About the Role
This is a role where you’ll really see the difference you make.
As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and South Lincolnshire, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups—particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.
You’ll be right in the mix: planning events, delivering programmes, supporting volunteers and connecting with school staff to make sure young people have access to our inspiring enterprise and financial education experiences.
You’ll be a key driver of our Inspiring Futures programme—helping young people break down barriers and imagine bigger futures.
It’s a varied, people-focused role with loads of room for creativity, independence and collaboration. Whether you’re visiting a school, chatting with a funder, or supporting a trade fair, you’ll be helping young people build skills that will last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with schools, colleges, youth clubs and local communities
- Focus on expanding our reach in areas of multiple deprivation and underrepresentation
- Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings
- Recruit, train and support volunteers—making sure they feel valued and inspired

A few practical things:

At Impetus we are looking for our next Director of Public Affairs, someone who can inspire our brilliant Public Affairs team and spearhead our communications, policy and research work. Key responsibilities
Fundraising and income generation
- Work with Impetus CEO and SMT to support the delivery of the Impetus strategy and business plan and deliver the public affairs milestones to time and within budget.
- Champion and contribute to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all areas of Impetus' work, ensuring that EDI principles related to Impetus’ mission are reflected in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications and public positioning.
- Vision setting and strong line management of the Public Affairs team, developing their capabilities, representing the team at SMT and to the Board and ensuring it continues to make a valuable - and valued - contribution to the achievement of Impetus’s objectives, through building and implementing high quality work plans for the team and ensuring the wider Impetus team is aligned on these.
- Increase awareness, understanding and trust in Impetus among key stakeholders, through regular, thoughtful engagement with the sector and securing high profile media coverage.

The Senior Philanthropy and Partnership Manager is a new role, bringing the staff team to eight. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and proactive individual who will play a key role building strong relationships with decision-makers within businesses to help us deliver emergency shelter to the most vulnerable people hit by conflict, disaster and climate crises.

Collaborate with international colleagues, particularly in the USA, to explore and respond to global corporate partnership opportunities as they arise. Proactively contribute to establishing new ways of working across markets to unlock shared value and international engagement.
Ensure alignment with ShelterBox's Ethical Partnerships Policy by supporting due diligence screening in partnership with the Stewardship and Research Officer and Philanthropy & Partnerships Assistant.
Relationship management
Personally manage relations with ShelterBox's most valuable partners: taking time to understand partner needs and decision-making drivers, and utilising insight into objectives, motivations and internal priorities to tailor engagement strategies to maximise partnerships.
Seek opportunities to uplift and add value to partnerships by having a thorough understanding of ShelterBox's work, networks and funding needs.
Work with and support the Corporate Partnerships Officer to effectively manage and steward their portfolio of accounts.

Leadership
Provide strategic and supportive line management to the Corporate Partnerships Officer, ensuring clear objectives, success indicators, and personal development plans are in place and regularly reviewed.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships across ShelterBox, working closely with colleagues in the UK and internationally to align efforts and maximise partnership impact.

Emmaus UK is looking for a new Regional Communications Officer to directly support Emmaus communities in the North East and Yorkshire.
About the role
Our team of Regional Communications Officers support Emmaus communities and groups to increase their profile and engage supporters. You will work closely with up to four Emmaus charities to identify their communications needs, plan and deliver work to help achieve their goals.
You will have excellent skills and knowledge in communications, public relations and marketing with at least two years’ experience working in a busy and varied communications role. Although not essential, knowledge and understanding of homelessness and the charity sector would also be an advantage.
Within this hybrid role, you can be based at home or in an Emmaus community. About the role
We’re looking for someone who has experience in marketing, communications and engagement for events, gala lunches, fundraising products and campaigns. We want you to bring creativity, insight and energy to help drive the income of the Charity from your marketing and engagement perspective. We’re at a pivotal and exciting point in the organisation as we’ve grown from three to thirteen team members in the last few years. Alongside this, London Funders now has a subsidiary organisation in its infancy, Collaboration Circle, and the potential for a second one through our place based work with London’s Giving. This growth creates real opportunities to shape and deliver strong communications across the London Funders family.
We need someone who is highly organised, with the written, digital and verbal skills to help us deliver a diverse portfolio of projects. It’s a unique opportunity for someone who can pair strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small team but is equally confident working independently, who brings initiative and creativity to solve challenges, and—importantly—shares our commitment to building a fairer future for communities.
