Role Requirements
- Assist in the recruitment process for Nursing and Care roles, including posting job advertisements, collecting applications, and assisting with shortlisting and arranging interviews.
- Provide support in the onboarding process for new staff, including preparing induction materials and coordinating with the People Team to ensure all pre-employment checks are completed.
- Support the coordination of the international recruitment programme by liaising with the recruitment and compliance teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Role Description
The Programmes Executive plays a key role supporting our community of schools during their time on the programme across the school year. They will support the design and delivery of Bite Back in Schools to ensure the best possible user experience for young people, their teachers and their schools, and to ensure the programme makes the greatest possible impact within the project timeline.
The Programmes Executive will report to the Programmes Manager, and will work closely with colleagues across Bite Back, in particular with our comms, digital, youth and policy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship management

Provide ongoing support to schools throughout their time on the programme, building strong working relationships with participating schools.

Support communication with all schools, providing a point of contact for the coordinator and lead teacher in each school.

Summer is an important period for us: teachers and students are on holiday, so it’s a chance to plan and prepare for the year ahead, particularly ahead of our busiest time for subscription and account setup in September. We are therefore looking for an intern to work across three areas:

Quality assurance (QA) across our question answering functionality. Our coders have developed thousands of question generators that need to be tested to ensure they work as intended; we also upload real GCSE and A level questions that need to maintain fidelity to the real thing while being translated into an online environment. You’ll be testing these questions, finding ways to break them, working out where equivalents don’t work when they should - or shouldn’t - using your mathematical knowledge in a unique way.

Customer support. We receive around a dozen emails to our support inbox each day from teachers and students who need help with account management and users who’ve spotted something that’s broken. We’re seeking someone who can efficiently problem solve account issues and act as a detective: working out how to replicate an issue a user is having, effectively document it, and pass it onto our devs to fix.

Social media administration. Jamie might be the face of our social media channels it couldn’t happen without support around the edges. That includes captioning/transcription, adding titles and descriptions, and using our site tooling to link videos to our platform. Some of this is routine, but some requires judgement and social media nous, like deciding on what makes for an effective caption.
Beyond these duties, we intend on making the most of the appointee’s strengths to delve deeper into at least one of these areas with dedicated projects to be presented to the management team. That might be presenting a big-picture vision of how we can increase fidelity to real exam questions in an online environment, or experimenting with AI supportdesk tools to respond to queries, or designing a social media content strategy that aligns with our goals – all areas that aren’t urgent to fix, but have high potential to make a difference. We know we can always learn and improve, and hugely value the insight of fresh pairs of eyes. We have a Senior Solicitor opportunity in our in-house legal team to work on a broad range of matters.

The successful candidate will be required to provide legal advice across areas of law including but not limited to public law, charity law and general commercial law, including intellectual property, contracts and procurement. You will also advise on subsidy control, information law and litigation, provide practical legal advice to help further our Strategy, It Starts with Community, in a user-friendly way, to ensures that we are complying with our statutory and regulatory framework.
The role requires an ability to get up to speed with new areas of the law as the team deals with a broad range of legal issues. The Senior Solicitor will use their legal knowledge and experience to improve the Fund’s internal processes.
They will generally manage their own legal files (often on important funding initiatives and partnerships) working in a highly collaborative and collegiate team, where the sharing of legal know how and continuous improvement is highly valued up to date management information about the work and impact of the Legal Team to senior managers.
The Senior Solicitor will be working in a Legal team of 14 colleagues. The role does not include any line management responsibilities but it does have matrix management responsibilities for more junior members of the team (Solicitors, paralegals and Legal officer).
Strong general commercial legal experience is essential. Experience working in an in-house or private practice environment in the UK with a varied and workload and wide range of customers would be ideal, as would experience of public law and advising public bodies.

The External Affairs Coordinator is a key member of RABI’s newly established External Affairs department. Reporting to the Head of External Affairs, the role will support the delivery of RABI’s external affairs strategy by coordinating key stakeholder engagement activities, public affairs events, policy-related communications and administrative functions.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To support the Area Manager / Operations Director in ensuring the Charity’s development and growth in ways that are relevant and in line with operational services and charitable objectives.
To ensure the Charity achieves its aims and objectives and fulfils its operational plan effectively by providing high quality intervention, providing person centred support for at-risk young people.
To have key responsibilities in reducing risk and delivery of our Shaping Futures Intervention this is our Short-Term Intervention Programme (STIP) in Buckinghamshire.
This project is funded for the next 18 months, we will be working closely with partners to extend this funding agreement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate onboarding of young people, including the initial assessment, and developing 12 individualised sessions bespoke to each young person.
- Ensure a 12-week programme is written and sent to the young person with agreed outcomes after initial meeting.
- Responsible for a case load of young people up to 20 young people at any one time.
- Lead sessions and activities with appropriate resources to empower young people to make more positive choices to reduce violent behaviours, reduce risk of exploitation and other offending behaviours.
- Support the multi-agency network for the young people you are working with. Report any safeguarding concerns to the DSL, with support from your line manager.
- Work in partnership with the Operations team to develop opportunities in line with the intervention if needed.
