Purpose of the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Doing all of our day-to-day fundraising administration to keep us well-organised and compliant. This includes:

Recording and monitoring fundraising data using our Fundraising Tracking Database

Keeping all of our grant agreements, contracts and other relevant documentation well-organised on GDrive and elsewhere

Ensuring compliance with the financial requirements of the grant agreements, and updating and maintaining the grant payments schedule

Raising invoices on Xero in line with funder agreements - noting instalment dates and receipts

Preparing payroll each month, ensuring everything happens on time and coordinating with our payroll agency. (This may only be a temporary responsibility)

Processing and reconciling payments. This includes:

About you:

You have experience dealing with people in different capacities, both internally and externally, on a day to day basis, and build strong working relationships

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will help to develop a staff training programme for all countries and deliver both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.

Terms and Conditions
The PPIE Officer will report into the Head of Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement and work closely with all our teams and functions. The remuneration for this post is competitive depending on skills and experience with a salary range of £36,010 to £51,500 per annum.
This is a full-time, permanent position although 4 days a week will also be considered. Some evening and weekend working will be required to support involvement activities.
We offer flexible working arrangements and support hybrid working at UCLPartners. All staff will typically spend a minimum of 40% of their working time at the UCLPartners office i.e. for a minimum of 2 days/week if full-time or 40% of your working time for part-time staff. Inter Mediate is a London-based peace-making charity supporting confidential negotiations in some of the world’s most challenging conflicts. Finance
Working with the Head of Finance as required:

RLS Caseworker / Solicitor
As a RLS Caseworker / Solicitor you will conduct a small strategic caseload of asylum and refugee family reunion cases and assist on litigation (where eligible) under our legal aid contract to push for better decision-making, secure results for individuals and pursue improvements in the relevant law, policy and practices.
You will also act as the supervising caseworker/lawyer for the Afghan Pro Bono Initiative (APBI), which is a specialist casework project delivered by RLS with funding and pro bono assistance from 11 leading commercial law firms. As part of this role, you will supervise pro bono lawyers to provide high quality legal representation for Afghans on matters including family reunion, the ARAP scheme, the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme and others. The project is now in its 3rd year and won the Most Effective Pro Bono Partnership Award at the Law Works Pro Bono Awards in 2022 as well as being nominated and commended for numerous other awards in 2022 and 2023. Please note that RLS recognise that pro bono legal work is always an adjunct to, and not a substitute for, an adequate system of publicly funded legal services.
Key responsibilities
- Have conduct of a small strategic caseload and provide high quality legal advice and representation to clients

Chapter One is a dynamic, growing charity with a vision of a world in which all children have the literacy skills needed to thrive. Our mission is to close the reading gap by providing children with one-to-one support at the time they need it most.
Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports about 3,000 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 140 local and national businesses. Chapter One is seeking a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Manager to be an integral part of a team which aims to both maximise corporate income and deliver an excellent partner and volunteer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Stewardship

Lead the account management of a selected portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring Chapter One achieves its annual retention and growth targets

In collaboration with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, devise effective schemes of delegation and partner allocation within the Corporate Partnerships Team

Focus, in all corporate partnership discussions, on maximising income

Advocate effectively, with passion and enthusiasm, for Chapter One’s programmes in a variety of internal and external settings

Keep up to date with relevant business news and strategic shifts or developments at key partners and sectors, proactively seeking opportunities to broaden knowledge

Regularly analyse data in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, working with formulas, pivot tables and data analysis tools to aid decision-making and create dashboards.

Oversee and maintain all Account Management related processes, including stewardship plans, recording of activity on the Salesforce CRM and internal platform databases

Ensure, in conjunction with the Finance Assistant, that partners are invoiced for their Chapter One donations accurately and in a timely manner
Line management

Line manage and develop the Corporate Partnerships Officer, ensuring adherence to all Chapter One’s HR Policies and Procedures

Be a source of advice and guidance for the Corporate Partnerships Officer as they manage their allocated partner relationships

