The Individual Giving Manager in the Mass Fundraising team will work closely with the Senior Individual Giving Manager and Mass Lead to develop the programme across membership, lottery, raffle and digital fundraising.
As Individual Giving Manager you will:
- Lead on the RNID weekly lottery, which this year will be launching private site face to face recruitment
- Manage our two annual raffles
- Support the Senior Individual Manager with the review of our Membership programme and deliver the recommendations
- Support the Senior Individual Giving Manager and Mass Lead to set budgets and conduct regular reforecasting of your area
- Develop, test and improve new digital fundraising channels
You will be an experienced Individual Giving fundraiser with a strong track record of marketing and generating income. You will have excellent project management skills and enjoy working across teams to meet shared goals and objectives.
You’ll work closely with the Marcomms team on marketing plans and concepts that will inspire donors to give and stay to our case, allowing us to grow a sustainable programme. You will use evidence and insight to deliver an audience led programme, driven by a test and learn culture. You will create, test and iterate new products and be comfortable in developing audience profiles and propositions to support these products. You will have experience in managing supporter data to ensure compliance and maximise effectiveness of our campaigns.

To support this, we are recruiting for a new programme manager to grow our programmes and contracts in our South-Central Region. This area covers prisons HMP Winchester, HMP Bullingdon, HMP Grendon, HMP Springhill, HMP Aylesbury, HMP Huntercombe, HMP Woodhill, HMP Isle of Wight and HMP Gurnsey. We are seeking proactive, committed, and enthusiastic applicants to join our team and help us continue our journey.
Working closely with people in prison, prison managers, Shannon Trust staff and volunteers you will ensure development of our criminal programmes maximising literacy and numeracy learning opportunities for people across a number of prisons and contracts in your area.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings, managing teams and contract performance, underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. This is a home-based role which requires regular weekly travel across the South Central area to prisons and meetings (anticipated number of travel days are 2 days per week).

The Mass Market team’s mission is to inspire the UK public to financially support the IRC in order to help people impacted by conflict and disaster. The main purpose of this role is to support the Director, Mass Markets UK in generating long-term sustainable growth, maximising net unrestricted revenue and developing a supporter-centric fundraising model.
As the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Acquisition strategy and programme across cause and prize-led programmes, supported by a team of three. You will be responsible for significantly growing the supporter base and meeting income targets by optimising our multi-channel cash and regular giving programmes and expanding into new products, channels and audiences. You will respond to emergency appeals led by IRC, and as a member of the Disasters Emergency Committee, ensuring speed to market and maximum net revenue are prioritised at all times.

Strategy and programme development (50%)
- In consultation with Director of Mass Markets, UK, lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of the UK Acquisition strategy and operational plan
· Maintain and develop a monitoring and reporting framework for acquisition activity and associated KPIs that show the performance of the acquisition strategy

This is an exciting time to join the Sales and Marketing Team and there is an opportunity to make a real difference within an established national cultural education charity.
The Marketing and Development Officer will support our Sales Team to sell Theatre and Film Festival participation to schools through the production of high-quality written communications and design work. These skills will also be put to use in supporting the charity’s individual giving income stream, wider profile-raising activities, and merchandise sales.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing and communications: Working with the Sales and Marketing Manager, and Programmes Assistant, you'll increase Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation's profile through our nationwide Theatre Festival, and social media platforms. You'll engage prospective donors with our work and update our audiences through monthly newsletters.
Fundraising: Working with the Head of Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation, the charity's Fundraising Consultant and the wider Coram Group, you'll help the charity to acquire, engage and steward individual giving donors.
Systems: You'll support the entire organisation through the management and iterative development of Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation's systems, working with the charity's web developer to upgrade its online presence, and supporting the maintenance of accurate records on Salesforce.
Other: You'll lead on sales of the charity's merchandise, and its partnership with Festival photographers, Splaat Photo. You'll work to support and propose new fundraising ideas and take a key supporting role in the delivery of events throughout the charity's calendar.

About the role
This is an exciting new post in the Communications Team at Glass Door. Role Purpose

The Journey and Cross Sell Manager is responsible for developing rich supporter journeys, primarily across email, that deepen the relationship between RNID and our incredible supporters.
As The Journey and Cross Sell Manager, you will:
- Build, design and deliver supporter journeys that engage audiences and encourage them to take actions, such as donating

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Digital and Mass Engagement covering parental leave. With the support of the Deputy Director of Development, you will lead our fast‐moving and creative Mass Engagement Team, who power fundraising across multiple channels. They do this by engaging and building a community of supporters and running campaigns that inspire people to support our work.
As a dynamic leader, you will oversee this area of our work by delivering and implementing Reprieve’s recently launched Mass Engagement strategy. Our Mass Engagement work is at a pivotal moment. Reprieve’s income from the general public through regular and individual giving, generated largely by email fundraising, has experienced a drop, with many of our supporters understandably reassessing their charitable giving in the face of the economic crisis.
In response to this new context, Reprieve is launching its new strategy and investing creatively to ensure sustained engagement and growth of our incredible community of supporters. Salary, contract and location
