Summary of the role:

As the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)  Officer focuses on strengthening and supporting the various projects, including the collection of programme wide statistics to detail the reach and results of Muslim Aid UK  (MAUK) programmes. The MEAL Officer will provide guidance, coordination, and technical support to Country Offices and Partner’s MEAL systems through MAUK Programmes, ensuring that the programme has the flexibility to respond appropriately to the context while ensuring quality, effectiveness and responsiveness in line with humanitarian standards, as well as compliance with the Institutional donors.

The position supports a robust monitoring system that facilitates both accountability and learning and includes data collection, analysis, learning reflection and timely action-taking in support of quality service delivery.

You will play a critical role in this unit with an exciting mandate to support and improve the dynamic programmatic portfolio Muslim Aid Implements Globally. You will work closely with partners and country offices and contribute to improving systems within IPD.

About the Role:

1. Collaborate with the MEAL Manager, country offices and partners staff to craft MEAL systems that align with the project, and MAUK Global objectives, are relevant to the context, responsive to assessed needs, are measurable and are in compliance with grant requirements.
2. Ensure that all relevant collaborators have timely access to appropriate information and evidence.
3. Support in the review and prepare timely and accurate MEAL reports, including progress reports and impact assessments.
4. Provide assistance in monitoring programme progress including the design of appropriate MEAL Plans, indicators, targets, baseline data, timelines, data collection tools that can track progress of projects’ progress.
5. Support the preparation of terms of reference of external and internal evaluations, case and impact studies in coordination with the focal points.
6. Support the MEAL Manager on building capacity among staff and partners in MEAL concepts and practices.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree in international development, sustainable livelihoods, humanitarianism, or programme management preferred.
2. Understanding of development programmes design, implementation and evaluation.
3. Experience and understanding of monitoring and evaluation of programmes; using of quantitative and qualitative research data collected in support of programme development.
4. Experience developing logical/results frameworks, indicators, and MEAL plans.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective in diverse and challenging environments.
6. Strong measurement, analytical, systematic thinking, planning and organisational skills.

About The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the service complies with contract requirements and meets KPIs.  Your focus will be to providing administrative and office support to ensure the most effective delivery of Helpline Plus telephone casework services and undertaking administrative projects to improve systems and practice for the benefit of staff and clients. You will also input data on our CRM system and have extensive telephone contact with clients, so good verbal communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.

About You

You will have considerable experience in a client/customer service role and experience in handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to clients and partner organisations.  You also have fast accurate keyboard skills and experience of using a range of IT tools including case management systems and databases and Microsoft Office applications, along with experience of administrative systems and office management.

About The Team

Helpline Plus telephone Casework team is a team of experienced specialist housing and debt advisers. We have four teams of advisers based in Shelter’s Sheffield office. We work with multiple external referral partner organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Helpline Plus provides legal advice and casework to enforce the rights of homeless people and assists those facing possession action or orders for sale to remain in their homes. We negotiate with councils, lenders and landlords to try to prevent court action.

Due to the nature of the service we can provide prompt access and may take on emergency cases, in particular to people who are beyond the reach of face to face services.

We’re recruiting a forward thinking, strategic and compassionate Head of Family Services to lead the development of our support services delivered by our team of Family Support Workers to families of children and young people with cancer in the East Midlands. This is a newly created role and a key position in our small, impactful charity.

Working closely with the Active Black Country (ABC) team and Local Authority partners you will:

1. Engage with communities to understand barriers and motivations to adopting an active lifestyle.

PWSA UK is a small charity providing lifelong support to all those affected by Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). PWS is a rare genetic condition causing an overwhelming and uncontrollable drive to eat that can be life-limiting, as well as learning and physical disabilities. We provide a dedicated helpline, a comprehensive information hub, a network of peer support groups, a varied programme of community events, training for professionals working with those with PWS, and support for vital research. Our aim is to help our amazing community overcome the challenges and live life to the full with PWS.

We are looking for a part time PWS Specialist Advisor for Scotland to support the PWS community in Scotland. PWS is a rare and isolating condition and our ambition it to reach families in Scotland to provide impactful advice, support, information and training. GiveOut is an award-winning international LGBTQI community foundation bringing together our community and allies to support LGBTQI activism worldwide.

About the Role

Grant-making is central to GiveOut’s mission of growing giving to support LGBTQI human rights activism globally. As Senior Grant-Making Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our grant-making programme, ensuring we effectively channel resources to LGBTQI activist organisations worldwide.

The Role

The organisation is a Christian think tank which seeks a world in which Christian ideas about human flourishing are drawn upon to answer some of the world’s biggest challenges. Discover! Creative Careers is a government funded, industry-led programme working to ensure there is a larger and more diverse intake of talent into the creative industries via a broader range of routes. Discover! Creative Careers, also known as the Creative Careers Programme, was kick-started with funding from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport in 2018 and has been shaped and supported directly by creative businesses, institutions, trade bodies and individuals. The delivery of the programme is led by ScreenSkills in partnership with over 25 organisations and through collaboration with industry, education, and careers professionals.

Discover! Creative Careers, Cymru will provide careers information and employer encounters to young people aged 11-18 and those supporting their careers decisions, with the aim of building a more diverse and inclusive future workforce. The programme will run until the end of March 2026, and will involve working across partners and in collaboration with creative industries organisations across 12 sub-sectors across Wales.

Role Summary

This exciting Project Coordinator role is central to the delivery of Discover! Creative Careers, Cymru, a high-impact initiative designed to open creative sector pathways for young people, particularly those from underrepresented communities.

Working closely with Into Film Cymru’s team and delivery partners, the Project Coordinator will manage the day-to-day planning, logistics, communications, and coordination of Discover! events, workshops, and in-school activity across the nation with support and guidance from the Project Manager.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong bilingual (Welsh/English) communication, and a commitment to inclusive practice.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth delivery of activity during a busy delivery window and support accurate data collection and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of Discover! Creative Careers, Cymru activities in partnership and with support from a wide range of partners. Events to include in-school and online events, creative careers talks, workshops, and live showcases.
• Act as the main point of contact for participating delivery partners and where needed, educators and Careers Leads during the project period.
• Support partners to manage bookings, scheduling, travel logistics, and delivery arrangements for all events, ensuring quality and consistency across different locations.

Beacon is now in its second decade and has grown substantially over the last three years, including a rebrand and expansion into international projects. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and intuitive Admin & Operations Officer to help ensure the smooth running of our daily activities and core functions.

This varied role spans many aspects of our work, from administration and resource management to supporting the systems and tools that keep Beacon working efficiently. You’ll work across the charity, supporting our executive leadership, projects teams, and fundraising activities, as well as and ensuring colleagues have the information and resources they need to deliver for our beneficiaries.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the charity and in supporting senior staff. As you settle into the role, you’ll have opportunities to develop skills in areas such as financial management, executive support, relationship management, stewardship, or project logistics, depending on your interests and the charity’s needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career, with full training and support provided. You’ll gain experience with a wide range of platforms and processes – from finance tools, databases, and information management – making it a great foundation for building broad, transferable skills in the charity sector. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organisational administration

• Lead on day-to-day operational processes to ensure the efficient running of the organisation.
