- To advise on self-care and promote physical and mental well-being, including appropriate escalation pathways (e.g., GP, CNS/CPN, clinical team, emergency services).

Key Responsibilities

Other Duties

Requirements
- Must have a current NMC registration with no restrictions on their practice or caution order attachment.
- Min 5-year post reg. experience, within a clinically relevant field: including caseload management
- Be able to provide at least two professional references from your last place of work as a nurse or midwife.
- Please note that a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required.
- Demonstrate a willingness to attend all mandatory training relevant to their role
- Must be flexible to work locally or remotely, and willing to travel to attend support groups, conferences, and events.
- Minimum 1 day/week helpline +/- cover as needed.
- Mandatory staff meeting days in the office (Leamington Spa) 4 times a year.

The Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Programme Finance Officer role is to provide financial and administrative support to ensure effective financial management of programmes and projects implemented in the UK. About the role:
As a Team Leader you will be:
- Ensuring the effective delivery of services to victims in accordance with the London Adult Service against contract specifications, operating procedures, confidentiality, information sharing and safeguarding policies.
- Leading the caseworker team, ensuring victims receive timely, professional needs and risks assessment and referral to appropriate support, assuring the quality of service provision.
- Working collaboratively with the Operations Manager/Management team, in order to achieve the implementation of business plan and the development of the service to maximise positive outcomes for clients.
- Focusing on performance management of their reports including auditing cases, allocation of cases and input into performance reporting.

Prospectus are delighted to be supporting a highly impactful client with the search for an Administration and Communications Officer. This is a permanent role, required to start ideally prior to Christmas, or immediately in the New year.
This role would suit somebody who is looking to build a career within Communications and Administration. Reporting into the Communications Director of this small organisation, you will work remotely, but be available to travel within London for client meetings and events of required. General responsibilities are:
- Administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing enquiries, maintaining records and digital files, supporting staff task management, and ensuring ICT systems are functioning effectively.
- Support organisational communications by preparing, editing, and disseminating materials across print, digital, and web platforms, ensuring all content is consistent with branding and house style.
- Maintain and update the organisation’s website and online platforms, uploading new materials, checking accuracy, and liaising with technical support when needed.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of members by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting individuals and organisations.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities by helping produce materials, coordinating outreach, and supporting external partnerships to raise awareness of organisations work.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events, training sessions, meetings, and webinars, including managing bookings, communication with attendees, preparing materials, and supporting follow-up and evaluation.
- Support the production and promotion of the organisation’s podcast series and other projects, including scheduling, coordinating with guests, and organising content.
- Maintain and develop the organisation’s CRM and database systems, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and effective use of membership information.