Supervise the Corporate Partnerships Officer to lead volunteer recruitment meetings, including stepping in if necessary
-
Supervise the Corporate Partnerships Officer to manage new partner onboarding meetings, stepping in to lead them if required
Partner/volunteer onboarding and experience
-
Alongside the Head of Corporate Partnerships, use internal systems to assign partner teams and volunteers to specific schools and ensure that their needs are met
-
Develop proactive, supportive relationships with Volunteer Coordinators in partner organisations, providing high-quality data and information in a timely manner
-
Work closely with the Volunteer Support Team to ensure that partner and volunteer onboarding is a smooth, time-efficient experience
-
Support the Programme Management team to liaise with partner contacts about the organisation of in-person school/office visits and virtual meet and greets

Attend Chapter One’s internal Volunteer Experience group and Corporate Engagement Group.
Marketing and Communications

Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that companies and volunteers have access to an array of promotional assets and recruitment materials

Create and provide content for the regular volunteer and corporate partner newsletters, including working with partners to gather volunteer testimonials and partner profiles

Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop ways to promote, showcase and celebrate partnerships and individual volunteers across our social media channels and other digital platforms

Encourage corporate partners to promote Chapter One through their own social media and channels

Support the organisation of online and in person partner and volunteer recognition events

Community Alcohol Partnerships (CAP) is looking to engage the services of a results-oriented consultant with great people skills to set up CAP projects in high harm areas.
About Us
CAP sets up and supports local partnerships that aim to reduce alcohol harm in children and young people, improve their health and well-being and enhance their communities. Our mission is to create an alcohol-free childhood for all children and young people.
Role Overview
The successful applicant will have a track record of building effective partnerships, the people and communication skills to involve and engage a wide range of local stakeholders and the leadership and project management skills to support projects through each phase of their lifecycle including baseline evaluation, action plan delivery, post intervention evaluation and maintenance/sustainment. After a short familiarisation period the successful applicant will be expected to oversee fast-track development of new CAPs in priority areas and take responsibility for all aspects of their management with minimal supervision.
A key requisite of the role will be the ability to forge effective public/private sector partnerships between statutory agencies, schools, youth charities and retailers following the CAP model and evaluation framework. The successful applicant may come from a police, public health, education, local authority or other relevant background.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify opportunities for new CAPs and facilitate set up of new CAPs in priority areas.
· Ensure that all new CAP projects carry out appropriate and timely interventions and evaluate all activity in line with the CAP evaluation toolkit – including a baseline and post intervention evaluation.
· Raise the profile of CAPs in Scotland and ensure that their impact is recognised by key stakeholders.
Specific duties to include the following:
o Represent CAP at all operational meetings.
o Ensure that Retail of Alcohol Standards Group (RASG) member companies play a full delivery role in each CAP where they operate as businesses.
o Liaise as appropriate with strategic leads within local enforcement authorities and other partner organisations to initiate and complete agreed actions.
o Encourage all projects to achieve positive local media coverage including via social media and regional news/broadcast media.
o Ensure that all projects carry out as a minimum a baseline (pre-CAP) evaluation and post intervention evaluation following the CAP evaluation framework and project management survey tools.
o Produce a monthly progress report on all schemes and pipeline activity.
o Attend and participate in regular CAP update meetings on Microsoft teams (x12 pa).
o Assist with event planning and profile-raising opportunities such as MSP visits to CAP projects.
Skills, attributes and experience
- Essential to the role will be the ability to persuade key stakeholders at local and national level of the need to address underage drinking problems and to facilitate effective and dynamic local partnerships involving any/all of the following sectors: local authorities, education, child protection, social services, public health, Alcohol and Drug Partnerships, police, retailers and licensing.
- Excellent organisational and sound project management skills.
- Great people skills with the ability to build consensus and motivate partners to play a role in timely delivery of an agreed action plan.
- Act as an ambassador for CAP at meetings and events including parliamentary events.
- Excellent presentation and all-round communication skills.
- Capable administrator with the ability to keep accurate records including data collection around outputs and impact evaluation.
Remuneration: Consultancy fee of £320 per day depending on experience. Work will depend on ability to generate interest in setting up new CAPs but we anticipate as a guideline engaging a minimum of 2.5 days of consultancy per week or around 100 days per annum. Prostate Cancer Research aims to develop and deliver breakthrough medicines and treatments to achieve a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer. The organisation believes that it is only through research that we can build a future in which no family will have to fear losing a loved one to prostate cancer. Prostate Cancer Research is seeking a an experienced, dynamic and driven Trusts & Statutory Executive. The role will take a lead on identifying and securing collaboration and funding opportunities with both existing and prospective partners, developing and managing a pipeline of funding partners that align with PCR’s mission and core programmes of work.
