We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and creative Mental Health Youth Worker for our Children and Young People Services, to work on exciting, ever-changing, dynamic support service for children and young people attending Youth Clubs in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).   

You will: 

Work closely with children and young people, commissioners, members of wider RBKC services as well as WCL Mind staff team, statutory and voluntary services to provide coordinated service to children and young people who attend one of Youth Clubs in RBKC, always being focussed on improving outcomes, reducing health inequalities and securing best outcomes are achieved for all young people. Currently, there is a service that operates in Westminster and due to new commission, services is offered to RBKC children and young people.

You are: 

Skilled and knowledgeable in supporting children, young people and staff in youth clubs, eager to make a difference and able to work cohesively and collaboratively with wide range of professionals and children and young people.
