Job description

Our client is looking for Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager to play a crucial role in delivering their ambitious new life-strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your exceptional skills in identifying, cultivating, and securing high-value corporate partnerships that deliver significant financial and strategic impact.

Working closely with the Senior New Business Manager and stakeholders across the organisation, you will broker sector-leading partnerships that not only raise vital funds and amplify awareness of their life saving work.

The role:

  • Secure Transformative Partnerships: Build, secure, and develop impactful five and six-figure commercial, Charity of the Year, and strategic corporate partnerships and donations.
  • Strategically Drive New Income: Proactively research, engage, and secure partners, delivering new income and non-cash benefits aligned with our corporate partnership strategy.
  • Contribute to Financial Strategy: Plan, develop, and report against team budgets and reforecasts.
  • Provide Strategic Reporting: Produce accurate and timely reports on pipeline development and account activity, ensuring monthly KPIs are achieved.
  • Lead Strategic Negotiations: Oversee the negotiation and development of contractual agreements, ensuring partner needs are met and strategic alignment is achieved.
  • Foster Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify strategic opportunities to engage potential partners.
  • Cultivate Senior Strategic Relationships: Develop excellent relationships with senior contacts internally and externally to maximize strategic opportunities.
  • Inform Organisational Strategy: Contribute to the corporate fundraising strategy and wider organizational planning.
  • Uphold Best Practice: Ensure all work complies with fundraising regulations and reflects best practice.

Your experience:

  • You are a target-driven professional with a strong track record of securing new income from corporate partnerships in the charity sector and meeting KPIs.
  • Your ability to strategically influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders leads to successful partnerships.
  • You are autonomous, highly self-motivated, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Your exceptional written and oral communication skills enable you to develop persuasive and strategic proposals.
  • You have a strong understanding of corporate fundraising, CSR trends, and experience working with large brands.
  • You are highly professional, flexible, and committed to exceeding targets.
