The IT systems and infrastructure transition lead will lead on the implementation of the key strands of the recently completed strategic review of IT services at Fulham Palace. The strategy and its outputs are part funded by external grant making organisations.
We are looking for a candidate who is qualified by experience or who has a degree in an IT related field. You should have a strong IT project delivery background with a proven track record of successful technology integration and transformation projects. You should be resilient, solution focussed and highly organized to enable delivery and testing within a 6-month period.
Reporting to the estates and facilities manager (EFM), you will be responsible for developing and executing plans, collaborating with all departments, training staff and volunteers and ensuring the adherence to all the new policies and standards developed.

About the role
This is a new role which will help to deliver a pilot strategy to grow long-term sustainable income by enhancing Breast Cancer Now’s on-the-ground presence locally.
Joining the relationship fundraising team and working closely with the high value partnerships team, this role is responsible for cultivating new long-term relationships and, in turn, driving fundraising income.
Uniquely, the post holder will help to implement a large-scale trial to further grow Tickled Pink, an award-winning partnership between Asda, Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! which has raised over £100m. The goal is to grow both engagement and future income by directly supporting colleagues across Asda stores in their local area.
In addition, this role will establish and grow a portfolio of supporters in the northwest by cultivating relationships with new and warm supporters including individuals, clubs, societies and local companies. It will also line manage two community fundraisers based in Scotland.

The EMHIP (Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme) Mobile Hub Support Worker has been co-designed with individuals with lived experience of mental health care to provide direct, person-centred support to individuals in their local communities.
The Croydon BME Forum and Asian Resource Centre Croydon, in partnership with South West London Integrated Care System (SWL ICS) and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) are working together to address the ethnic inequalities in health and social care through the Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme (EMHIP). One of the key interventions of EMHIP is the implementation of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub. This is a mobile, all age, whole family hub service, delivered within both faiths based and community-based organisations.
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub team will be a dedicated team of experienced, culturally aware support workers and clinical staff embedded in the community to provide services to all local residents, but with a specific focus on BAME communities. This team will be based in different locations across the borough, working within BAME communities, alongside faith groups and existing wellbeing hubs in Croydon.
Job Summary
The Mobile Hub Team Support Worker is a skilled, knowledgeable, and empathetic person, who enjoys working with people, taking a person-centred approach. They must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an active setting, with people and professionals across the health and social care system. As a Hub Support Worker, you will be responsible for working with the team, providing advice and practical help for local residents in need of mental health support or general well being/social support. You will work as part of a wider hub team, rotating between different community locations, providing one-to-one support, and making referrals to the team psychologist and secondary care services, as well as helping people to access other agencies and services, such as benefits, housing, debt services. You will work with the mobile hub team to offer wellbeing activities, including workshops as well working with primary care and collaborating with community services.

- Support new referrals and offer a person-centred, wellbeing assessment that identifies their wellbeing difficulties and develops a plan to support positive mental and general wellbeing.

- Deliver one-to-one support to hub users and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the Hub Team Manager.

The purpose of the role
The Mass Market team’s mission is to inspire the UK public to financially support the IRC to help people impacted by conflict and disaster. Key accountabilities
Strategy and planning
- Support the Director, Mass Markets in the development and delivery of the retention strategy and priorities
- Identify, scope and deliver new and innovative opportunities that advance the retention strategy

Office Administration
· Act as first point of contact for general operational enquiries

Together, the charities Sands and Tommy’s have formed a Joint Policy Unit (JPU) focussed on achieving policy change that will save more babies’ lives during pregnancy and the neonatal period and on tackling inequalities in loss, so that everyone can benefit from the best possible outcomes.
The JPU’s mission is to secure policy change that will reduce rates of miscarriage, stillbirth, pre-term birth and neonatal death, and to work to eliminate inequalities in these outcomes.
