About the role
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships (Church of England) to join our Church Partnerships Team at Compassion UK. In this pivotal role, you will shape and lead our strategy to engage with Church of England leaders, events, and networks across the UK.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Senior Individual Giving Officer will play a pivotal role in driving unrestricted income growth from individual supporters at Independent Age. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you will lead on the planning and delivery of supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship activity. You’ll take ownership of key projects and manage multi-channel campaigns and donor journeys that deepen engagement, reduce attrition, and maximise lifetime value. From heartfelt appeals to personalised touchpoints, you’ll ensure every supporter feels valued and connected to our mission.
You will bring experience in managing the planning, budget, set-up, delivery and reporting and analysis of integrated multi-channel digital, direct and offline campaigns and activities that meet and exceed KPI’s. Digital expertise and experience working in a test and learn environment are also key. You’ll have an agile mindset, with the ability to work both proactively and reactively depending on changing priorities. You must have a passion for, and affinity with, Independent Age’s cause.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of potential to design and input your own approaches, activities and stewardship to achieve income growth and bring to life the varied work of Independent Age, inspiring supporter loyalty and long-term support.

About the role
This is a new role which will help to deliver a pilot strategy to grow long-term sustainable income by enhancing Breast Cancer Now’s on-the-ground presence locally.
Joining the relationship fundraising team and working closely with the high value partnerships team, this role is responsible for cultivating new long-term relationships and, in turn, driving fundraising income.
Uniquely, the post holder will help to implement a large-scale trial to further grow Tickled Pink, an award-winning partnership between Asda, Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! which has raised over £100m. The goal is to grow both engagement and future income by directly supporting colleagues across Asda stores in their local area.
In addition, this role will establish and grow a portfolio of supporters in the northwest by cultivating relationships with new and warm supporters including individuals, clubs, societies and local companies. It will also line manage two community fundraisers based in Scotland.
What’s special about this role is that you’ll be working alongside a supportive, innovative and fun team which has delivered continued growth in fundraising over the last five years.
The is the first time the charity has had a community fundraiser locally based in the northwest. It is one of five new roles being introduced as part of the pilot, and the goal is that they all become permanent.
About you
You’re a pro at cultivating long term relationships with a variety of new supporters to generate income, and have great community fundraising experience working with individuals, local companies and clubs and societies.
You’re proactive and can work in a flexible and agile way; perhaps you’ve helped to deliver successful pilots in the past. You’re solution focused and experienced in developing and delivering ideas to grow income and engagement in the short and long term.
With great communication skills, you’re a team player and love working independently as well as part of a large team with various stakeholders.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This is a remote role, and the candidate will need to be based in Manchester, Liverpool or the surrounding area. Regular travel will be required to meet supporters and visit Asda stores in your region, as well as to our offices in London, Sheffield and Glasgow.

Job Purpose
BSR education programme is a key benefit to members and the wider rheumatology community, providing updates on the essentials needed to deliver top-quality care for patients and ensuring professional development opportunities.
This role sits within the Education team who are responsible for delivering BSR’s educational activity. Working alongside the Head of Education, the Events and Education Manager, Event Executive and the Digital Events Manager, you will assist in the planning and delivery of a range of education courses, webinars, bursary schemes and digital learning activities. You will work with the team to support the work of our Education Committee, Trainee Committee and Digital Learning Board.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to get more hands-on experience in planning and executing a variety of educational events and activities and liaising with multiple stakeholders. Main Responsibilties
Event & Course Management
- Lead on course and webinar registration processes, including delegate bookings, communications, data management and reporting, and producing delegate materials.

Your Day-to-Day
As Service Manager, you’ll:
• Establish and embed the Advice Triage (OFD) model for public launch in March 2026

• Oversee inbound query management across all contact channels
• Coordinate internal and external referral pathways across Norwood and key partners

Qualifications, Training and Experience
Essential:
- Relevant degree in Social Work, Health, Education, or Management; And/or Leadership or project management qualification

- Strong knowledge of referral systems across the voluntary and statutory sectors
- Sound safeguarding knowledge

As our new SEO Manager, you’ll lead a strategic shift in how we grow the visibility and reach of our digital content across search engines and AI-powered platforms. This is a key role in helping us connect with more people, drive engagement, and support our mission to save and improve lives.

