This home-based role is to support Blesma members in the South West of England by providing a lifeline to members by delivering effective wellbeing support and advice to help reduce the negative impacts of disability and to assist them in leading independent and fulfilling lives. The role also involves representing Blesma and enhancing the charity’s profile within the local community of your area of responsibility.
The Independence and Wellbeing team works collaboratively across the Association to ensure Blesma’s programmes and services can help our service personnel, veterans and their families.

A little bit about the role
Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week expected in our London Office. Those living outside the M25 can opt to not receive London Office Allowance and agree a more flexible office attendance pattern at offer stage.
The Academic Registry team, one of the sub-teams within programme management, is responsible for ensuring that participants’ academic programme journeys are well-administered. The team are responsible for areas such as academic policies and processes (including for assessment and student records), along with several other operational aspects of Frontline’s academic provision, from attending and preparing data for examination boards or exceptional circumstances panels, to liaising with external markers.
The Academic Programmes Officer will work primarily as part of the Academic Registry, within Programme Management, to contribute to a first-class participant experience on the Approach Social Work programme. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in response to diverse requirements in the wider team through the academic year. A responsive and supportive standard of customer service is expected throughout, including at peak periods.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate assessments and preparation for exam boards, including managing marker allocations, deadlines and payments, and recording and communicating assessment outcomes
- Analyse feedback and other data to support the continuous enhancement of the Approach Social Work programme.
- Maintain accurate participant records, ensuring that all data is maintained and shared appropriately and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build strong working relationships within Frontline and with external partners, e.g. in our university partner, to support effective collaboration
A little bit about you
We are looking for someone who is committed to Frontline’s values and can balance support for participants with an understanding of the importance of agreed regulations and procedures in maintaining academic standards. You will be highly numerate and organised, with excellent attention to detail. Experience of working with student records in a higher education environment is highly desirable.

Camp Jojo is currently in transition. Over the first 8 years it has worked from one established site in Mersea, Essex; but we are now opening a second site (Nag’s Head Farm) near Appleby in Cumbria. The role of Volunteer Manager (Nags Head Farm) is to provide the management and administration of the key Volunteer sector of Camp Jojo, and to offer administrative support and feedback to members of the Camp Jojo Board in this regard.
The Volunteer Manager will be responsible for successful initial contact, recruitment, communication with and administration of volunteer for the Nag’s Head Farm camps, through to their successful placement at camp. The primary task of the Volunteer Manager (Nag’s Head Farm) will be to oversee the whole process of Volunteer applications to camps at Nag’s Head Farm, and to maintain and develop databases in support of this. They will be the contact point for information and support throughout the Nag’s Head Farm volunteers’ pathway with Camp Jojo. In addition, they will attend and minute meetings which concern volunteer management, etc.
They may need to work flexibly; the demands will be seasonal, with many more hours needed through spring and summer than autumn and winter. They will also need to be present for the first day of the camps during the summer, which are mostly during the school holidays. Main purpose of the role

Purpose of the job

This is a newly created and pivotal role that will lead our approach to income generation and strategic growth. As Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, particularly in corporate partnerships, trust fundraising, and strategic collaborations, while also shaping how we position and promote our offer.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a strategic and proactive senior leader with a proven track record in income generation and business development, ideally within the charity, education, or corporate responsibility sectors. This role requires a collaborative and entrepreneurial self-starter who can effectively manage and grow our existing network of funders, while also contributing to the development of our evolving business model.
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience in securing income from corporate partnerships and/or trusts and foundations
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly understand social impact areas and align them with funder priorities

The Role

In 2024, we launched a brand new Alpha Youth Film Series, a pioneering product that is having a global impact on the number of young people meeting Jesus through Alpha around the world.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, creative Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running to help us take the Alpha Youth brand to the next level, with a particular focus on marketing the new series.
In this role, your core focus will be managing the development, planning and delivery of an exceptional marketing strategy for Alpha Youth.
Working collaboratively with teams across Alpha and our global offices, you will use your marketing knowledge and outstanding planning skills to take a view of our audience, messaging and channels, ensuring the timely delivery of strategic marketing campaigns which will have the biggest impact in achieving our organisational goals.
The Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Formulate and execute a marketing, communications and content strategy aimed at raising the awareness, understanding, interest, engagement, and growth of Alpha Youth. This role needs to be able to both write the marketing strategy and hold responsibility for its roll out, with the support of the wider Alpha Youth team and the Global Head of Marketing.
• Develop and manage a detailed, costed and timed annual marketing and communications plan that identifies all key activities that Alpha Youth needs to engage in to achieve its objectives (including all appropriate channels to market) and report monthly on this.
• Ensure programme milestones related to marketing and communications are achieved on time and within budget.
Brand Management:
• Working with our Global Creative team and external freelancers as required, oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including content, graphics, event collateral and other materials.
• Ensure consistency and coherence is maintained in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
Content Creation:
• Work in a collaborative manner to develop and execute a year-round content marketing strategy that enables the distribution of impact-driven, engaging content to our target audience for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, podcasts, blogs, and website content.
• Able to brief in creative ideas to the design and video team and oversee the feedback process and their delivery from start to finish.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, particularly holding a close awareness of how Alpha Youth’s social channels are performing.
Internal Communications:
• Lead on all Alpha Youth related internal comms ensuring global brand campaigns and updates are communicated effectively and in a timely manner across the organisation.
The Right Candidate
• At least 3 years in a marketing role with a proven track record in the development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns and strategies
• The ability to write a multi-discipline marketing strategy across channels and audiences
• A strong understanding of digital channels and their supporting analytics
• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously, with an ability to prioritise and manage your time as required

About this key role
As our, provide inspiring leadership to the voluntary fundraising team – setting a supportive work culture that inspires staff to develop and contribute to increasing income generation by 10% that aligns with St Giles mission, values and ethos, plus contribute effectively as a member of the wider St Giles leadership team. We will also count on you to oversee and generate multi-million income streams with a total value of £5 million per year, refine and test new income streams, including Individual Giving, Legacies and In-Memory, and to work with the communications team to establish stewardship & acquisition campaigns that grow the donor base & awareness of St Giles work. Devising and delivering an effective cultivation and stewardship programme for prospects and existing donors and partners is also a vital aspect of this role.

• Five years’ experience working in charity or related sector
• Successful track record of achieving targets and growth in fundraising teams
• Three years’ experience of line management and of managing a team.
