About the role
We are excited to be recruiting a Finance Coordinator to support the Finance team to fulfil day-to-day objectives and help the wider organisation to deliver the goals set out in Join the Club 2021-2026 and beyond.
The Finance Coordinator position will report to the Finance Manager. The role will manage a varied workload that includes checking and approving expenses, bank reconciliations, purchase invoices, maintaining purchase orders, support credit control, managing the Finance inbox and phone, responding to staff and supplier queries and supporting the Finance team with the departmental targets. The role requires an enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail and good interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will champion the charity’s values and embody them in interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders. To ensure excellent working relationships are maintained, they will be effective communicators with staff and external stakeholders. They will continually improve in their areas of responsibility, looking at how the Finance department can be more efficient and implementing new ideas. They will be positive and proactive, with a commitment to delivering excellent standards.
While this role can be based in our London or Leeds offices, some travel will be required to London for events and to attend in-person meetings.

The two regional roles currently available are fundamental to the delivery of the third phase of the Seed Sovereignty Programme across southern and western England.
Working alongside the north east based England Lead, each role involves supporting seed networks across a dedicated region (southern or west of England) through training, mentoring, and routes to market, as well as engaging with a range of groups and individuals through events, workshops and talks. Resonance is a 24/7, artist-led community radio station based in Southwark, London, broadcasting on FM, DAB and online to audiences in the UK and internationally. PERSON SPECIFICATION
You will be an experienced and dynamic communicator with significant demonstrable experience in fundraising and/or communications at a senior level, coupled with an awareness and up to date knowledge and experience of the tools that would maximise the success of our communications and fundraising activities. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Possessing strong management skills, you will have experience of managing small multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction and leadership to enable development and high performance, and the ability to role-model a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion.
Education/ Training
Master’s Degree in communications, marketing, public fundraising or another relevant field (or at least 5-years’ experience).

Since launching in 2019, we’ve helped to secure key provisions in EU law to regulate ticket resale, spoken at the European Parliament, developed reporting systems for illegal ticket listings, and published best practice guides for the sector. 2026 is a pivotal year for us as we work to ensure that ticket resale is considered as part of the EU’s upcoming Digital Fairness Act and other legislation.
FEAT is operated by the music business communications consultancy, Name PR. As part of a small team, you would take on the role of FEAT’s Campaign Coordinator to help run our day-to-day operations and progress our work on regulation, enforcement and best practice.
