About the role

Secondment/fixed term opportunity for 6 months

By adopting a flexible, creative and personalised approach, the service aims to support individuals to manage their tenancies in the community and rebuild their lives. The team is currently supporting clients in the Lambeth area

  • You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the service managing a small caseload of clients.
  • You will deliver ongoing and intensive support to help your clients set up their home, with the overall goal of supporting them to sustain their tenancy and achieve individual goals and aspirations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with local partner agencies to support clients throughout their recovery.

About you
