The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Team Leader to deliver our King’s Trust Team Programme—a 12-week personal development course for young people aged 16–25. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people who are unemployed or facing personal challenges.

The Assistant Team Leader will work as part of a team to deliver The King’s Trust Team Programme in order to achieve the desired outcomes and raise the life chances and attainment of young people attending the programme.

From recruitment of learners to the end of the programme you will be working closely with the Team Leader and other Groundwork CLM Staff to provide an engaging, challenging fun programme designed to inspire and motivate young people aged 16-25. The Estate & Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective management, upkeep and maintenance of the St Stephen’s estate (comprising of the Church , Crossway, office building & 4 residential properties), ensuring that the estate is safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for ministry and community use.

The role oversees estate administration, building services and residential property maintenance, maintaining accurate records and contractor documentation. The post holder manages the annual maintenance programme, quinquennial inspection process and capital works projects, coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.

The Estate & Facilities Manager also leads on Health & Safety across the estate, ensuring that appropriate policies, risk assessments, fire safety procedures and statutory compliance requirements are in place and implemented, working closely with the Director of Operations.

About the Role

Our Supporter Fundraising team is looking for two dedicated and supporter-focused individuals to become Support Officers. Your job will be to provide administrative support to fundraising colleagues, with a specific focus on enabling, stewarding and thanking supporters who choose to fundraise for us, donate in memory of a loved one, enquire about a legacy or purchase a virtual gift.

We are looking for someone who can bring efficiency and care to our fundraising work. You will have strong attention to detail and be an excellent manager of your own time as you complete tasks for specific projects and colleagues.

This is a varied role, including the creation of email journeys and stewardship communications, assistance with events, co-ordinating mailings and resource production, updating the website and other digital platforms, and ensuring the timely payment of invoices. You will ensure that donor records and database actions are completed accurately and in a timely manner, and fulfil all resource requests quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Supporter Communications (Events & In-Memory Giving)

• Act as a secondary point of contact for supporters, including challenge event fundraisers and in-memory donors – being a supportive, sensitive and encouraging ear and delivering the best possible standards of supporter care.
• Fulfil resource requests (including fundraising packs, Gifts in Wills packs and other materials) in a timely manner and provide any necessary additional support to ensure effective use.
• Produce tailored thank you letters and cards to supporters about their financial gifts and other support.
• Support volunteers with resource ordering and usage.
• Work across CAFOD teams to help deliver excellent supporter retention and stewardship.

Fundraising Promotions and Appeals

• Work closely with the other Fundraising Support Officer and consult with team leaders to identify pressure points for capacity, creating plans to support work reactively across fundraising teams at key moments.
• Provide administrative support for donation platforms including the World Gifts online shop, liaising with Digital and IT teams to set up and test backend processes.
• Contribute to digital fundraising by improving and updating relevant web pages.
• Support the delivery of multi-donor segment direct mailings, parish mailings and emails for specific and emergency appeals.
• Identify and recommend efficiencies in appeal processes and support additional tasks or projects as requested.

Data Management

• Monitor donations and requests for resources, working with relevant teams (including Supporter Relations, Legacy Marketing, Parish Fundraising and Donor Experience) to produce appropriate and tailored responses, including moments for special acknowledgement.
• Upload inbound communications accurately and promptly on the supporter database, identify and correct data quality issues, and maintain donor contact details in compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice.
• Process invoices for the team to ensure their timely payment.

Opportunity to pioneer work with children of all ages within the local community at an exciting Community Hub. The Rising Generation Pastor will oversee a team of children's and youth workers, supporting them in offering a wide range of groups and events. 

Overall responsibilities include:

- Overseeing all areas of ministry to the rising generation (0 - 18 year olds) within the church and the local community, including holding the overall vision.

- Line managing the youth team including the Assistant Youth Pastor, PAIS Apprentice team leader and Trainee Kids and Families Pastor.

Description 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Fundraising to lead and further develop our fundraising activity at a pivotal time for the Cathedral. This is a strategic and hands on role, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Management Team to secure the resources needed to sustain and grow the Cathedral’s mission, ministry and buildings. 

You will take the lead on generating fundraising income, primarily through trusts and foundations, while also developing appeals, legacy giving, regular giving and new fundraising income streams. You will build on the strong foundations already in place, bringing creativity, rigour and collaboration to everything you do. 

