What We're Looking For

- Experienced in using content and digital asset management systems, working within agile environments, and delivering user-focused solutions.

- A salary of £40,572 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

Sense has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Brand and Content team as our Stories Lead. This is a permeant, hybrid, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, based between home and our offices in Kings Cross, London.
The Brand and Content Team nurture and develop the Sense brand, putting it at the heart of everything we do and ensuring it is consistently represented throughout every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the management of storyteller relationships at Sense, making sure that their needs are met and that they understand the role of the charity, how their story can support it and the impact of doing so - ensuring they have a positive experience throughout.

Summary
We have a brand new opportunity for a Marketing Specialist Apprentice to support the Central Quadrant of Harris secondary academies, helping to identify, attract and engage our communities.
Working with the Assistant Director and Principals from the Quadrant, you will have the opportunity to support with our Academy marketing strategies, including social media channels, newsletters, events and create graphic designs, images and videos for both organic and paid campaigns. You will also work with the Federation Talent Attraction Partner.

Main Areas of Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies, primarily focussing on student and staff recruitment and improving brand awareness
- Designing and generating mixed media content for use on academy websites and relevant social media to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

Key Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge of email excellence to bring surprise and delight to the inboxes of our supporters, contributing to the quality of their supporter experience across our 3 brands.

About the role
As a Training Coordinator for SafeLives, you will provide effective and efficient co-ordination of resources and support for the Training team, commissioners and learners across all SafeLives’ training programmes.
Duties include:
- Respond to learner, commissioner and partner emails in a timely way and manage your inbox efficiently

- Send all necessary course information and updates to learners, colleagues and associates both digitally and physically
- Be available to support trainers and learners on the day of training and resolve any issues
- Provide tailored support for learners with additional needs
- Create Microsoft Forms feedback forms and evaluation reports
- Work flexibly with the team to resolve problems and cover workloads as appropriate
- Update Outlook calendars and spreadsheets (for delivery, accruals, impact measures, expenses)
- Save documents to SharePoint
- Work with finance to track payments
- Update the WordPress website
- Track learners’ accreditation progress (course applications, worksheet submissions, plagiarism checks, accreditation with OCN)
- Manage resources on Moodle & Turnitin
- Support learners with registrations, logins, grades, certificates, and extensions
- Engage in a constructive and effective way with all survivors of abuse, through calls to the office, Pioneer interaction, with colleagues and any other interaction we have in our day-to- day work
- Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Location: Hybrid working/Bristol office minimum of one day per week.
