About the role
The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the charity’s financial and operational functions. This includes managing day-to-day accounting, producing management reports, maintaining and improving processes, line-managing the administrator, and leading key projects across Finance, IT and HR. The role plays a central part in supporting the operational effectiveness and strategic growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Manage the charity’s day-to-day accounts, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping.
- Prepare financial reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and management staff.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support annual audits and liaise with external accountants as required.

Operations
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Project manage key organisational initiatives in finance, HR, and IT, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact for operational matters across the organisation.
- Work closely with the SLT to provide insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
- Support the team in adopting and embedding new processes and technologies.

Qualifications
- Recognised financial qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CAI, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAS, ICAEW, or equivalent)

About the Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day finance functions of the organisation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial activities.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and posting journals, reconciling accounts, producing draft management accounts, and managing monthly processes. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and Resources to strengthen financial systems and prepare for future growth — including line management of a new Finance Officer from April 2026.
This role is integral to the effective running of our organisation and offers the opportunity to develop leadership experience within a small but high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day finance functions and month-end processes.

About You
You’ll bring:
- AAT qualification (or equivalent), or qualified by experience.

- Experience producing draft management accounts, reconciliations, forecasts and budgets.
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- A proactive and organised approach.
- Experience of managing people and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Understanding of restricted funds and charity finance principles.

The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team in London or Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution in a newly created role.
As Finance Business Partner will help ensure that the financial processes and procedures of the Clean Air Fund run smoothly, efficiently and effectively, for the project and ensures enabling support to our project team members to be effective.
You will provide support across both the CAF’s Finance and project team and will take a business partnering approach in helping provide a robust financial service, particularly to our Programmes team (primarily in the EU) and our grantees (pan-EU and in nine EU Member States) to ensure new and existing grants are well managed and implemented. This role reviews and approves the financial and operational aspects of Clean Air Fund’s grants and projects, including due diligence and budgets. In this role you will, alongside the Global Finance Manager, support the relevant portfolio teams as well as the Project Director, Head of Europe Portfolio, Executive Director of Programmes in managing their grant making budgets and with grant forecasting.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;
- Experienced finance business partner with grant financial management experience and a solutions focused approach.
- CCAB Accountancy qualification or equivalent by experience
- Sound knowledge of Charity SORP
- Experience of working in a global facing organisation and ability to adapt working style where appropriate
- Experience of building relationships with senior stakeholders and working collaboratively across teams. Ability to take a business partnering, solution focused approach.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support.
As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Part of the role will also aim to improve the identification, recognition and understanding of the needs of adult carers, raise the profile of adult carers and ensure adult carers needs are met. About Unfold
Unfold is an established local charity supporting young people and families to reach their potential by identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. We support families and young people in Westminster and its neighbouring boroughs through mentoring programmes and peer support groups for women with children.
For over 35 years, we have provided support to families and young people at risk of social exclusion. Working with trained and DBS-checked volunteers, we offer mentoring to women and children, building independence and helping people get where they want to be. About the Role
The Programme Manager is responsible for the development, management and delivery of Unfold’s Broadening Horizons mentoring programme and peer support groups for children and young people aged 10–25.
The role includes managing a team of four (Senior Programme Officers and Programme Officers), ensuring effective planning and delivery of mentoring programmes in line with agreed strategies and workplans. You will oversee the development of specialised programmes, including mentoring for refugees, young people seeking asylum, those excluded from mainstream education, and those with care experience.
The Programme Manager will monitor performance, manage resources, ensure compliance with Unfold’s policies and procedures, and report regularly to the Deputy CEO and Board of Trustees. You will prepare reports and case studies, analyse monitoring data, revise training materials, and use findings to inform programme improvement.
Partnership management is a key element of the role, including maintaining and developing relationships with local authorities, schools, funders, and community organisations to enhance programme delivery. The postholder will also lead the Youth Advisory Council, supporting members to contribute to Unfold’s strategy and direction.

The Role

About You
A content creator and social media expert you will have experience of planning, shooting and editing footage to engage audiences across different social media platforms and of using creative design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro - essential). With an eye for detail, you will use your project management skills to analyse the performance of social media content, refining and improving content through iteration.
You will also have experience of:

The Marketing & Communications team is crucial to the success of the Almeida’s ambitious vision and the strategic priorities for the team include:
- Build and manage the brand of the Almeida Theatre across London, the UK and internationally.
- Take a strategic and data first approach to marketing and promoting the Almeida and its work in order to deliver income targets in excess of £3 million in ticket sales each year.
- Build and diversify the audience who experience our artistic programme and increase engagement levels among those currently least engaged in arts and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
- Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
- Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.
- Update the information and content in TNEW (online booking system), working Box Office Manager to ensure a smooth sales path.
- Work with the Development team to enhance our insight into current and prospective supporters. In particular, working to support Membership recruitment and retention, to encourage donations.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to produce audience segmentation strategies.

