​The Role

​Corporate partnerships provide a vital source of income at Greenhouse Sports. The priority for the Corporate Partnerships Team is to further grow income, with an ambitious target of £1.1 million in 2025/26 - a 30% increase on the previous year.

​The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in realising this new income, whilst diversifying the pipeline and strengthening existing relationships through superior cultivation and stewardship.

The Person

​The Corporate Development Manager will play a vital role in the continued growth and development of corporate income, with the majority of their time dedicated to sourcing new business.

​The key responsibilities of the role include:​

• Identifying and qualifying new partnership leads that demonstrate clear value alignment with Greenhouse Sports, building a substantial pipeline that you will own and drive forward.
• Planning, developing and delivering cultivation journeys for strong leads to secure five- and six- figure corporate partnerships.
• Leading on meetings with new business prospects.
• Designing and creating partnership proposals, presentations and/ or pitches for potential new partners.
• Leading on the renewal of existing five- and six- figure partnerships, developing clear stewardship plans that strengthen relationships and maximise opportunities for growth.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams across the organisation.
• Excelling at use of our CRM (Beacon) and ensuring it’s kept up-to-date.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, skilled and passionate Project Development Manager to join our England Project Management team, working primarily in the South of England. 

The England Project Management Team manage all sorts of projects, from species recovery at a landscape scale to infrastructure repairs and commercial developments. • Develop and manage one or more complex projects at any one time. To include budget management, stakeholder management, risk management, contractor procurement and other tasks as required.

The Role
We're seeking a passionate and strategic Programme Manager to join our entrepreneurial team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fluid environment and is excited about building programmes from the ground up and developing meaningful relationships with a growing network of partner schools as we scale our impact. This is a London-based role, primarily working at the charity’s headquarters in West London.

Role starts from September 2025. 

What You'll Own

• Building relationships with existing school partners and identifying and onboarding new school partners
• Designing and leading innovative volunteering programmes
• Monitoring and collating impact from the charity’s programmes and refining the charity’s impact data collection
• Managing programme/ event budgets

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery

• Promoting the charity’s work with new school and community partners and onboarding new schools
• Preparing proposals and designing and organising volunteering programmes with partner schools.
• Leading the programme delivery across a range of activities, including trips, clubs, giving back days and one-off events an projects
• Recording event data on the charity’s CRM
• Ensuring the safety and compliance of all TimeGivers’ activities including conducting risk assessments and  ensuring adequate staffing levels

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

• Compiling termly/ end of year school impact reports
• Collating impact from all school partners
• Liaising with external impact consultants as required, refining the charity’s metrics, impact data and collection

Finance and Fundraising

• Preparation and ownership of event/programme budgets
• Issuing donation requests and receipts to the charity’s partners.
• Recording and monitoring expenditure for all programme activities, liaising with the charity’s finance team when required
• Liaising with the Fundraising team and assisting with programme related grant applications

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Grants & Trusts Manager to join our Income Generation Directorate. You will play a key part in securing vital income to support our work and mission. As the Grants & Trusts Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver essential funding for the Association.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and development of a portfolio of grants, trusts, and foundations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with funders to secure long-term partnerships.
• Lead, motivate and manage the Trusts team, including the line management of two Trusts Fundraising Officers, providing ongoing support and team development.
• Deliver high levels of donor stewardship through a proactive approach.
• Oversee the Trusts Team in delivering to develop and deliver persuasive and timely funding applications.
• Collaborate with the Prospect Researcher to identify and champion the development of new funding sources and opportunities.
• Work across the organisation to create compelling propositions that align with funders’ priorities.
• Ensure clarity and alignment with other fundraising teams on donor stewardship and contact strategies.
• Manage reporting, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions of awarded grants.
• Assist with the creation of income and expenditure budgets and provide regular progress reports.
• Champion the use of our CRM system to ensure accurate and accessible donor information.

About You:

• Experience in growing income through grants, trusts, and foundations, with strong bid writing skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Financial expertise including analytical skills with experience in budget management and the ability to develop funding pipelines.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and fundraising software.

About Woman's Trust

The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from trauma. We supported 833 women and children last year, with a current income target of £1.25m (growing to £1.4m in 2026-2027) and 36 staff. You will be joining the Woman’s Trust Fundraising team as we work towards our strategy 2022-2027, to double our income and the number of women we support each year. Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. About you and how to apply

As a skilled and compassionate counselling manager, aligned with our feminist ethos and the needs of our service users, you will bring experience in leading counselling services, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support for women affected by domestic abuse. You will have experience in managing counsellors and/or volunteers, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring best practice across service delivery. You will be able to oversee the full cycle of service management, including monitoring outcomes, safeguarding, and compliance, while also contributing to service development and innovation in line with our strategic priorities.