- Leading the development and delivery of BHF’s SEO strategy to boost organic visibility, drive engagement, and support fundraising and awareness goals.

You also have experience working with cross-functional teams to align SEO with broader digital and organisational goals.
You have a solid grasp of digital PR, link-building, and local SEO strategies, and understand how these areas are shifting in response to generative AI and changing search behaviours.
In addition, you’ll bring:

This role sits within our Social Impact Group and you will work closely with the Director of Philanthropy & Partnerships, AD of Philanthropy (Major Gifts), Major Appeal Programme Director, Executive Director Social Impact and senior leaders at all levels to identify and access new and existing networks of wealth, opportunity and influence.
Our step-change in impact with children will be achieved by a step-change in our philanthropy & partnerships: as a Senior Major Gifts Manager, you'll play a crucial role in this transformation through strategic development and personal leadership of a substantial portfolio of major donors that contribute significant gifts and support
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
-Substantial track record personally securing significant partnerships with major supporters
-Experience leading on developing major account portfolio management, proposal preparation and effective cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major donors
-Strong communication skills including presentation, negotiation, influencing and writing skills with ability to build relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
-Knowledge of legal, regulatory and ethical environment of major gift fundraising

Main purpose of post
To support accurate financial administration and effective donor data
management. This role is vital to ensuring that income from donations is
processed promptly and accurately, enabling timely thank-you
communications and excellent donor stewardship. The role will also undertake
data work to enable the charity to manage its data effectively, monitor its
service delivery and impact.
Key responsibilities
Donation Processing & Stewardship Support
Accurately process all cash and cheque income batches into our
fundraising CRM and finance systems.
Process and code incoming donations from a range of sources, including
online platforms (e.g JustGiving, Raisely, PayPal, Stripe, CAF, Enthuse).
Ensure all funds are banked in a timely manner and act as the main
contact for arranging cash collections.
Maintain and update the donor database with accurate donation records
and supporter details.
Process supporter Gift Aid declarations and assist with submission of Gift
Aid claims.
Liaise with the fundraising and communications teams to ensure donors
are thanked promptly and appropriately.
Flag anomalies or issues with donation data to relevant staff to maintain
high standards of data quality and supporter care.
Finance Administration
Support the monthly reconciliation of income between finance systems.
Support the Finance Executives with processing purchase invoices, staff
expenses, and supplier payments in accordance with charity procedures,
as needed.
Support monthly and quarterly finance reports and audits as required.
Data Management
Ensure high standards of accuracy and integrity of CRMs and finance
databases through regular data cleaning and maintenance.
Help compile reports for funders, internal monitoring, and annual
accounts.
Assist the Data and Systems Manager with reviewing existing systems
and processes to identify opportunities for improvements.
Follow GDPR and internal data handling policies when processing
supporter and financial information.
General administration and collaboration
Work closely with colleagues in data, finance and fundraising.
Undertake other administrative duties as required by the line manage

The EMHIP (Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme) Mobile Hub Support Worker has been co-designed with individuals with lived experience of mental health care to provide direct, person-centred support to individuals in their local communities.
The Croydon BME Forum and Asian Resource Centre Croydon, in partnership with South West London Integrated Care System (SWL ICS) and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) are working together to address the ethnic inequalities in health and social care through the Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme (EMHIP). One of the key interventions of EMHIP is the implementation of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub. This is a mobile, all age, whole family hub service, delivered within both faiths based and community-based organisations.
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub team will be a dedicated team of experienced, culturally aware support workers and clinical staff embedded in the community to provide services to all local residents, but with a specific focus on BAME communities. This team will be based in different locations across the borough, working within BAME communities, alongside faith groups and existing wellbeing hubs in Croydon.
Job Summary
The Mobile Hub Team Support Worker is a skilled, knowledgeable, and empathetic person, who enjoys working with people, taking a person-centred approach. They must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an active setting, with people and professionals across the health and social care system. They will be practical, resilient, well organised and have excellent communication skills.
As a Hub Support Worker, you will be responsible for working with the team, providing advice and practical help for local residents in need of mental health support or general well being/social support.
