The Caring Family Foundation (TCFF) is dedicated to improving the lives of women, with children at the heart of all that we do. We are a grant-giving organisation with projects both in the UK and in Brazil. In the UK, our work is focused on tackling child poverty and domestic abuse.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a small, committed team in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve the management of TCFF grants, contribution to its strategic objectives, and the planning and implementation of communications’ events.

Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, to manage the delivery of grants, ensuring that they are in line with TCFF’s objectives, values and criteria.
- To monitor grants closely and ensure regular and accurate reporting.
- To maintain records of all grant reports, awards and applications, and to monitor milestones.
- To build close working relationships with grant partners.
- To prepare grants financial overviews in keeping with the agreed annual budget.
- To develop strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks, in collaboration with TCFF’s data agency.
- To develop and maintain a strong network of community partners, government agencies, and other relevant organisation to enhance synergies, increase TCFF visibility and credibility.
- To lead on planning and implementing visits to grant partners with the TCFF Communications’ team to capture TCFF’s work.
- To keep informed about developments in TCFF’s fields of work and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager on the strategic direction.
- To keep informed about government and other stakeholders’ best practices, research and legislation related to our fields of work.
Qualifications, skills and experience
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in charity programme management.
- Solid experience in overseeing grant budgets and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and culturally responsive approaches to serving diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with beneficiaries, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a flexible and collaborative attitude.
- To have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate.

What you will be achieving
As People Assistant, you will be supporting an established People and Culture (P&C) team to deliver an efficient and accurate P&C administration service across the Academy, ensuring that all P&C records are maintained properly. You will have some admin experience, which could be easily transferred to working in a P&C team. There will be opportunities to grow and develop in the role and get involved in wider cross-team working projects.
The People and Culture function forms part of the Directorate team. The team includes the Head of People and Culture, two People Business Partners and two People Assistants (including this role).
The wider Directorate team is responsible for supporting big annual Corporate Events. The team also supports and provides administrative support to the Chief Executive (CEO), President, Officers and Senior Leadership Team.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the People Business Partners in managing the recruitment activity. Recording diversity information after each recruitment round, ensuring it is available for annual analysis.
- Managing the new starter admin process, including conducting reference checks, induction meetings, and ensuring line managers follow the induction and probationary procedures.
- Undertaking P&C administration, including updating the HR employee database (Cezanne), P&C spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, and responding to external reference requests.
- Maintaining and updating information on the staff organogram and number of permanent/fixed-term posts on a monthly basis.
- Supporting the People Business Partner to prepare payroll administration and paperwork.
- Monitoring the sick leave and annual leave processes - escalating any potential issues to the People Business Partners and Head, as appropriate.
- Supporting the People Business Partners with any training administration, booking paperwork, and supporting training day coordination.
- Being the super user of the HR system.
- Updating any changes in the system, as and when needed.
- Supporting Academy away days.
- Supporting the People Business Partners in systems development work, as necessary.
What you’ll bring to the role
- The ambition to study towards CIPD level 3, or be studying towards.
- Experience of doing admin (within a P&C department would be an advantage).

The Digital Inclusion Worker will be responsible for providing targeted one-to-one digital support and delivering workshops to both disabled and non-disabled residents of Enfield, helping them to improve their digital skills. This will be achieved through the delivery of tailored training and learning programmes designed to promote digital inclusion. Chief Operating Officer

About the Service
We are seeking a Volunteer & Service User Involvement Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our 5-year strategy, which places service user involvement and volunteering at its core. This role is key to ensuring that the voices of service users, volunteers, and women with lived experience of VAWG are actively captured, organised, and integrated into the development of our services, operational activities, and strategic direction.
About the Role
The key responsibilities of the Service User Involvement Administrator are:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Volunteer & Service User Involevment Coordinator across all areas of service user and volunteer engagement.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for volunteers and service user involvement activities, including processing DBS checks, references, and welcome packs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on volunteer and service user engagement databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare agenda’s, correspondence, newsletters, and recruitment materials as required.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, focus groups, training sessions, consultations, and board meetings.
- Manage invitations, bookings, and logistics for internal and external meetings or workshops involving volunteers and service users.
- Take and circulate clear and concise minutes and action points.
- Draft and disseminate regular communications, including newsletters, reminders, surveys and feedback forms.
- Ensure information is accessible and aligned with Solace’s inclusive and psychologically informed frameworks.
- Manage the inbox of service user involvement and volunteer queries and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure all volunteer and service user information is managed confidentially and in line with Data Protection regulations.
- Keep volunteer and service user training, DBS, and participation records up to date.
- Support in monitoring engagement levels and preparing basic reports or summaries on SUI and volunteering.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Officer who can demonstrate proficiency and hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role, with a strong track record of resolving technical issues and supporting end users. The post holder will be an excellent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively across the organisation.
