You will have hands-on experience across security operations in a SaaS or hybrid environment and bring a solid grasp of tools like Microsoft 365 and Defender, alongside familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST. Relevant certifications such as AZ-500, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.

To plan, prepare and deliver a range of Forest School sessions, with guidance/instruction from the CEO, and support from school staff. Groups will include children and adults with learning disabilities and mental health concerns. The Forest School leader will be expected to:

The Role: 

The Fundraising & Events Officer will provide administrative assistance with grants and donor fundraising and the logistics for events. Working alongside the Development Manager and the Founding Director you will support identifying and managing donor opportunities, and the research and support of applications to Trusts and Foundations. It is a diverse and varied role and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in fundraising and events. 

This is a results-driven role with the postholder driving planned income growth by establishing, enabling, and inspiring events, building relationships and maximising fundraising efforts. As this is a people facing role, you will be working with supporters over the phone, online, in writing and face to face, with the aim of helping donors receive the ultimate supporter journey. 

You will require excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network, build relationships and influence both internally and externally, with the confidence to speak publicly about the work of the charity. To be successful in this role, you should possess exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication abilities – including good writing skills, and a passion for making a difference. Fundraising and earned income are fundamental requirements for FCW, and all staff are involved in fundraising and earned revenue activities. 

Principal Accountabilities for the Core Job: 

1. Ensure all the necessary administration to support fundraising including recording all donations and potential contact information on Salesforce, thanking and reporting to all event attendees and donors. 
2. Assistance in the planning, setting up and logistics of all events including attending events as required (includes occasional out of office and out of hours commitments). 
3. Establish and maintain donor contacts on the database, and, with the Development Manager, coordinate donor communication and planning. 
4. Prepare donation quarterly reports and report post event on financial and potential contact outcomes and lessons learnt. 
5. Build and support our individual giving Champions programme through events and regular communications. 
6. Work with the Founding Director in research to support grant applications and assistance in making applications to small grant–making organisations. 
7. Prepare information for reports to Trusts and Foundations and major donors, creating a fundraising dashboard to include uploading and managing reporting and grant deadline dates on Salesforce including the establishment of a reporting procedure for existing grants makers. 
8. Working with the Development Manager, ensure there is sufficient and appropriate fundraising events to meet the annual donations targets through events. 
9. With the Executive Director and the Development Manager, support the logistics for event committees including assisting in identifying potential Chairs and committee members and working with the event hosts. 
10. Support the Development Manager to expand FCW’s fundraised revenue through developing event sponsorship opportunities and other forms of event revenue (ticket sales, raffles etc). 
11. Supported by the Finance Director, set up and manage the annual budget for expenditure and income from events. 
12. Any other duties as required from time to time to support the work of the charity.

The Senior Finance Officer role is key to coordinating the day-to-day financial functions of Watts Gallery Trust and supporting the Head of Finance and Resources in the effective and efficient management of Watts Gallery Trusts finances. We are looking for someone with experience of working in a finance function delivering comprehensive financial management, ideally within a charitable organisation. Duties include:

Financial management

·Deliver an effective and comprehensive financial management service to watts Gallery Limited to include:

o Assisting the Head of Finance in preparing financial forecasts to support financial planning

o Assisting Head of Finance in implementing financial policies and procedures as appropriate

o Ensuring the efficient maintenance of the financial records of Watts Gallery and Watts Gallery Trading Ltd.

About the Role:
 
As our Legacy Officer, you will play a vital role in administering UK and international legacy gifts, from notification to final distribution, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. You'll help support income forecasting, estate reviews, and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Working closely with the Legacy Administrator, Legacy Marketing Manager, and global fundraising teams, you'll help integrate legacy administration with broader fundraising goals.
 
The role also involves building strong relationships with executors, solicitors, and international colleagues. For candidates working above 0.6 FTE (22 hours per week), the role will also support legacy marketing campaigns and international programme development.
 
About You:
 
To be successful as our Legacy Officer, you will ideally have experience in UK legacy administration, with the ability to manage a complex caseload efficiently and in line with legal and organisational policies. Strong analytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail in reporting, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. You should be confident working within a global organisation, with an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and regional legal frameworks. You'll have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executors, solicitors, and internal and external stakeholders is key.
 
Experience in international legacy administration or marketing would be an advantage, as would familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or First Class.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Employee Relations and Union Services in the CSP as a full time Senior Negotiating Officer (SNO) for the South East Coast. This is a challenging, but very enjoyable role which will see you:

- Supporting, advising and training the network of stewards, safety representatives and equality representatives in the South East Coastal region.

- Advising and supporting stewards to manage their own casework, whilst managing your own caseload of employment relations issues, including but not limited to dicisplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, HCPC and legal cases.

- Attending and representing the CSP at strategic regional forums such as regional Social Partnership Forums and Integrated Care Boards/Integrated Care Systems.

You will be working in a wider team of Senior Negotiating Officers and organisers, whilst also working in a cross directorate fashion to deliver on the local priorities for members.

We are looking for an individual with significant experience and a background in the trade union movement. They should be dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for members and to building the membership and activism levels in the CSP.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to problem solve. You will also have experience in advocacy and representing members and have a thorough understanding of the current issues facing CSP members. You will also be expected to be able to display excellent trade union knowledge.

About SOFT UK

SOFT UK is a national charity supporting families affected by Trisomy 13 (Patau syndrome) and Trisomy 18 (Edwards syndrome). We provide emotional support, information, advocacy, and community connections to ensure no family faces this journey alone.

Purpose of the Role

The Regional Engagement Officer (REO) for Northern Ireland will build and strengthen SOFT UK’s presence in the region. This includes supporting families, developing local community networks, enhancing relationships with healthcare professionals, and coordinating volunteer and fundraising activities to reduce isolation and improve support access for families affected by Trisomy 13 and 18.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement and Support

• Build meaningful relationships with families affected by Trisomy 13 and 18 across Northern Ireland.