The role 

As Head of Fundraising, you will: 

• Lead relationships with trusts and foundations, identifying opportunities, writing compelling applications and managing reporting and compliance 

• Drive major fundraising bids to support the Cathedral’s Estates Masterplan and strategic priorities 

• Develop and deliver fundraising appeals and pilot new initiatives to diversify income 

• Grow legacy and regular giving, building a sustainable pipeline of long-term supporters 

• Lead supporter care, engagement and fundraising events 

• Oversee fundraising communications and profile raising activity 

• Work collaboratively across the Cathedral to develop fundable projects and shared ownership of fundraising 

• Manage the fundraising budget and report progress to the Senior Management Team and Finance Committee 

• Act as Line Manager for the Development Officer 

This role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery and will suit someone who enjoys working in a small, committed team where no two days are the same.

Oasis Southampton City Farm is a community focused registered charity working in Southampton. We provide a range of supportive, wellbeing boosting, and nature-based activities for our communities, which include young people and adult learners with disabilities.

We are looking for sessional farm assistants who will support the Farm Lead in delivering the vision for the farm by supporting the delivery of the farm’s variety of activities, including:

 · To deliver youth activities on the farm, supporting young people to help care for the animals

· To deliver birthday parties on weekends to groups of up to 30,

· To deliver animal experiences, giving families the opportunity to meet and greet our rescued and rehomed animals

· To support our adult day service with caring for our animals

· To support with the animal cleaning and feeding rota, alongside groups or individuals.

Job Purpose

At the heart of the Operations Manager role is the opportunity to shape how TLG works at its best. This role brings strategic insight to the design and continual improvement of our organisational rhythms - streamlining key processes, strengthening ways of working, and unlocking efficiencies that free our people to focus on what matters most. Knights Youth Centre (KYC) was established in 1936 as an independent Christian Charity. The centre provides a range of universal and targeted youth work programmes in partnership with a number of statutory and voluntary organisations and is located on the boundary of the Clapham Park Estate (the largest estate in the Borough of Lambeth) in an area of high social need. In 2025 KYC joined the Oasis family of charities and is now known as Oasis Knights. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Youth and Community Leader to manage and develop the work at Oasis Knights. This is an opportunity to lead a team committed to making a tangible difference in the lives young people, their families and the broader community. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership and operational management, which includes overseeing a range of youth and community activities. A critical aspect of this role involves fundraising, business development, and monitoring the impact of all initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

· Overseeing youth provision, including mentoring, youth clubs and targeted interventions.

· Ensuring effective financial management and income generation to sustain and expand services.

· Managing and growing a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring alignment with Oasis’ ethos and values.

· Building strong partnerships with local stakeholders to support the delivery of impactful youth projects.

· Developing and maintaining monitoring and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of activities.

· Working with the building narrative to ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and other statutory requirements.

The successful post holder must have:

· A degree-level qualification or equivalent in youth work, community development or a related field.

· Proven experience in leading youth projects and managing diverse teams.

· Strong fundraising and income generation skills, with the ability to create and implement successful strategies.

· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

· Knowledge of safeguarding practices and experience working with young people in challenging environments.

· A track record of developing and implementing strategic plans in partnership with stakeholders.

· A commitment to the Oasis ethos and values, including inclusion, equality, and perseverance.

Learning Disability Community Leader, L'Arche London

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (including some evening and weekend working, and regular on-call)

Salary: £55,000 (including London weighting)

Reports to: L’Arche UK Director of Care and Communities

Place of work: L’Arche London Community, West Norwood, SE27. Some travel and overnight stays will be required within the UK.

Main purpose of the role

The Community Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent and sustainable care and support services, support for  spirituality, and engaging with our neighbours and the wider community around us.

The Community Leader will:

• Lead the Community by responding to the needs, choices and context of our members while being faithful to the L'Arche UK Vision and Values, the L'Arche International Identity and Mission Statement, and to a co-created Community Mandate and plan.
• Maintain and enhance high-quality, person-centred care, support, and housing for people with learning disabilities, both at home and in our day services in partnership with the Registered Manager, the Team in London, the National Leadership Team, individual circles of support, and external partners; 
• Ensure the Community's financial sustainability through robust financial planning and management, including setting budgets, controlling spending, maximising occupancy, negotiating care contracts, growing day services, and spotting fundraising opportunities;
• Foster a culture that maximises the voice and power for people with learning disabilities, building listening and collaboration between Community members with and without learning disabilities;
• Contribute to the national work programmes of L'Arche UK, as part of the National Council, collaborating with Community Leaders of other L'Arche Communities, to share skills, best practice, and resources

Key essential criteria

• Senior leadership experience in support to adults with learning disabilities (or transferable skills and experience in a closely related field);
• Experience in leading, managing, and developing an organisation or large teams to deliver results, maintain compliance and quality, and to respond to risks and opportunities;
• Good financial planning skills and experiences of successfully managing a substantial budget;
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively to develop and implement community plans;
• Experience of living or working alongside people with learning disabilities and/or autistic individuals;
• Passionate about person-centred support and the values and mission of L'Arche;

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS criminal record check.
