About the Role

The Assessment and Data Administrator role is responsible for assisting with online assessment systems to ensure that full compliance of awarding organisations requirements are adhered to. Additionally, this individual will be the first point of call within the team for candidate or customer queries around our operational processes.
We are looking for a positive, self-starter with strong organisational skills, who is confident with managing multiple tasks, and priorities and is able to provide an efficient support. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Director reports directly to the Trustee Board and is responsible for the following:
1. Working with the Trustees
- Overall vision and mission setting: Developing the use of the services and the building and increase the impact of Ivy Street for the benefit of the local community.
- Fundraising: Raising funds from a variety of sources to ensure the long term financial security of the charity, particularly focussing on rental income from the facility.
- Financial: Overseeing finance (with the assistance of a Trustee Treasurer) and ensuring that regular, accurate financial reports are provided to the Trustees and accurate records are kept, and providing an Annual Report for the annual accounts.

Barnardo's Kickstart Futures Service; Floating Support for Care Leavers in Sutton.
Barnardo's, in partnership with The London Borough of Sutton, is providing a floating support service for Care Leavers with low to medium levels of support needs.
The service provides floating support to Young People across a range of properties located within the borough of Sutton, as well as a small number of Young People based elsewhere in the community, mainly around The London Borough of Sutton and neighbouring boroughs.
Some residents are Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Young People (UASYP), or survivors of Human Trafficking, who are over the age of 18.
The service delivers key work support to each Young Person on an individual basis and additional group work sessions for property residents. Key work sessions are scheduled in collaboration with the Young Person. Key work hours will be delivered flexibly to meet the needs of the Young People and include regular evenings and weekends in order to fit around college and/or work schedules for Young People who are engaged in Education, Employment or Training.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to establish and lead a community engagement and volunteer programme in an important new visitor attraction in the heart of London. Bevis Marks Synagogue dates back to 1701 and is the oldest synagogue in the UK. You will recruit, motivate and support a team of volunteers and develop a dynamic community engagement programme as part of a small, dedicated team at this special, historic site.
In 2019, Bevis Marks Synagogue received a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant to restore the synagogue and create The Dangoor Heritage Centre. This project displays and interprets the synagogue’s historic collection for the first time, and enhances visitor facilities. The S&P Sephardi Community established the Bevis Marks Synagogue Heritage Foundation (BMSHF) to manage this project and the site's ongoing visitor operations. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic heritage engagement professional to help make Bevis Marks Synagogue a vibrant place of worship that shares its unique story with a wider community of people of all faiths and none.
Bevis Marks Synagogue, completed in 1701, is the oldest synagogue in the UK and the oldest in continuous use in Europe. Its Grade I listed Wren-style design, well-preserved interior and fittings make it exceptionally historically significant. It is still a working synagogue with a community that has been engaged in the development of the new Dangoor Heritage Centre.
The S&P Sephardi Community’s collection of objects, rich archive, and intangible heritage, such as music and traditions, offer a continuous record of Jewish life in Britain since the mid-seventeenth century. The collection is mainly silver and textiles and many items are of national significance, providing rare insights into the practice of Sephardi Jewish worship, and London’s changing fashions and craftsmanship.
Visitors will be welcomed by volunteers and will explore the synagogue and Dangoor Heritage Centre with the help of an audio guide which includes insightful contributions from a number of members of the Bevis Marks community who have participated in the project. Volunteers will also engage visitors throughout the exhibition areas and support our events programme, shop and catering offer and provide a friendly welcoming experience for a wide range of visitors, from within the UK and abroad.
The construction project is set to be completed by early summer 2025, with the exhibition fit-out over the summer and opening is anticipated in autumn 2025.
Hours: 37 hours a week. Two Sundays per month will be required, along with evening and Bank Holiday working as required by the needs of the business.

Recovery Support Team Leader Location: London Salary: £30,082 per annum, plus benefits Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time We are recruiting for a Recovery Support Team Leader. The Recovery Support service is available to current or former Forward Trust clients who are on a substance misuse recovery pathway, making good progress within the Forward Trust towards their personal goals, and coming to the end of their current treatment pathway. While Recovery Support is not exclusively for clients who are abstinent, clients will need to be in control of their drink and/ or drug use, and not be chaotic in their using i.e. heavy drinking, antisocial behaviour, daily/binge using of either drugs or alcohol (especially main substance/s of choice). Forward Connect is a peer-led mutual aid community of like-minded people who are making good progress in their own journey – this could be people in addiction recovery, moving away from crime, overcoming mental health problems, or who are coming out of a period of unemployment or homelessness. Roles Responsibilities The Team Leader will be based within the central Recovery Support team. The Team Leader will be responsible for co-ordinating all recovery support functions across Forward Trust’s substance misuse services into a coherent and effective service that offers inspiration and a structured pathway to recovery for service users, as well as supporting to develop our peer led network called Forward Connect. The Team leader will also support with the delivery of the peer mentoring strategy in their allocated geographical areas. About the Role

132 Assessment Centre is for single homeless men and women that have links within the borough. The accommodation provides 6 separate self-contained units with on suite bedrooms, and 1 bedroomed flat. The scheme is staffed 24 hours, with Night Support Workers and Concierge cover during the evenings.
The aim of the project is to assess the individual over a 12-week period with the aim of identifying their support and housing needs. In that period, we will provide a bed for the customer to assist staff to carry out a detailed assessment to ensure that the recommendation for move on into alternative housing is captured correctly to assist move on for the individual into more suitable accommodation which is correct reflective of their needs based on our assessment/recommendation.
The role will be on a shift basis: 7.30am to 3.30pm and 2.00pm to 10pm.The team comprises of: Move on coordinator,Therapist, Housing Officer, 16 Support workers, Team Leaders x 2 and Project Manager.
What you'll do:
- Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs including support needs and daily living skills. This would include potential risks and an assessment of the customers independent living skills as a whole.
- The initial and co-produced assessment will incorporate models of co-production, observation, and person-centred planning. This is with a view that it is solution focused as to provide a framework for progression towards independent living.
- Liaise with partner agencies regarding the assessment process seeking advice and guidance as to specialist input and clinical input as part of multi-disciplinary assessment process.
- Create support/ action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available.

Specialist Support Workers within Look Ahead are required to have either an extra dimension of experience or a higher qualification level as determined relevant for the particular post. Specialist Support Workers provide information, social inclusion and vocational opportunities to support people to recover and stay well; exercise choice and control in their care and lives; and participate on an equal footing in the community.
This role shift pattern consist of: 5 x 8 hour shifts per week. No nights shifts.
What you'll do:
* Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere
* Carrying out holistic assessments of new customers which incorporate relevant statutory referral information
* Conducting regular key work sessions that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals
* Create support plans for providing appropriate services based on on-going assessment and reflecting the services and resources available to enable customer to progress in their recovery
* Ensuring ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers within an attitude of 'positive risk taking
* Provide support and access to relevant services to enable customers to continue their recovery and empower customers to self-manage their medication regimes through individual re-enablement programmes and informed decision making
* Undertake support work in partnership with external stakeholders to compliment their interventions
* Developing productive relationships with partner organisations to improve service outcomes
