We are looking for a Grants Coordinator (Applications) to join our Grants and Programmes team, a role which is key to ensuring the smooth running of our grant application processes and making sure funding is delivered efficiently, fairly, and in line with our mission.
In this role, you will lead on the development and implementation of the Foundation’s processes for encouraging and receiving grant applications, managing the review process, and processing grant awards. You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of grant application rounds across multiple funding programmes and be the first point of contact for applicants and manage the peer review process. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining and improving grant management system (managed within Salesforce) and contribute to the design and delivery of an inclusive and accessible application processes.
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and project coordination skills, strong communication and liaising abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Experience using Salesforce or working in a grant-making environment is highly desirable, but we welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds who are ready to learn and grow in the role.

Internal Liaison

vii. To handle telephone inquiries and relay messages where appropriate.

Duties and responsibilities

To support the Head of Fundraising and Communications in the delivery of the communications and fundraising strategy at ReMind UK through planning, production and delivery of on and offline marketing communications. You will work with ReMind UK's Content Executive to plan content and delivery of regular social posts and emails to supporters and beneficiaries as well as design and production of leaflets, posters and adverts. ReMind UK is an independent charity and internationally renowned centre for research, diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Our research aims to improve life for people with dementia and their families and carers, and to find drug and non-drug treatments for people with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other diseases predominantly affecting older people. Our contracted NHS Memory Clinic service, private memory assessments and allied activities also provide support to people affected. The role
As Marketing Officer, you will play an important role in helping ReMind UK to realise its vision by overseeing marketing for ReMind UK. You will line manage a Content Executive and together you will design, produce and disseminate materials and communications to raise the profile of the organisation and its work, and in turn raise funding to enable ReMind UK to continue its vital research and support for people affected by dementia.
You will plan and deliver an annual calendar of social posts and adverts, emails, marketing and PR activities including digital and print through organic and paid for media, and working with local organisations and groups. We are currently recruiting a Programme Manager to join our growing South & West campus teams, distributed across the Birmingham and Bristol areas. The Associate Programme Manager is responsible for the proactive and effective planning, execution, and administration of the Initial Teacher Education programme across our Birmingham and Bristol campuses, as well as supporting the management and delivery of our ECF and NPQ programmes in Birmingham and Bristol.
This is a hybrid working role with both work from home and on campus. This role would be linked to the NIoT’s Birmingham campus (Oasis Woodview, B15 2HU) and applicants should therefore live within a commutable distance of the Birmingham campus. As some of the team are based in our Bristol campus (The Greenway Centre, Southmead, BS10 5PY) candidates should also be able to work from the Bristol campus at least once every 2-3 weeks, to build relationships and work as a team. Our Programme Manager will also work remotely with programme managers in our other three regions across the country to ensure that our provision is of consistently high quality. The NIoT deliver our programmes directly on our two campuses as well as through our Associate Colleges in other parts of the South and West region.