Since 2018, PCR has significantly increased income from Trusts & Foundations and Statutory sources, as well as working in collaboration with other medical research charities and non-profits. This is a newly created and integral role within the Partnership Fundraising team to build on this work and will be key to identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective partners and funders, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive partnership strategies to engage existing and prospective partners.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing and nurturing relationships with funding partners (with experience of identifying and securing at least five-figure income), understanding complex issues and working with others to identify solutions, and producing compelling funding proposals in support of this work. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and manage strong, impactful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Deputy CEO Leadership
- Deputise for the CEO as required, leading key meetings, making strategic decisions, and ensuring seamless leadership continuity.
- Support the CEO in monitoring and reporting against The Girls’ Network’s operational performance, ensuring KPIs are being delivered in line with Trustees’ expectations.
- Support on budget planning and cost control, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Build positive Board relationships and act as an ambassador for The Girls’ Network.
- Ensure a crisis communications strategy is in place and manage risk monitoring and mitigation.
- Lead, support, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Oversee internal communications, ensuring staff are informed and engaged.
Strategic Leadership & Organisational Growth
- Develop and deliver strategy and operational plans in collaboration with the CEO.
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to ensure sufficient income to sustain and grow programmes.
- Act as joint lead for organisational safeguarding (with the Head of Programme Delivery & Development), ensuring policies and procedures are in place and followed.
- Represent The Girls’ Network externally, speaking at events and strengthening strategic partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on national and regional policy developments affecting girls, mentoring, and education.
- Embed a girl-centred approach to organisational development and ensure programme impact is maximised through innovation and the use of technology.
- Report to the CEO and Board on programmes and safeguarding.
Programme Leadership & Delivery
- Provide strategic leadership for programmes, ensuring stability and growth in existing regions and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Lead on innovation, piloting new programme elements, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency, impact, and revenue generation.
- Ensure programme decisions are informed by data, research, and organisational learning.
- Oversee quality assurance and impact measurement, ensuring consistency across regions and effective reporting on mentee outcomes.
- Oversee programme pipeline, targets, and income generation from schools, reporting to the Board.
- Maximise relationships with key stakeholder groups (mentees, schools, partners, ambassadors, and mentors) to enhance engagement, experience, and retention.
- Lead, support, and motivate the Programme Delivery Directorate, aligning OKRs with organisational goals.
Programme Delivery & Reporting
- Stay informed about best practices in mentoring, gender equality, and social mobility to ensure maximum programme impact.
- Use data and feedback to continuously develop and refine programmes.
- Ensure robust processes and procedures are in place to optimise resources and impact.
- Oversee the mentor network, ensuring engagement, retention, and a high-quality experience for both mentors and mentees.
- Support the Ambassador Programme Lead in integrating the Ambassador Programme with the mentoring programme.
- Report quarterly to the CEO on programme KPIs, including participant numbers, impact metrics, stakeholder perceptions, and regional variations.
- Prepare quarterly reports for the CEO and Trustees.
Management & Training
- Manage the Senior Programme Team, overseeing performance, development, and wellbeing.
- Support programme teams to deliver growth and impact targets with consistency.
- Ensure the Ambassador Programme is successfully implemented and contributes to an engaged network of former mentees.
Safeguarding Leadership
- Serve as Joint Safeguarding Lead, with accountability for safeguarding decisions.
- Oversee Designated Safeguarding Officers and ensure all policies and procedures reflect best practice.
- Review and approve key training materials, particularly those shared externally.
- Maintain oversight of safeguarding systems, including managing the safeguarding phone and any related rota.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Essential skills, knowledge and attributes
- Proven senior leadership experience, ideally within a non-profit, education, or youth-focused organisation.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive organisational growth and impact.
- Experience managing programmes, operations, and teams at a senior level.
- Track record of securing and managing funding, including corporate, trusts, and foundations.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and external representation.
- Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing budgets and financial planning.
- Passionate about social mobility and gender equality, with a deep commitment to The Girls’ Network’s mission.
Desirable
- Experience of working with mentoring programmes or youth-focused initiatives.
- Knowledge of policy and advocacy related to education, social mobility, or gender equality.
- Experience working with Boards of Trustees or governance structures.
