We are delighted to be working in partnership with London City Mission (LCM). LCM is passionate about sharing the love of God and the good news of Jesus Christ with the least reached in London, and to do this in partnership with churches.
We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team on a fixed term maternity cover until December 2026. You will play a vital role in supporting LCM's mission through excellent people management. You'll provide professional HR advice and guidance to leaders and staff, ensuring all operational HR support is delivered to the highest standard while upholding LCM's Christian values.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within a caring HR team, supporting everything from recruitment campaigns and case management to occupational health referrals and employee administration. You'll help maintain and update HR systems, conduct exit interviews, and contribute to projects that enhance HR processes across the organisation.
Working in a supportive, mission-focused environment, you'll be part of ensuring LCM can effectively reach those on the margins of society through well-supported, motivated staff and robust HR practices.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Some previous experience in an HR role or evidence of a clear commitment to develop a career in HR.
- Part-CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5) or equivalent experience with good academic track record.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written and numerical work.
- Strong Christian faith and prayer life – a committed and practicing Christian.
- Right to work in the UK.

About the Role
The Marketing and Insights Lead will drive Urban Saints’ marketing activity and use data insights to continually improve engagement, reach, and impact across all platforms. This role combines strategic planning with live performance monitoring to ensure our communications are effective and relevant.
You'll be responsible for:
- Planning and implement integrated campaigns across email, social media, and the website.
- Supporting launches, events, training, and product sign-ups with timely, engaging content.
- Working with the Communications Coordinator, writing and editing marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and social posts.
- Monitoring and reporting on digital metrics (Website, email, social media, ad performance).
- Tracking user journeys, engagement rates, and campaign ROI.
- Running A/B testing across platforms to evaluate message, format, and timing effectiveness
- Manage paid ads campaigns (E.g. Facebook, Google, Instagram).
- Supporting platform management of tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and CRM exports.
- Providing regular updates and strategic insights to the Head of Communications.
Please note, this is predominantly a remote role, but with travel as the role requires. All full-time Urban Saints employees are required to attend two team residentials per year (3 days/ 2 nights each).
About You
We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy communicator who can lead on high-impact marketing campaigns that inspire action and deepen engagement. You’ll combine a creative mindset with analytical thinking, confident in using insights to shape campaigns and improve results.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear, engaging tone.
- Ability to tailor messages and content for differentaudiences and platforms.
- Confident interpreting data and using it to improve communication and engagement.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and CRM platforms.
- Proven experience in marketing and digital analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital metrics, user journeys, and engagement funnels.
- Experience managing email, social media, and website content as part of integrated campaigns.

The Content Creator will play a vital role in helping Urban Saints communicate with clarity, creativity, and consistency across all platforms. From video editing and creating social media graphics, to designing resources, brochures, or branded assets, this role is responsible for creating visually engaging content that amplifies our message and inspires action.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and producing compelling visual content across digital and print formats.
- Filming and editing videos for campaigns, training materials and resources.
- Managing and editing visual assets, including team-supplied images.
- Contributing ideas and visual concepts to support campaigns and storytelling.
- Acting as a brand guardian for visual content, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Working closely with other members of the Communications team to deliver content for campaigns, training, and wider initiatives.

Join Oak Hill College's Facilities and Site Team
Oak Hill College is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Facilities and Site Administrator toprovide vital administrative and coordination support across our estate, accommodation, and facilities services.
Reporting directly to the Facilities & Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day systems that keep our site compliant and efficient. This includes maintaining accurate records, scheduling statutory inspections, and ensuring essential processes are delivered to a high standard. Alongside this desk-based work, you will also carry out practical checks around the site, such as fire safety and routine facilities inspections, helping to ensure our estate remains safe, well managed, and fit for purpose.
In addition, the postholder will also act as our Safeguarding Officer. This is a small part of the role, but an important responsibility for which full training and support will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is thorough in following procedures, proactive in spotting gaps, and confident in suggesting improvements to enhance the way we work. You will combine attention to detail with a forward-looking approach, contributing to a college environment that is well-run, compliant, and continuously improving.
In many circumstances, you will be the first point of contact when visitors arrive at the College, so a first-class customer-oriented approach is essential.

The Role
The Facilities and Site Administrator provides vital administrative, coordination, and hospitality support within the Facilities and Site Team. The role exists to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the college estate, accommodation, and facilities services, enabling the Facilities & Site Manager to focus on compliance, strategy, and operational oversight.
The role also covers the receptionist desk - usually two days per week.
About Oak Hill
Oak Hill College is a theological college, based in North London, that offers the space, practical training, and supportive community needed for Christian leaders to thrive in ministry. Our full-time and part-time courses are designed to sustain a lifetime of faithful and joyful service.
Founded in 1932, the College offers courses from Level 4 (Foundation Award) to Level 7 (Postgraduate) validated by Durham University as part of the Common Awards Scheme.
The role will be based in the original manor house on site, which is located alongside an impressive range of facilities and accommodation in around 60 acres of gardens and parkland. The College is marked by its welcoming community, where staff and students are valued and supported.
Hours
Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week, 52 weeks per annum. Some overtime will be required in busy times of the year and for attending events. You will be given 24 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
Location
Free on-site parking is provided and an excellent free lunch during term time.
Salary
£28,000 to £32,000 – depending on experience, with a generous matched pension scheme. We also have a life assurance scheme.
Start Date
From Mid-October 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
