Job Purpose

This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.

You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Coordination

· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.

· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.

· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.

Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management

• Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
• Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.

Digital & Email Communications

• Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
• Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
• Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.

Donor Stewardship

• Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
• Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Could you be the impactful Programme Director we seek to lead, develop and oversee the delivery of the next stage of the Richmond Group Physical Activity Programme and We Are Undefeatable Campaign (WAU), with a budget of £8m?

This influential post is offered as a fixed-term contract ending March 2028. It will initially involve improving programme oversight and integrating the Physical Activity Programme and the We Are Undefeatable Campaign teams to enhance collaboration and ways of working. The Physical Activity Programme, a partnership with Sport England and the National Lottery, is entering an exciting new phase, which will focus on the evolution of We Are Undefeatable, from Above-The-Line to an 'always on' campaign, expanding our system influencing work, both nationally and at 'place' level, and building a powerful evidence base for how we can support the least active to move more

The role will have overall responsibility for the implementation of the strategic aims of the programme and ensure effective governance, budget oversight, and delivery of the system influencing work and WAU campaign. As Programme Director, you will extensively collaborate at leadership level with existing and new partnerships and stakeholders, parliamentarians and systems leaders to drive impactful interventions.

Dignity in Dying is the UK’s leading campaign for assisted dying law reform. We fight for a compassionate assisted dying law for terminally ill, mentally competent adults. We are a national campaign and membership organisation campaigning for change across the UK.

Compassion in Dying is a national charity working to amplify people’s voices, shift attitudes and drive changes to the healthcare system so people’s end-of-life decisions are heard, understood and respected when it matters most. We support people to start honest conversations about death and dying, and record and revisit their wishes whenever they want to.

The role:
We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and proactive Social Media Support Officer to join our digital team during a crucial phase of Dignity in Dying’s campaign. You’ll be responsible for driving high-impact, engaging social media content that supports our strategic goals and energises our growing supporter and stakeholder audiences across key platforms.

This role will primarily be focused on Dignity in Dying’s campaign, but over time there is scope for the role grow and take on more of Compassion in Dying’s social media delivery.  

Key responsibilities:

• Create compelling, campaign-aligned content for X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky, using existing messaging, framing and personal stories, posting frequently. Engage with accounts with a range of views to challenge misinformation and advance our core messaging.
• Support the creation of dynamic video content and imagery, including vox pops, for social media, including basic editing and captioning.
• Manage our online communities with empathy and sensitivity, identifying new campaigners, people with personal experience, and key stakeholders to get involved in the campaign.
• Collaborate with our campaigns team and agency partners to deliver coordinated set piece social activity, including influencer and ally engagement.
• Run reactive and real-time comms on social media with excellent judgement and fact-checking instincts.
• Integrate social content into wider supporter journeys, alongside email and web communications, including scheduling social media posts.
• Provide support to the Campaigns and Communications Support Officer and Digital Content Officer including drafting and sending email communications and creating content when required.

About you:

• Proven track record in delivering social media for campaigning organisations, political organisations, or high-impact causes.
• Skilled copywriter and content creator with an eye for storytelling and visual comms.
• Experienced in community management and comfortable handling controversial or emotive topics online.
• Confident using social media scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g. Tweetdeck, Buffer etc).
• Able to work confidently and within guidance in a fast-paced environment, and flag concerns and potential organisational or personal risk to colleagues in a timely way.

The Difference is an education charity, founded to change the story on lost learning. Our vision is to see lost learning falling nationally by 2030 and for schools to be better equipped to support all children, particularly those most vulnerable.

About the Role

We’re looking for a flexible, compassionate and organised Project Worker to join us from October. You’ll support our Winter Night Shelter, assist with guest services and casework, and lead on communications through social media and newsletters.

This varied role offers a unique insight into frontline homelessness work, while building skills in project delivery, volunteer management, and digital content creation.

To help us achieve this, we are looking for an experienced and empathetic Operations & Change Manager to lead the successful integration of two office locations and staff teams within our association. This is a key short-term role, supporting both the practical and people aspects of the merger, ensuring minimal disruption to services and a smooth transition for staff and stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management or organisational development, ideally within the voluntary or public sector, and a passion for values-led leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Management & Planning 

• Develop and deliver a clear, time-bound transition plan for the merger of two offices and their staff teams, which total around 10 staff. 

• Coordinate the logistical aspects of the merger, including workspace planning, IT/data transfers, supplier liaison and operational systems. 

• Ensure day-to-day services continue to run smoothly throughout the transition. 

Staff Integration & Communication 

• Work closely with the CEO to support team alignment, role clarity, and internal communications.

We are seeking a colleague with learning and development knowledge, graphic design, and content development skills to join the Learning and Development Team at Home-Start UK.

This is an exciting role, which will support the development, and maintenance of a new Knowledge Centre and content for our training and learning activities. You will be creating a wide range of informative resources, that appeal to different learning styles and objectives such as ‘tool kits,’ templates, video, audio, blogs etc as alternative ways of learning to support the work of the Home-Start network.

Working with Subject Matter Experts and colleagues across the organisation, the coordinator will be a point of contact for content creation, learning enquiries, administration, and communications.
