This role sits in our Prize Led Fundraising Team, who nurture existing supporters and recruit new players into the Marie Curie Weekly and raffles. You'll provide administrative, operational and creative support across our Prize Led campaigns and products.

Responsibilities:
- Provide the best possible supporter experience in all interactions, ensuring that donors feel valued.
- Manage the team inbox, responding to internal and external queries promptly and efficiently whilst offering a high standard of supporter care.
- Oversee fulfilment processes, ensuring agencies are briefed to process and thank donations in line with our wishes and that all high value donations are appropriately and personally thanked.
- Own other administrative processes relating to the running of our lottery and raffle draws.
- Brief activities to the Supporter Relations Team to enable them to signpost supporter queries.
- Oversee processes relating to the team's expenditure, recording and processing all invoices and purchase orders.
- Support the development of our Fundraising campaigns, liaising with stakeholders, offering critique on creative, as well as proofing and checking materials.
- Contribute to the delivery of digital elements including emails, webpages and digital ads.
- Research into projects, case studies, and other charity/commercial approaches to feed into the creative process.
- Listen to sample calls from telemarketing campaigns, ensuring a high standard and providing adequate feedback.

Our Volunteer Experience Team supports all administration activities relating to volunteering good practice throughout the SSAFA volunteer journey, with a specific focus on recruitment and retention of volunteers.

The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for all individual donor support processes, systems, strategies and individual giving fundraising appeals, which ensure we have excellent relationships with our donors to retain and grow our individual giving income. The Individual Giving Manager will work with the Head of Fundraising and Deputy CEO to grow our major donor, regular giving, appeal and legacy income alongside sustaining our irregular giving and Gift Aid income. We are looking for a new Office Manager to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in the charity. We are seeking an Exhibitions and Collections Projects Manager to join the Crafts Council on a permanent basis. This is a vital role in the Public Programmes team to oversee the maintenance and development of Crafts Council Collections and the delivery of key temporary exhibitions.

Reporting to the Senior Collections and Programme Manager, this role will ensure the Crafts Council Collections are documented and preserved to a high standard for future generations. They will also support the strategic development of the Crafts Council’s programme, managing relationships with external commercial partners, artists and institutions, overseeing project budgets and timelines and contributing to reporting and evaluation frameworks.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role which involves working across the organisation and beyond to deliver and communicate best practice in exhibition production and collection management.

About You

• You will bring adept production and organisational skills to this role
• You will be confident leading the planning and delivery of exhibitions and collection projects working in collaboration with artists, partners, contractors and venues
• As an experienced exhibition project manager, with expertise in collection management, you will have a strong understanding of what it takes to successfully realise displays to a high standard and be familiar with collection management procedures and systems

Main Duties

• Oversee planning and arrangements for installation and de-installation of exhibitions including Brookfield Properties Craft Award summer exhibitions
• Maintain exhibition and collection project budgets, timelines and documentation to a high standard
• Lead dynamic teams of casual assistants, freelance technicians, designers, conservators and photographers as required
• Facilitate accessibility of the Crafts Council Collections including Primary, Handling, Archive, Oral Histories and Library. Leading on both online accessibility via Collections Online and ensuring the collection is available to its audiences physically
• Ensure maximum impact from National Lottery Heritage Funded project 'Craft for the People' Is achieved, ensuring crafts council collection is available to a wider amount of people and is more resilient
• Oversee management of upcoming loans, arranging object transportation, entry and exit processes, loan agreements, mounting and conservation, where needed
• Lead on loans marketing and collections income generation projects

About Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance

Pathfinders is a user-led charity run by and for people living with muscle-weakening conditions. We support disabled people and those who employ personal assistants (PAs) through peer support, information, training, and advocacy. We believe in the power of lived experience and centre disabled voices in everything we do.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of an exciting new learning and development project for individual employers and personal assistants. The project will support people who employ PAs through direct payments and their PAs to develop the knowledge and skills they need through videos, peer-led training, discussion sessions, and case studies.

You will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of the project, ensuring activities run smoothly, are well-attended, and meet the needs of learners. You’ll work closely with people with lived experience of employing PAs, guest speakers, partner organisations, and the wider Pathfinders team to deliver high-quality, accessible training and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of the training project, including scheduling and facilitating sessions, managing communications, and tracking progress against objectives.

• Work with Pathfinders staff, guest speakers and people with lived experience to produce a series of bite-sized training videos for PAs and employers.

• Organise and support delivery of:

  • Fortnightly peer-learning sessions for PA employers

  • Monthly case study sessions for PAs

  • Monthly “Train the Trainer” classes for employers

• Engage and support participants, including managing bookings, sending reminders, and providing follow-up information.

• Promote the project in collaboration with our communications team and external partners, including disability charities, PA networks, and local authorities.

• Gather feedback, measure impact and contribute to reporting for the funder.

Job summary

The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a Society of over 1,700 members from 100 countries, who work in, or are interested in tropical medicine and global health.

RSTMH organises and participates in events as a crucial way of showcasing, discussing, and debating key areas of tropical medicine and global health research and practice. Our range of events are wide. We deliver conferences and webinars, social events, research meetings for early career professionals, and high-profile debates and discussions. They happen across the UK and around the world, both online and in person. Our events add to the impact of our work in tropical medicine and global health, but also raise funds to allow us to continue our work as a charity.

The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. The role requires a self-starter who is excited by the prospect of working on such a broad range of meetings and events. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised, flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be comfortable liaising with venues for meetings space, developing budgets for events, managing logistical aspects of the events programme and setting up new events online and in person. 

Main responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the meetings and events programme, achieving its financial and other goals and KPIs under the existing strategy
• Overall responsibility for the delivery of the events with a focus on expanding global reach, supporting careers, and improving the financial position
• Manage events from conception to completion - delivering events to the highest standard to meet their objectives of success – quality and cost effectiveness
