The charity offers a flexible working environment, with remote working and occasional travel to their London office for meetings.

This role will take the lead on the day-to-day operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, including campaign planning, financial management, working across teams and departments and line management. This role will focus on managing the warm programme, bringing in around £1.2 million per year. Also, supporting the recruitment and stewardship of donors to achieve the best supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement an effective supporter acquisition and development strategy to maximise the lifetime value of supporters and the long term sustainable net income raised.
• To manage income and expenditure budgets on a monthly and annual basis.
• To lead on the development and implementation of an effective programme to recruit and develop supporters using a range of channels, including but not limited to direct mail, telemarketing, face-to-face fundraising, DRTV and digital, and products including cash, raffle, regular giving, weekly lottery.
• To line manage up to 3 direct reports.
• To project manage several projects and fundraising campaigns simultaneously as directed by the Senior Individual Giving Manager.
• To support, implement and promote the charity’s Fundraising strategy and vision.

Person Specification:

• Substantial direct marketing experience, ideally gained in a large organisation, and a strong understanding of Individual Giving fundraising, with a track-record of success.
• Significant experience of managing print-led fundraising campaigns, plus at least two other channels such as email, social media, telemarketing, F2F, DRTV.
• Experience of planning, implementing and evaluating Individual Giving campaigns/projects, including both fundraising appeals and strategic or process change projects.
• Understanding of how to effectively manage and motivate direct reports.
• Experience of developing and managing complex project budgets.
• Experience of using internal performance data and insight to inform future planning, including compiling reports and evaluations, and an understanding of a test and learn approach.
• Experience of working with colleagues across corporate departments to achieve common goals.
• Experience of external agency management and evaluation.

Your role

Your responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.

About the role:

This is a home based role that will include travel across England and Wales when delivering training. You will be working within a specific project that delivers learning externally to other organisations outside of VS. Your primary goal will be to design and deliver high quality learning interventions based on what our customers need.

As an External Trainer you will:

• Manage, coordinate and deliver professional, engaging and interactive training sessions to external clients using a range of facilitation methods, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed training objectives, materials and quality standards.
• Lead on the design and development of bespoke learning content to meet client needs and support strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining close relationships with external clients.
• Responsible for managing delegates, dealing with any issues that arise throughout the learning session. Ensure that all nationally directed learning is delivered in line with the approved materials and standards.

You will need:

Location: This is a remote UK-based role with regular travel to CST’s national and regional events, mainly in Birmingham and London. Candidates within reasonable travel distance to these locations are preferred.

The Professional Communities Manager leads the development, content curation, and operational delivery of CST’s 11 Professional Communities. These networks, events, and forums are a core benefit of CST membership and are provided free of charge to members.

This is a proactive, member-focused role that blends operational excellence with strategic content oversight. The postholder will work directly with community chairs, subject experts, community supporters, CST platinum partners and members to ensure that all communities are vibrant, professionally hosted, and deliver high-quality, relevant content.

The role also plays a key part in ensuring a joined-up approach to content across CST’s full range of activities, working closely with the professional learning and conference teams and partnerships to ensure alignment and maximise value for members.

Key responsibilities

 Strategic Development and Continuous Improvement

• Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen the value, engagement, and content of CST Professional Communities.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs to monitor success and drive continuous improvement of community services.
• Regularly evaluate community activity, identifying ways to increase engagement, relevance, and impact for members.

Community Content Curation and Management

• Oversee the quality, consistency, and relevance of content across all 11 Professional Communities, ensuring alignment with member priorities and organisational objectives.

NAPAC is seeking Call and Email Handlers for our support services in Stockport

NAPAC provides the only free national support service for adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse. We offer specialist, confidential support to all adult survivors of any type of abuse, operated by experienced staff and trained volunteers.

NAPAC works closely with the criminal justice and public health sectors. We support survivors to navigate and understand their options with criminal and civil law, and in healing and recovery. Choice is key, and our website provides a lot of free information for survivors and those supporting them. 

As a trusted public-health organisation, people use NAPAC’s services to support their overall health and wellbeing, to build and improve their resilience, and to be able to make brave, positive choices every day – including asking for help when they need it.

Those using our services ask for support with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, isolation, navigating relationships, dissociative identity disorder, reporting to the police, domestic and sexual violence, boundaries, and complex post-traumatic stress. For many, contacting NAPAC is a first step to recovering from trauma and leading happier, more fulfilled lives.

NAPAC support service often hear from adult survivors that are disclosing their childhood abuse for the very first time, so sensitivity, safety and confidentiality are highly important.

As a support line Call Handler, you will be a key member of our dedicated team, providing emotional support and a safe environment for callers with a wide range of complex issues.

NAPAC offers full training and hands-on support for call handlers with every call they receive. You will use the knowledge and skills you’ve developed through our training to explore issues relating to childhood abuse and it how it effects adulthood and signpost callers to relevant resources and services that can provide more in-depth support. Calls are caller-led, and you will be there to empower each caller to take back control in their lives.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic and resilient with a real passion for supporting people through their healing journey. We want our team to reflect the diversity of the people we support, and actively encourage applicants with different lived experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Follow confidentiality and safeguarding policies

· Provide appropriate signposting to external services in accordance to callers identified needs.

· Ensuring that key record keeping is maintained to the required standard and contributing to service monitoring requirements

· You will have the emotional resilience to be able to support individuals who may be severely distressed, experienced trauma, and people who may be at risk of harm.

· The ability to think on your feet to support callers who may call during panic attacks or flashbacks

Hours:  17.5 per week (0.5 FTE) to be worked flexibly across the week in person. Remote and hybrid working is not available for this role.
