We are recruiting an In Work Employment Support Specialist to join our In Work Service based in Tower Hamlets. This role focuses on supporting people to remain in employment and supporting employers to retain staff who are experiencing mental health challenges.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, you would manage a caseload of clients who are currently in work and have mental health support needs. Your role would focus on helping people remain in their jobs, build confidence at work, and address challenges early before they escalate.
You would work directly with employees to understand their needs, strengths, and workplace challenges. Where appropriate, you would engage with employers to explore reasonable adjustments, communication strategies, and practical solutions that support retention. This requires confidence, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach when working with both individuals and organisations.
In cases where a return to the current role or employer is not possible, you would support clients to explore alternative outcomes. This may include securing alternative employment or working towards a settlement agreement in a supportive and informed way.
You would deliver support using a person-centred and strengths-based approach, while maintaining accurate records and working to agreed outcomes. You would also collaborate with referring teams and other professionals to ensure coordinated, client-led support.
The role is part-time, working 21 hours per week, including one late evening to ensure accessibility for people who cannot meet during working hours. You would be based in Tower Hamlets two days per week, attend meetings with employers across London, and have the option to work from home one days per week.

We’re looking for a Senior Face to Face (F2F) Fundraising Manager to join our Face to Face Fundraising team. This is a fantastic opportunity within the RNLI to play a vital role in developing and growing the RNLI in-house F2F Fundraising team to reach the ambitious targets we have ahead. This role manages a team of F2F Managers who each lead a team of F2F fundraisers signing up regular supporters within a defined geographical area and raise vital long-term funding for the charity, as well as delivering lifesaving water safety messaging. The role is part of the F2F Senior Management Team, supporting the team’s development through leading projects that drive forwards team performance.
Your role
As a Senior F2F Fundraising Manager, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
- Recruit, train and manage a geographically diverse group of direct reports. Develop and motivate direct reports to deliver key messages, campaigns and products within the F2F strategy.
- As a senior manager in the F2F fundraising team (200+ staff), continue to develop and maintain a positive high-performing culture to ensure the team are performing at their best and developing. Drive continuous improvement across all KPIs.
- Construct and monitor financial and performance reports to ensure budget & KPIs are met, reforecasting where necessary.
- Develop a positive safety culture by identifying and managing risks to health and safety and safeguarding.
- Oversee compliance & complaints to ensure RNLI F2F fundraising adheres to best practice.
- Lead the delivery of selected team projects from initiation to completion, working with colleagues both within the F2F team and the wider organisation to provide the plans, processes and tools needed for the team to achieve their objectives. Develop solid relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the UK and Ireland.
About you
Leading a frontline team, you’ll have excellent communication skills and people management capabilities, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising targets. You will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to use your networks to ensure that plans are executed well and future opportunities are maximised to drive both the volume and value of new supporters.
You’ll be a role model to others, displaying behaviours that inspire respect. You’ll look after your people so they in turn can look after our donors, by displaying a passion to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team who engage with the public. You’ll be flexible and prepared to work out-of-office hours with travel throughout the year. Substantial annual leave during the summer would not be practical for this role. This post requires a valid driving licence.

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Events to join our highly successful Philanthropy team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to develop and enhance our Corporate and Special Events Programme. This is very much a hands-on role of team leadership and direct account management. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Leadership

Develop and deliver the next three-year Policy and Advocacy Strategy aligned with MCF’s organisational objectives.

Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board on policy opportunities and risks.

2. Policy, Research and Insight

Monitor and analyse UK policy and regulatory developments affecting Muslim-led civil society.

Oversee research, consultations and data-driven insight to inform MCF’s policy positions.

Produce high-quality policy outputs, including reports, consultation responses and position statements.
3. Influencing and Stakeholder Engagement

Lead MCF’s engagement with central government, local authorities, devolved administrations and regional mayors, as well as regulators and sector networks.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with ministers, parliamentarians, senior officials, think tanks and sector leaders.

Coordinate MCF’s public affairs activity, including roundtables, Select Committee and APPG engagement, and representation at high-level external forums.

Strengthen MCF’s profile as a credible and influential voice for Muslim-led civil society across all tiers of government and the voluntary sector.
4. Sector Capacity and Member Support

Engage MCF’s members and Muslim-led organisations in collective policy development and advocacy.

Identify and advocate for structural solutions to sector-wide challenges, including funding inequality, regulatory barriers and intersectional disadvantage.
5. Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting

Person Specification
Essential Criteria

Significant experience (5+ years) in senior policy, advocacy or influencing roles within the UK charity or voluntary sector.