Sales, Insights and Data:
- Compile and deliver sales reports and analysis to relevant departments across the organisation, including senior and executive leadership, tailoring reports to suit a range of requirements.
- Monitor ticket inventory and introduce strategies for managing ticket holds.
- Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use sales data analysis to advise the Director of Marketing and Communications on ticket pricing strategies.
- Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.
- Help guide the Almeida’s audience development strategy through customer research and data analysis relating to existing and new audiences.
- Support other departments with data collection and analysis.

- Be jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications, maintaining the theatre brand at all times, and advocating for this across the organisation.

As Head of Media and Public Affairs you will lead, plan, develop and implement effective media and public affairs strategies to actively promote the RCPCH and its priorities for maximum influence and impact.
The Head of Media and Public Affairs is an important leadership role at the College. You will work closely with journalists and media organisations to champion the College in the media as well as securing political support for our policy messages, through stakeholder relationships within the UK Government, Whitehall and the Westminster Parliament.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Policy & External Affairs, you will manage, direct and motivate the team to successfully achieve performance goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving the College’s Westminster public affairs work to secure our advocacy goals and you will also manage the out-of-hours media rota, being flexible to be on-call to media as required. You will also take responsibility for preparing and monitoring the Media and Public Affairs team budget, ensuring that all operational expenditure is value for money.
Degree educated or with relevant professional experience you will have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing proactive media and public affairs strategies and a strong track record in leading, planning, implementing and evaluating integrated communications strategies.
With proven leadership and performance management skills, you should also have a background of working with and influencing senior managers and have proven stakeholder management skills, being able to develop and nurture high level contacts in media and government.

It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.
While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. A feasibility study is underway to explore a range of operational and business models that will transition the café into a sustainable, profit-making enterprise. Plans include expanding income-generating opportunities through hosting more events, developing an external catering offer, and maximising use of the space for private hire and functions during weekends. This work will ensure the café continues to embody our values while contributing significantly to the financial sustainability of The Bridge
Room Hire – Spaces that Enable Collaboration and Impact
Our professional meeting and event spaces are used by charities, community groups, and corporate partners for workshops, training, and strategic planning. With over 500 bookings a year and a 89% return rate, these rooms are known for their quality, warmth, and service. The income they generate supports our wider mission, while also acting as a catalyst for new partnerships and collaborations.
We now aim to build on this success by increasing utilisation on our most popular days (Tuesday to Thursday) and attracting new clients to fill capacity on Mondays, Fridays, evenings, and weekends. Plans include developing loyalty packages for regular clients and introducing new offers such as team wellbeing days that align with our health and wellbeing ethos. This approach will not only maximise income potential but also strengthen The Bridge’s role as a space where organisations connect, collaborate, and thrive.

We’re looking for an experienced and creative fundraiser to lead our individual giving and supporter engagement programmes, grow our supporter base, and champion innovation in public engagement and income generation. You’ll be rallying resources which will ultimately help us grow our impact for wild orangutans and the people living alongside them.
The Role
As Head of Individual Giving & Supporter Engagement, you’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of SOS’s public fundraising portfolio – inspiring individuals around the world to take action and give generously for the future of Sumatra’s rainforests and wildlife.
You’ll be responsible for individual giving, digital acquisition and retention, legacies, appeals and campaigns, and supporter events. You’ll be given the freedom to innovate, identifying and developing new income streams and engagement products and approaches that help us reach and inspire new audiences.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong acquisition experience, who can help us grow and diversify our supporter base.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with communications, partnerships, and programmes colleagues to build an engaged community of supporters and advocates for SOS.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy

Lead the development and delivery of SOS’s public fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s mission and income targets.

Set and manage income and expenditure budgets for all individual giving fundraising streams, ensuring healthy ROI and sustainability.

Set clear targets and KPIs, with robust financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring.

Individual Giving & Donor Development

Oversee acquisition, retention, and uplift strategies for individual donors, ensuring a seamless and inspiring supporter journey.

Design and manage a calendar of appeals and campaigns, including the Big Give Christmas Challenge.

Work closely with Communications & Marketing colleagues to deliver compelling creative content and integrated fundraising campaigns across digital channels.
Digital Fundraising

Lead on digital acquisition strategy and performance, testing and optimising paid and organic campaigns to grow SOS’s online giving and supporter base.

Manage and optimise digital giving platforms, donor journeys, and analytics to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Legacies & Events

Develop and implement SOS’s legacy marketing strategy, raising awareness and nurturing pledgers and enquirers with care and authenticity.

Manage fundraising events (such as our Buffoonery comedy night) and oversee community fundraising initiatives, optimising engagement and lifetime value.
Collaboration & Management

Line manage the Development Assistant, ensuring that our supporters receive outstanding stewardship.
