About you

The Project Officer provides oversight and project management of the College’s External Quality Assurance (EQA) governance and oversight programme and associated work.
They are the College’s in-house expert for all EQA matters and ensure the delivery of this work through strong stakeholder relationships.
We are looking for an experienced administrative professional with strong skills in coordinating multiple activities. The ideal candidate must have experience in taking formal minutes, organising meetings and preparing papers. In addition, they will have strong proofreading, formatting and editing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Service delivery

• Lead the day-to-day management of Ella’s safe houses, and outreach services

• Ensure all caseworkers provide high-quality, holistic support tailored to each woman’s needs

• Ensure casework systems are used consistently and effectively across the team

• Oversee accurate and timely completion of risk assessments, support plans, and case notes

• Provide emotional support and hands-on casework guidance where needed

• Coordinate referrals and ensure women are welcomed into the service with care and dignity

The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Legacy Manager. The role will be key in securing the future of the Museum for years to come, building on and delivering a comprehensive legacy strategy, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and building meaningful relationships with legacy supporters.

1. Key areas

• Manage the merged team responsible for membership, data, subscriptions, and call handling, ensuring efficient daily staffing across three hybrid sites.

The programme

The role 

The Programme Officer (PO) will support the effective delivery of the Foundation’s Knowledge, Learning and Communications (KLC) workplan. Working under the supervision of the KLC Programme Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the Foundation’s websites; planning and creating content for our online channels that communicates meaningful results and tells the Foundation’s story in as engaging way as possible; event coordination, facilitation and promotion; support for media relations; support for annual reporting and results monitoring; and support to Foundation staff in the optimal use of communications tools and IT.

The individual 

We seek an individual with demonstrated experience in communications gained within a comparable field, especially of social media and online marketing, along with experience of using website content management systems.  The ideal candidate will also have experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and have a good understanding of Microsoft tools and webinar/virtual meeting platforms. They will have strong writing skills and experience in storytelling and reporting, along with an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. They should have an awareness of ensuring brand and style guidelines are reflected across communication activities and be comfortable acting as a first point of contact for media enquiries as well as liaising with colleagues and external suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Content & Social Media

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, newsletters, and blog.

  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaigns and key dates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and supporters to amplify stories.

• Digital Fundraising & Email Marketing

  • Develop and run email campaigns with strong CTAs to engage and convert.

  • Work with the CEO to plan donor-focused digital campaigns.

• Analytics & Strategy

  • Monitor growth, reach, and engagement across platforms.

  • Use insights to continuously improve strategy and content performance.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience growing a social media audience ideally for a charity, social enterprise, or purpose-led organisation.

• Exceptional written communication skills – able to distil technical project outcomes into human-centred stories that spark emotion and action. Creative flair for designing, planning and executing campaigns.

• Understanding of public fundraising campaigns and how to use digital storytelling to drive donations.

• Experience using Canva for creating eye-catching visuals (text, image, video) and content management. 

• Proficient in social media management tools, analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn). Able to quickly post updates and announcements during live events and fundraising periods. 

• Able to maintain a consistent voice and brand identity across channels.
