away from the criminal justice system.
You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users. This may be within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse and offending.
We are seeking experienced professionals from domestic abuse, offender rehabilitation, or mental health backgrounds who bring strong case management expertise and a passion for behaviour change. This role involves delivering one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse, aiming to reduce long-term risk to current and future victims/survivors, and children.

Job Summary
Working with the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager, this role supports high-value corporate partnerships through engagement, stewardship, and identifying new opportunities aligned with the charity’s goals. This newly established role in the income team reflects the growth of MHI’s partnerships and offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious corporate fundraiser with a passion for digital mental health. MHI is at a pivotal point in its development, having experienced significant growth since launching in 2017. Over the past 18 months, a primary focus has been on cultivating several major partners to support our core services (Shout and The Mix) and the development of three new digital mental health products. We are now looking to focus on these key partners, while expanding our portfolio of new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with high value corporate partnerships, including the delivery of employee engagement activities and communications, fundraising events and challenges
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, delivering first class stewardship and identifying and maximising opportunities for wider engagement
- Support the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to steward and engage partners and prospects, including thought leadership, communications, events, volunteering and fundraising activities
- Support with business development, utilising Salesforce, Pearlfinders and LinkedIn to identify and track opportunities

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
As a senior member of Hestia's operations team, your role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of the organisation's strategic objectives. You will contribute to the development of Hestia's strategic goals and annual planning processes, translating these into a comprehensive Area Plan that aligns with the organisation's values and aims. This plan should be delivered effectively across services, with a focus on continuous improvement and outcome-driven service delivery. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service performance through a SMART annual business plan. Ensuring adherence to Hestia's policies and procedures is essential, as is contributing to their ongoing refinement. Building strong partnerships with voluntary and statutory sector providers is crucial to fostering best practices and a collaborative approach to service planning. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to shape external messaging and influence decision-making at both local and central levels.Effective resource management is a core aspect of the role. About the role and you
We are looking for a data professional to support and manage significant changes in the way our charity uses, processes and manages data. Our teams pride themselves on evidence-informed practice, using research and data to enhance their work at every stage. There are elements of our charity’s work which are unique to our field, making our data highly valuable in contributing to the future of preventing child sexual abuse. We collect data all the time: on the individual progress of our clients, the reach of our campaigns and the demand for our support. As part of our new Tech and Data Strategy, we are taking the next stage in our use of data analysis and data science, ensuring that we use our data more effectively and efficiently to support our teams in preventing child sexual abuse.
We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to help us make this change. You will be based in the LFF Research Team, reporting to our Director of Research and Impact.
This role will facilitate better use, processing and management of data across the organisation. It will focus on four areas:
- Data systems and structures
- Data analysis
- Data visualisation
- Data security and compliance
The postholder will work alongside experienced researchers to develop a new portfolio of priority projects to enhance our work. With no fixed task list or assigned service, this role offers the freedom to explore and innovate, identifying where data, data science, and data systems can drive real change.
This role will be remote or hybrid - we have offices in Bromsgrove, Epsom and Edinburgh.

About You

The calling of the Methodist Church is to respond to the gospel of God's love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission.
This is a grant funded role, fixed term for two years, with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role should funding allow.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide proactive, emotional, and practical support to families and individuals affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) across Scotland. The role will focus on early engagement, wellbeing assessment, community building, and delivery of workshops and events, while ensuring accurate tracking of support outcomes and data.
The successful candidate will also lead on support for young people living with Duchenne during 2 key transition points (primary to secondary school stage and moving into adulthood). They will work closely with the England-based Transitions Coordinator to deliver a joined-up programme of support across the UK.
Specific Tasks:
1. Proactive Family Support
- Initiate contact with newly registered families within agreed timeframes (email within 3 working days, call within 7–10 working days)
- Contact to be made to all registered Action Duchenne members, knows to us in Scotland, to ensure the current support offer is clear
- Provide ongoing support tailored to individual needs, including emotional wellbeing, physical health, housing, financial security, self-esteem and respect, decision-making, social engagement, quality of life, and access to care
- Use the Action Duchenne Assessment Form and Action Plan to identify and respond to areas of concern
2. Transitions Support
· Lead transition support across all nations, with a focus on Scotland, for children and young people facing key life changes, including:
· Moving between educational settings such as primary to secondary
· Transitioning from paediatric to adult health services
· Changes in mobility and independence (e.g. transitioning to using powerchairs)
· You will lead, but expected to work collaboratively with the England-based Transition Coordinator to ensure consistency and continuity of support across the UK
· Develop resources, guidance, and workshops to support families through transitions
3. Wellbeing Tracking and Outcome Measurement
· Administer wellbeing questionnaires and record scores across key domains (e.g. physical health, emotional wellbeing, financial security)
· Collaborate with families to co-create action plans and track progress
· Ensure all data is entered into CRM (E-Tapestry or similar) within the allotted timeframe, i.e. immediately after or during the call.
4. Community Engagement and Event Delivery
· Organise and deliver regional meetups (minimum one per quarter)
· Facilitate support groups (virtual and in-person) for parents, young people, and extended family
· Support delivery of workshops and events aligned with programme schedule (e.g. music, life skills, employability)
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
· Liaise with external organisations including NHS care advisors and clinics, local authorities, counselling services, and other charities
· Represent Action Duchenne in Scotland and build relationships with local networks
6. Administration and Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of all interactions and support provided
· Contribute to quarterly reporting on activity delivery, capacity utilisation, and family impact

Our client is a small independent charity who supports young people who take on caring responsibilities for an unwell or disabled family member between the ages of 8 - 25. They provide programmes of support to empower Young Carers to look after their physical and emotional wellbeing and have experiences they would otherwise miss out on.
They believe that Young Carers are children first, and should be free to develop emotionally, and take full advantages of opportunities for educational achievement and life success.
As a Young Carers Support Coordinator (Families Lead), you will work as part of a small dynamic team to deliver their support programmes for Young Carers. This will include supporting their exploration programme and activities programme and young adult carers programme.
You will also coordinate the organisations referral and assessment process form start to finish. This will include database entry, contacting referrers, allocating cases and booking and carrying out assessments. You will also provide on-going support to families via phone, referrals, signposting and attending relevant multi-agency meetings.
They run an Exploration Programme which focuses on wellbeing – this currently runs on Wednesday afternoon/evenings during term time.
They run an Activities Programme which focuses on new experiences and respite – these are daytimes during school holidays. Usually, two or three per school holiday week.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker on a full-time basis (35 hours per week), funded by Kentown Support as part of a developing programme delivering high quality wrap-around care and high-quality family support service as part of our Greater Manchester Care Team.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager of the Greater Manchester Care Team and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness.
Having worked in a demanding and emotional environment you have a genuine interest in building supportive relationships and helping people; and having provided bereavement support to families, you understand processes of grief, loss and change - and how best to help others deal with its impact.
What we’re looking for:
· An experienced child health, education or social care professional - applications will be particularly welcome from those who have worked in a community environment and those with a recognised qualification in education, health or social care
· A warm, inclusive approach to achieving goals quickly and correctly
· Practiced in child protection, information sharing and the rules around data protection - you lead by example, drawing on your own professional experience and working within established guidelines
· Practical and people-oriented - you will thrive working at a fast pace whilst maintaining accuracy and be a confident user of IT (including MSOffice)
· A persuasive and open communicator - you will work collaboratively with your team and volunteers to ensure delivery of a high-quality service and support fundraising colleagues by writing case studies and family updates
