Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s most respected youth charities, building and deepening relationships with an established, high-level network of generous and engaged donors who are passionate about our mission. You will help steward their continued support while also introducing new philanthropists to the life-changing impact of the Award around the world.

Working closely with the Head of World Fellowship and Philanthropy, you will nurture and expand a global donor community, encouraging existing supporters to open their networks, and helping new donors feel part of a mission to empower and invest in young people. Given our work with an international network of supporters, a candidate interested in the international philanthropy space or with direct experience working with global philanthropists would be particularly well suited for this role.

It is envisaged that this role will be an even split between relationship-building and new donor acquisition. We are fortunate to work with a network of thoughtful, values-driven supporters who are genuinely engaged in our mission.

Please see our recruitment pack for more details on this exciting opportunity!