Demonstrable success influencing government at national, local or devolved levels, achieving measurable policy or funding change.

Strong understanding of the UK charity policy, funding and regulatory environment.

Knowledge of the UK Muslim-led and/or faith-based civil society landscape.

Experience amplifying marginalised voices and embedding lived experience into policy and advocacy work.

Role Purpose
As Product Manager HOSTHub Lead, you will drive the vision, design, and delivery of HOSTHub, HOST’s secure digital platform for global civil society operations.
HOSTHub is the central nervous system of HOST - connecting partners, funders, and internal teams across finance, legal, and operations. You will lead the platform’s development and optimisation, ensuring every user journey is clear, intuitive, and aligned with HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic values.
Working closely with the Partnerships and Engagement teams, along with our development contractors, you’ll translate user needs into product strategy, coordinate with the external development team, and deliver tools that make life easier for changemakers, funders, and the HOST team.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who can think systemically, act decisively, and balance big-picture design with hands-on delivery.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product Vision and Strategy
Lead on the design, roadmap, and vision of HOSTHub as HOST’s flagship digital platform.
Translate HOST’s organisational goals into a clear, scalable, and user-focused product strategy.
Define and own product milestones, prioritising features that improve efficiency, visibility, and impact.
Ensure HOSTHub reflects HOST’s values secure, transparent, intuitive, and empowering.
Reporting cadence: Monthly progress and roadmap update to Operations Director and Leadership Team.
2. User Journey and Experience Design
Lead on designing the end-to-end user experience for hosted partners, funders, and staff.
Map user journeys across onboarding, finance, compliance, and reporting workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Partnerships and Community Support teams to align HOSTHub with the Hosted Partner and Funder Journeys.
Work with the Communications Team to ensure all user-facing content is accessible, clear, and on-brand.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly user feedback and UX improvement report.
3. Development Oversight
Oversee product design and development process, in coordination with the development team.
Attend demo and planning sessions each sprint, provide clear prioritisation of activities and ensure that development is rolled out as required.
Ensure that all Hosted Partner and HOST team voices are included and prioritised into the platform development, acting as central focal point for all HOSThub needs.
Reporting cadence: Bi-weekly sprint updates; monthly development report.
4. Data, Systems, and Integration
Work with the Data Analyst to ensure HOSTHub captures accurate, useful data for reporting and impact measurement.
Integrate Data and Impact measurement needs into the Product Roadmap prioritisation
Support automation of key workflows across the Delivery and Partnerships Circles, improving speed and reducing manual processes.
Maintain robust documentation of system architecture and data flows.
Reporting cadence: Monthly systems performance and data accuracy review.
5. Security, Compliance, and Risk
Lead on platform security and data protection in collaboration with the Legal Lead.
Ensure HOSTHub adheres to global data privacy and security standards (GDPR, AML/CTF, etc.). Prioritise required actions within roadmap.
Conduct regular digital risk assessments and prioritise required actions within roadmap mitigation strategies.
Lead the incident response process for digital issues or breaches, maintaining transparent communication with leadership.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration and Capacity Building
Work across HOST’s teams to ensure HOSTHub serves all service areas - Project Hosting, Hosted Grantmaking, and Capacity Building.
Develop and deliver internal training sessions to build staff confidence and skills in using HOSTHub.
Create and maintain onboarding resources, FAQs, and user guides.
Partner with the Training Lead to embed digital literacy across the organisation and hosted partner community.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly internal training and adoption report.
7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Monitor emerging technologies and sector best practices to inform HOSTHub’s evolution.
Evaluate and test new features, integrations, and user needs to maintain product relevance.
Lead user feedback sessions and platform reviews to ensure HOSTHub grows with HOST’s global operations.
Drive HOSTHub’s role in enabling a distributed, digital-first delivery model.
Reporting cadence: Annual product review and roadmap refresh.

Required Experience
5–8 years’ experience in product management, digital platform delivery, or systems development - ideally within SaaS, fintech, social enterprise, or digital infrastructure contexts.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder digital products from concept to launch and iteration.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user journey design, with practical experience mapping and optimising workflows for multiple user groups.
Experience managing or coordinating external developers, digital agencies, or tech contractors in remote environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into technical requirements, prioritising effectively across competing demands.
Familiarity with API integrations, database systems, and workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Airtable, or custom integrations).
Proven success integrating digital tools with finance, CRM, or data systems (e.g. Sage, Salesforce, ClickUp, Zendesk).
Strong data skills, including experience designing or using dashboards and analytics for performance and reporting.
Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO, AML/CTF) as they apply to digital systems.
Excellent project management, prioritisation, and communication skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
