Your role
This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.
This will include personal health screening, and holistic health support; also to provide health education, and liaison with outside agencies and local surgery. Many of our guests have multiple and complex needs involving, mental health, drug/alcohol dependency and homelessness.
You’ll report to our Community Nursing Manager and work with our Case Worker and Caseworkers from the Glass Door charity, and external hosted partner organisations like SPEAR and C.A.B.

As a Befriending Coordinator, you will support individuals with lived experience of mental health issues one on one through befriending to help reform and improve their lives. Role description
As Commercial Sales & Events Coordinator you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the weddings and event hire team. Dealing with initial enquiries and conducting show-rounds to putting together event packages and maintaining the booking system are all in a days work. In addition, you’ll be adept at liaising with clients and suppliers, setting up for events and delivering the best possible experience to guests on the day – always making sure we deliver a first-class service. Weddings, film shoots (we can certainly name drop a few people!), event and venue hires - you’ll deliver excellent customer service and administrative support. Main responsibilities for the Fundraising & Membership Officer
Fundraising
- Support the setting of the charity’s fundraising targets through the research and review of both external and internal fundraising activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of the charity’s fundraising activities and campaigns.
- Collate the agreed metrics (including income and expenditure) and report on a weekly basis.
- Participate fully in the generation of fundraising ideas and activity selection.
- Design, prepare and implement the agreed activities and campaigns, which are likely to be varied in nature and might include dedicated fundraising events, grant applications to support families in disadvantaged socio-economic groups, and legacy generation.
- Recommend changes and updates to the activities and campaigns based on testing and evidenced data.

- Work with the administration and community teams to ensure that the journey from interested party to becoming a member and from member to retained member is compelling and framed coherently and that systems are in place to effectively implement this.
- Work with the Community Information Coordinator on campaigns and strategies to reach new members, engage with existing members and retain existing members.
- Have a thorough understanding of the membership database, collate information and monitor, evaluate and report on all aspects of membership performance.
- Design and coordinate regular market research, including competitor analysis, to identify member/stakeholder needs, to support the rationale for the development of new member/community products and services, and to liaise with and advise other teams in the organisation as appropriate.

The Role
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Marketing the Data & Systems Project Coordinator will be responsible for driving change, implementing new data processes and providing new insights at Enable.
We are seeking an experienced data and systems professional with a passion for numbers and using data and analytics, to take the lead on various projects over the next 12 months.

The LSO Development department is looking for a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join our team as Trusts & Foundations Officer at an exciting time in the LSO’s history. The Role
To deliver the Development Phase of the Project to a high standard. You will refine the budget, create the project’s cashflow, revise the project plan and organise procuring of three roles: an Activity Planner, an Evaluator, and a Fundraiser. You will maintain a close overview of the project plan for the Development Phase, compiling NLHF Development Phase final report and evaluation. The role is for a duration of nine months.
