High Trees are seeking a dynamic and creative Voluntary and Community Sector Support Officer to provide tailored development support to local organisations and manage projects relating to sector support. You will be joining us at an exciting time following the formation of a new Research and Development team which is starting to deliver a new capacity building offer to the local VCS sector, including one-to-one mentoring and the production of high-quality resources based on our experience of working with Lambeth communities for over 25 years. We deliver capacity building support both directly and through our partnership work.
This is a hands-on, practical role and the right candidate will have a wide skillset and interest in continually developing skills in order to perform this role. You will be working on a variety of projects which focus on capacity building and VCS infrastructure support. Your day-to-day work will be varied and over the next 12 months we expect this to include tasks such as supporting local VCS organisations on a one-to-one basis to improve their policies and procedures, managing a local grants programme, creating high quality templates and user guides, and running workshops using the resources we have developed such as our Collaboration and Employment Toolkits. We will be developing and refining our offer to the local VCS sector over the coming year and expect this to lead to further new and exciting pieces of work.

Purpose of the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.
Understanding the needs of current and prospective students and pupils and their parents, and being able to identify digital plans and initiatives which will enable ArtsEd to meet both the long and short-term needs is a central aspect of the role.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and implementation of digitally creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible for the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. They will work closely with senior staff and the rest of the Marketing team to deliver highly effective experiences to all stakeholders and potential stakeholders.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuing development of ArtsEd’s online profile amongst all of our target audiences, including high-level industry connections, potential supporters and the local community, alongside potential students, pupils and parents.
In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ArtsEd’s messaging is consistent, innovative and compelling across all platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Use digital marketing expertise to create effective user funnels to optimise conversion rates, tracking user behaviour in order to refine processes.
- Collaborate closely with staff across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities to ensure a full understanding of ArtsEd’s broad range of target audiences.

- Lead on the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy to optimise student and pupil recruitment across the whole organisation. This will include:
- Building on existing digital activity to maximise its reach and impact against all of our target audiences, including digital and associated print advertising.
- Managing an associated programme of recruitment focused events and activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to raise our profile and to maximise our enquires, registrations, applications and acceptances across all of our activities.
- Supporting the relevant teams in the delivery of this programme, which will include existing activity e.g. Day School and Sixth Form Open Days, degree audition days and our outreach programme.

As the motion design producer at Breast Cancer Now, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our work to life.
You’ll be creating high quality, engaging content about our life-changing research, campaigning, fundraising, services and health information. And you’ll be part of the multimedia team, where we produce video, photography, motion design and audio that help strengthen our brand and tell our story.
Reporting to the senior multimedia manager, you’ll be producing motion design projects that cover all aspects of the organisation. This includes producing multiple small and large-scale motion projects throughout the year to support major campaigns and projects. Experience of producing long and short-form content with an eye towards social trends is also desirable.
The role may require some work on larger video and photography projects throughout the year to support the wider team, so any skills in video production, video editing or photography would be an advantage.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
