To support an exciting chapter in our community outreach and campaigns, we are looking for a new Corporate Partnership Account Manager who has experience building on existing relationships, developing new ones, as well as providing account management for major brands and household names. The role will focus primarily on working with existing corporate partners to develop activations that support Eden Project’s charitable work and participation in our flagship campaign, The Big Lunch.
This role requires an individual who excels at strategic thinking, exceptional stewardship and relationship building. Bringing a tenacity and enthusiasm, there is opportunity to work with corporate partners to have greater impact in communities, which is a key driver for Eden’s wider strategic plans and aims.
Working for the Eden Project (charity number 1093070), roles within the programme are funded by the Pears Foundation. This is a fixed term contract to the end of June 2027 with further extension planned but currently subject to funding. The post holder will be based at the Eden Project with some flexible working optional, and travel across the UK for key partner events and meetings as required.

The post holder’s primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Fundraising & Third-Party Events
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver Day One’s calendar of fundraising events, including challenge and third-party activities.
- Grow opportunities for individuals, teams, and partners to take part in events that raise funds and awareness.
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, risk assessments, and delivery on the day with our preferred suppliers.
- Steward flagship event participants, such as those taking part in the London Marathon and Great North Run.
- Ensure participants from other challenge events are handed over smoothly to the Relationship Fundraiser and Fundraising Assistant, who will lead on their stewardship and follow-up.
Awareness & Engagement Events
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Officer to plan and deliver awareness and engagement events such as exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
- Lead on all logistics and coordination from venue bookings and set-up to equipment, displays, and volunteer support.
- Represent Day One at events, helping to raise our visibility and strengthen relationships with partners, supporters, and professionals.
- Support the Marketing & Communications Officer with the delivery of campaigns like Major Trauma Awareness Week and other activities that raise Day One’s national profile.
Planning & Delivery
- Develop and maintain event plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring events are efficient and well-organised.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, venues, and event organisers to ensure value for money and quality delivery.
- Review and record event outcomes to support learning, improvement, and future planning.
- Balance multiple projects moving seamlessly from one event to the next or planning ahead for the year-round events calendar.
Teamwork & Values
- Work collaboratively across fundraising and communications to deliver joined-up campaigns and consistent messaging.
- Champion Day One’s values and behaviours, ensuring every event reflects our mission and priorities.

We are seeking an experienced charity manager to coordinate and manage the activity of the BVA Animal Welfare Foundation (AWF), which places animal welfare at the forefront of veterinary knowledge via research, education and debate.
Key duties:
You will have a strong track record of working with a Board of Trustees and associated committees on the successful implementation of a charity strategy, alongside an ability to lead on the implementation of a focused fundraising strategy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, and work to strict deadlines. Alongside experience of a variety of fundraising activities, event planning, and knowledge of charity governance, this new role represents an exciting opportunity to optimise the unique partnership with BVA and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to raise the profile of AWF.
Currently there are no direct line management responsibilities but as the charity develops it is likely that line management responsibilities will become part of this role. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and solutions-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the optimisation of our supporter engagement systems and data-driven marketing operations in the UK.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, personalised experiences for our supporters. Line-managing the UK Marketing and Communications team members, the Marketing Manager will streamline and coordinate Animal Equality’s public communications, ensuring they are streamlined, impactful, and evidence-based.
By maintaining data integrity, strengthening reporting, and driving robust monitoring and evaluation, you will empower colleagues across departments to make data-informed decisions, deepen supporter relationships, and increase fundraising income to advance our mission for farmed animals.

The Marketing Manager will report to the UK Executive Director and collaborate extensively with colleagues in Campaigns, Communications, Technology, Operations, and Marketing across our global offices.
In addition to monthly meet-ups, some travel within the UK may be required for demonstrations, meetings, and events. You must have hands-on experience managing team members and supporting their professional growth. Experience in marketing automation, and familiarity with GDPR best practice, is desirable.

The Supporter Marketing Manager works side-by-side with colleagues from the Media and Content, and wider Marketing team, ensuring a joined-up approach to all communications activities, through the integration of strong storytelling, marketing expertise and supporter engagement.
We have a remote-first approach to work and are happy for you to work remotely and flexibly, in a way that best supports your work-life balance. We also have an office near Glasgow city centre for those who live nearby and would like to work from here occasionally or on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure Mary’s Meals’ mission remains central to all Supporter Marketing work.
- Develop and implement Mary’s Meals’ Supporter Marketing strategy in the UK, with a core emphasis on KPIs linked to supporter income and retention.
- Work side-by-side with other Communications colleagues to ensure an integrated and joined-up approach to supporter retention and ensure branding, messaging and style is consistent.
- Collaborate with Supporter Engagement colleagues to build data-led supporter journeys tailored by donor type, channel, and behaviour – inspiring greater numbers of supporters to engage deeply with our mission.
- Manage the growth of our email marketing activity, including producing and sending email campaigns via Dotdigital.
- Manage the development of our direct mail programme in line with our ambitions for growth, including production of mail packs.
- Implement a programme of testing, learning, and innovation to ensure continued relevance and sector-leading performance in Supporter Marketing.
- Oversee the sourcing of content for Supporter Marketing activities, including freelance copywriting and design, and stories, design and copywriting from the Content team.
- Effectively segment key communications using audience and data insights.
- Evaluate and measure the success of Supporter Marketing activities through ongoing analysis and reporting, ensuring our work is driving greater support with existing audiences.
- Develop ongoing expertise by tracking and analysing relevant data (internally and externally), to identify key trends, opportunities and areas for development within the Supporter Marketing space.
- Maximise the impact of digital technologies including Dotdigital, working alongside colleagues in Data Insights and Operations to ensure success.
About you:
- Marketing manager with a proven track record in inspiring support through Individual Giving or Direct Marketing programmes.
- Experience in building tailored journeys for key audiences utilising data and audience insights.
- Experience of working with email CRM software (Dotdigital or similar).
- Experience of working with copywriters and designers.
- Evidence of delivering marketing across direct mail, and email, including production of mail packs and email campaigns.
- Evidence of delivering innovative ideas, with a passion for keeping abreast of marketing trends and opportunities.
- Evidence of working with printers and suppliers to manage print production to deadline, including taking a resourceful approach to ensure materials are produced cost effectively.
- Evidence of successfully implementing test and learn programmes.
- Skilled in managing data lists and segmentation rules for complex communication strategies.
- Able to develop creative and engaging ideas from the conceptual stage to evaluation.
- Proven ability to manage, develop and empower diverse teams
- Skilled at building internal relationships, working with colleagues across multiple teams and priority areas.
- Passionate about marketing that drives engagement and growth.
- Excellent organisational, time and project management skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be contracted to our London Haig House Hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week - Tuesday and Wednesday - working in person at the Hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.
