Age UK Wandsworth is an independent local charity. We've been working in the local community to help older people for over 60 years. We have dedicated staff and over 300 volunteers helping us to deliver services and activities for older people in Wandsworth.

A rare opportunity has arisen to join our caring and experienced day centre team as a driver and support worker. You will be driving clients to and from their homes each day in our minibus and then working with them at the centre during the day.

You will be assisting older people and/or vulnerable adults to improve or maintain their overall wellbeing and stay independent for longer whilst enabling them to retain, gain or regain independence.

Could you help

· To provide assistance with personal care and support, daily living tasks or with activities to clients within our day centre.

· To drive clients to and from their homes and the day centre.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Please note that a clean driving licence is essential for this role. You will need a D1 driving licence or we can train you to drive one of our mini-buses.

As part of the wider Enterprise team, our Commercial Marketing Assistant will help devise and deliver marketing campaigns and strategies that will grow audiences and increase revenues across our key commercial income streams. The successful candidate will oversee, coordinate, and manage our commercial marketing channels concentrating on finding and developing new partnerships alongside the Head of Enterprise, marketing and promoting our major sites for partnership working with external organisations.

They will:

1. Assist in the production of marketing collateral and material for the B2B market and the promotion of the Champing brand.

2. Work alongside the Communications team to assist in drafting content and key messages for social media, websites and PR, all of which should adhere to CCT brand guidelines. Handle incoming commercial marketing enquiries as appropriate.

3. Liaise with prospective filming enquiries and work with the local teams to help deliver commercial filming contracts.

4. Build positive working relationships, with internal and external stakeholders, to build on existing opportunities, promote and drive engagement with commercial opportunities.

5. Conduct marketing and audience research, to help support and deliver future revenue growth and gather data to report against KPIs and targets.

6. Support in the delivery and wider administration of commercial operations, working with the Enterprise team and freelancers on the ground. The overarching goal will be to grow CCT's commercial revenues.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

As an Events and Community Coordinator you will coordinate the delivery of events and community activity that engages people to raise vital funds for Missing People.

You will

• Deliver a range of fundraising products and activities for people with and without experience of the cause to raise agreed income targets;
• Contribute to the achievement of agreed team targets for supporter volume, average value, conversion rates;
• Create marketing briefs and work with the Marketing team to ensure events are marketed and delivered in line with plans;
• Coordinate the creation of inspiring and practical content and materials to support fundraising, including working with third parties to commission or source copy, video or images;
• Work directly with supporters to help them develop their own fundraising ideas – this will sometimes involve working with people with lived experience of the cause.

ABOUT YOU

You will need to have experience of:

• Providing an excellent level customer service;

• Engaging individuals and groups, inspiring them to take an action;

Community Support Worker – The Role & Responsibilities:
