Our Operations Director will lead the development of the operational infrastructure required to scale Fruitful Work nationally and internationally. Working in close partnership with the Founder & CEO, this role takes ownership of the systems, processes, team and organisational rhythms that enable the charity to grow rapidly and sustainably. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, turning vision into reliable execution, and creating the foundations that allow a small team to deliver outsized impact.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the organisation and lead the recruitment and management of a growing operations team as Fruitful Work expands.

About the Youth Endowment Fund 

All of us will experience violence at some point in our lives. For many children, it is a daily reality. Each year, tens of children are killed, hundreds are hospitalised, 1 in 5 teenage children are victims and the majority admit to feeling afraid of violence. It scares them when they travel home from school, prevents them from going out and makes the most vulnerable feel like they don’t matter. It is taking lives, traumatising families and dividing communities. It robs potential, progress and hope.   

But it doesn’t have to be this way.   

The Youth Endowment Fund believes that no child should be affected by violence. We research violence to understand it; we find, fund and test what works to prevent it; and we are building a movement to end it.  

Key Responsibilities 

We are making good progress building the evidence of what works within and around the youth sector to reduce violence. With the launch of the new Practice Guidance we are keen to translate evidence recommendations into practice. The greatest risk is that evidence stays on the shelf and doesn’t help young people – your role is to make sure that doesn’t happen.
 
You’ll focus on helping local authority commissioners use our tools and guidance in their everyday decisions about youth services. This will involve: 

• Creating clear, practical content like guides, toolkits and workshop materials to support the use of Practice Assessment for the Youth Sector (PAYS). 

• Leading our Practice Guidance programme, working closely with commissioners to help them use evidence in their work. 

• Building strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across the sector. 

• Planning and tracking how we support more commissioners to adopt evidence-based approaches. 

• Spotting what tools or resources are needed and helping develop them. 

• Finding effective ways to share evidence, from events and workshops to online sessions and presentations.

About You 

You are this sort of person:

You might have this sort of experience:  

• Crafting and delivering a strategy to get a new piece of evidence or guidance adopted within the youth sector.

• Behaviour change research experience.

• Working with other funders and commissioners of youth services, such as housing investment leads.

Hybrid Working Details     

The office is based in Central London, but you don’t have to be.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join SHP’s fundraising team and play a key role in how we connect with and grow our community of supporters. As Supporter Engagement Officer, you will help build meaningful, long-term relationships with people who are passionate about ending homelessness in London, using digital fundraising and challenge events to bring that connection to life. From someone making their first donation to those who continue to give and champion our work, you will shape supporter journeys that feel personal, engaging and impactful.

At Breast Cancer Now, we’re looking for a creative and proactive media and PR officer to join our ambitious team, as we continue to leverage our being the ‘go-to’ press office for breast cancer and position the charity as ‘determined leaders’ in our field.

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.

You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with mid and high-value supporters, providing tailored stewardship that motivates, inspires and maximises their long-term fundraising impact. In2STEM Programme Officer (Maternity Cover)

Job Description

Reports to: In2STEM Programme Manager

£28,000 per annum FTE

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Officer to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the delivery of our In2STEM Programme during a busy and high impact period. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive handover, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a real contribution from day one.

The Programme Officer will support the delivery of the In2STEM Programme including recruitment, planning, delivery, participant and volunteer management, and evaluation.

You will be responsible for recruitment, managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts), and managing relationships with supporters and funders. You will also support the planning, delivery and evaluation of programme activities including training and inductions, placements, online workshops, competitions and celebration events.

In2scienceUK is a remote based organisation, that requires occasional travel across the UK for recruitment, events, internal & external meetings and staff co-working days.

Duties and responsibilities:

Programme Delivery

• Managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts) from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, matching, onboarding, troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.

• Creating and developing engaging communication materials about the programme including video presentations, posters/flyers, case studies and website text, newsletters and images. 

• Monitoring student and volunteer (work experience host) applications to ensure targets and milestones are met. 

• Maintaining up to date records via the programme database and ensuring data protection. 

• Managing relationships with existing donors and supporters and networking to develop new relationships with prospective donors and supporters.

• Organising online skills workshops and careers panels, recruiting and coordinating volunteer speakers and panellists. 

• Planning and delivering in-person student inductions and celebration events.

Evaluation 

• Evaluating programme activities, using student and volunteer evaluation data and staff insights. 

• Supporting the creation and dissemination of case studies, working closely with the fundraising team to ensure funder requirements are met. 

• Supporting team members to create evaluation and student data reports.

Person specification

Essential:

• Experience working with one or more of the following groups: young people, teachers or school administrators, volunteers, universities or STEM professionals/employers. 

• Knowledge and understanding of the STEM sector, including higher education, apprenticeships and STEM careers. 

• An understanding of the social and economic barriers that prevent some young people from accessing STEM careers and an ability to recognise the importance of diversity and inclusion in STEM.

• Experience developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

• Experience planning and delivering training, events and workshops. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills and an ability to adapt to a range of audiences. 

• Flexible and adaptable, with an ability to pick up new tasks quickly, showing resilience when faced with challenges. 

• Experience delivering programmes or projects for young people. 

• Knowledge, understanding or experience of programme or project evaluation.

About us

 10 Windsor Walk (10WW) is a Community Interest Company established by local therapists concerned to address the provision of intensive psychological services for those most in need.

We support psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and the local community by providing psychotherapy treatment rooms and space for training and events related to developing psychological services.

More than this, we are a hub where therapists and psychoanalysts can meet, work together and exchange ideas on developing the practice as a whole.

About the role:

We are seeking a part-time Finance Officer to support the financial management of the organisation and strengthen our internal financial systems.

Working closely with the Programme Manager and Finance Sub-Committee, the Finance Officer will maintain accurate financial records, support grant reporting and provide financial information to support organisational planning and governance.

This role reports directly to the Volunteering Programmes Manager.

Programme delivery
● Support the Programmes Team to deliver our programmes

Marketing Officer

Contract: Permanent position
Salary: £28,400 per annum
Location: Hybrid role with minimum one day per week based at the charity office in either London, Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh and Salford
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Core responsibilities within your role will be to:

• Into Film email communications - management and scheduling of all email communications to Into Film database and external audiences, management of email communication's calendar, management of Email Service Provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), maintaining integrity of email contact list, and writing copy, building, segmenting and sending emails.
• Support the Marketing Manager with planning, copywriting and coordination of the marketing of Into Film campaigns across paid, organic and earned media.
• Take the lead on delivery and evaluation of specific marketing campaigns.
• CRM reporting, including setting up dashboards, creating effective reports and working closely with Product & Technology team to ensure CRM is being used to its full potential.
• Ongoing analysis of email reporting and performance to inform future marketing and communications strategies and plans.
• Ensure all emails are on brand; both look and feel and tone of voice.
• Ensure all email campaigns adhere to GDPR consent and data capture regulations.
• Work with colleagues in national teams (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), and other departments to plan and execute regional email campaigns.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to implement, monitor and develop automated e-communications journeys to enhance both marketing and customer service experiences for the organisation's audiences.
• Manage any printed marketing materials such as leaflets, pull up banners, booklets to ensure they are on brand and produced in an environmentally friendly way.

Key experience and skills we're looking for is as follows:

• Experience of managing email campaigns for a variety of audiences, including drafting content, Email Service Provider (ESP) management, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• A good understanding of email data (open rate, click through rate, click through open rate etc.) and how to analyse it in order to inform on-going activity.
• Experience of using a range of analytics tools to help monitor, optimise and evaluate campaign performance including Google Analytics, CRMs and ESPs.
• Experience of using Customer Relationship Management systems to segment audiences, create campaigns, target audiences and report on activity.
• Experience of working on marketing and communications campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels.
• Management of campaigns and implementing tracking, undertaking evaluation based on performance of KPIs.
• Experience of copywriting and producing content for a range of channels and audiences.

The Legal Counsel role will be joining a Legal team consisting of one senior lawyer and one paralegal, who are responsible for the management of all legal, regulatory and compliance matters relating to the Fondation’s operations across over 60 countries worldwide.

We are looking for an energetic lawyer to join our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful work as part of an innovative and ambitious growing organisation.

The Legal Counsel’s principal role will be to support the Managing Counsel with compliance and governance matters as well as the legal support for grant making activities globally. The role will lead (with the support of the paralegal) on the drafting and negotiation all grant agreements and commercial contracts for each of the regions.

This is a role that blends social justice purpose with corporate foundation rigour—supporting the Fondation teams delivering its mission in compliance with all relevant laws and best practice.

What you will bring

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience drafting and reviewing contracts. Experience working in a not-for-profit environment on grant management contracts and administration is preferable but not essential.

· Proven project management, time management, and organisation skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities across global teams.

· Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of contract management, documentation, and communication.

· An ability to quickly identify areas for improvement and make impactful changes, employing a test and learn approach

· A collaborative approach, adept at engaging stakeholders across all levels, quickly facilitating buy in and support

· Deep integrity, respect for confidentiality and discretion.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Working knowledge of French or other languages, welcome and useful but not required.
