The Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance and work closely with the Finance Officer to deliver an efficient and robust financial service for The Photographers’ Gallery (TPG) and its trading subsidiary. A pivotal role within a small but impactful team, the Finance Manager will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthen financial processes and controls, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organisation.
A summary of key duties is as below:
- Oversee all day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, reconciliations, purchase and sales ledgers.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts, budgets, and cashflow reports in collaboration with the Head of Finance.
- Support in the preparation of the annual accounts and liaise directly with auditors.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (part-qualified considered) or significant relevant finance experience.
- Experience in financial management and bookkeeping, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong technical skills, including use of accounting systems, Excel, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a range of stakeholders.

About this key role

About this key role
As our Support Worker, you will support the promotion of the project, both internally and externally, and the achievement of project targets for engagement and progression onto training, employment and other outcomes for the Young Adults with Complex Emotional Needs (YACEN). You will maintain accurate and timely client records and evidence of all achieved outcomes according to programme requirements and as required by the funders, while also building excellent relationships with local authorities, voluntary organisations, mental health services, schools/colleges and other services across Bedfordshire.
We will rely on you to develop contacts and liaise with external agencies to develop positive working relationships, enabling effective referrals of participants and developing progression opportunities, plus deliver Transition Life Skills sessions to a cohort of young people. Actively promoting gender equality and involving the people we serve, and looking to address some of the unique issues faced by minority groups, including ensuring accessible resources in multiple formats (e.g. easy read, different languages) and working with specialist community groups are also key duties.

The Fundraising Assistant supports the Regional Community Fundraising Team by providing administrative and fundraising support. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining relationships with supporters, volunteers, and fundraising groups, ensuring excellent stewardship and service. Responsibilities include processing income, managing supporter records, coordinating public collections, and assisting with local fundraising initiatives. The post holder will be the first point of contact for supporters and will collaborate closely with internal teams and external community contacts to enhance fundraising efforts. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
Qualifications- Previous experience with the public (in-person or over the phone) in a customer/supporter facing environment
- Experience or knowledge of the charity sector and/or fundraising (desired)

We are excited to offer trainee positions within the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). The post-holders will work within OTR as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering brief, focused, evidence-based psychological interventions in the form of low-intensity support and guided self-help to young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience whilst also completing a Graduate or Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies Practice (Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Children, Young People and Families) delivered by the University of Exeter.
The post holders will attend all university-based teaching and self-study days required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed curriculum, and work within OTR services for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.

This role is based at our office in Sheffield, dealing with inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to victims of crime, reviewing and triaging referrals from the police.

The Role
As a Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising Area Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of membership fundraisers based primarily in the West Midlands with coverage across Shropshire and Worcestershire and this wider vibrant area. Your leadership will play a crucial role in meeting ambitious fundraising targets while upholding the highest standards in ethical fundraising.
As well as line managing a direct team of up to 8 fundraisers, you'll work closely with reserves within your geographical area and lead on National Shows at the NEC to maximise membership opportunity for the charity.

- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs including membership volume, average donation amounts, Gift Aid uptake and attrition rates.

About this exciting opportunity
Working as an integral part of the ED Navigator team, our successful candidate will identify and assess young victims of violence and provide a comprehensive and holistic assessment, advice, referral and support service, exploring innovative and effective ways of supporting them which will reduce their risk of re-victimisation.
You will produce support and risk management plans based on assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, which will include providing practical help such as social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, ETE options and appearing in court. We will also count on you to develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and to close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for the client that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support.
What we are looking for
• Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children, young people and/or families
• Experience in working as part of a multi-agency team
• Experience of using support plans, to enable people to successfully access support services
• Substantial experience of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young people
• To have a relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one
• A knowledge of relevant services for young people and their families in the service provision area
• First-class interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Successful candidates must undergo an Enhanced DBS check, on the basis that the post involves contact with vulnerable participants and colleagues.
