Your role will be to further develop and deliver a range of events and initiatives that the Harlequins Foundation offers to its supporters to help us to raise the funds we need to deliver our programmes. As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data. You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets. In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides. You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards.
This is a permanent full-time role. We offer flexible working with at least one day per week (Tuesday) based in our London office near Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations.

About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Our Surrey Volunteer Recruitment Manager (VRM) works closely with VRMs in Herts and London and our marketing team to promote the MCR programme to organisations and individuals. About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager role is responsible for delivery across the breadth of the partnerships pipeline. An estimated 50% of the role will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporates and their foundations to meet fundraising targets. The remaining 50% of partnership work will be dedicated to delivering an excellent standard of partnership management to several longstanding existing supporters, working creatively to identify and develop opportunities to maximise their impact.
As our corporate supporters can be powerful partners in the delivery of our advocacy and communications goals you will be confident working with colleagues internally to translate campaign plans into engagement opportunities for private sector partners. You may be an established corporate fundraiser seeking a role where you can take on greater responsibility for managing your own pipeline of prospects and key partnerships. About the role
