We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected professional membership organisation who are looking for a proactive and organised Events Administrator. What you’ll be doing as an Events Administrator:

  •  Provide day-to-day admin support for a wide variety of events, both online and in person
  •  Manage delegate bookings and handle event queries via phone and email
  •  Prepare event communications, joining instructions, and support materials
  •  Help coordinate event logistics including name badges, registration, and venue liaison
  •  Attend events to support speakers and delegates, ensuring a smooth experience
  •  Support virtual event delivery and post-event processes such as feedback and certification

You don’t need to have worked as an Events Administrator before – but you will need:

  •  At least 2 years’ administration experience
  •  A people-oriented mindset and friendly communication style
  •  Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)
  •  A detail-focused, organised, and proactive approach
  •  A willingness to learn, try new things and get stuck in
  •  The ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment
