SCM has six members of staff, all but one of whom are part time, and achieves a great deal. Supporting progressive Christian students and members across the country to put their faith into action, no two weeks are ever the same. Suffolk Wildlife Trust is seeking a Membership Assistant to support the delivery of an exceptional experience for our 27,000 members and help drive our mission to bring nature back to Suffolk. This role is central to the effective administration of our membership schemes, ensuring that members feel valued and connected to the work of the Trust.
The Membership Assistant will manage the day-to-day processing of memberships, including maintaining accurate records in our CRM system (Charity CRM by Access), handling payments and Gift Aid, responding to member enquiries & issuing welcome packs and renewal reminders. Working closely with the Senior Supporter Development Officer, they will help improve and streamline our systems, contributing to membership growth and retention.
The role includes co-ordinating the distribution of membership resources, including promotional materials and our members’ magazine, supporting a network of volunteer magazine deliverers across the county.

We are looking for an experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our small and friendly fundraising team. You will be responsible for driving our strategy for Community Fundraising, Individual/Regular Giving and Events. With a database of around 100,000 registrants and 15,000 members, these existing income streams have lots of great potential. - Grow a successful existing income stream (Fundraising Events and Regular Giving) and develop and grow a comparatively new income stream (Community Fundraising and Individual Giving) for Twins Trust. About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Trauma Informed Therapist to join the team. Leading peer-mentoring support to trauma-informed therapists while delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services. We are a dynamic service with a holistic service model, so the senior role is supporting wider than just direct delivery.
You'll play a key role in supporting clients, managing communications, supporting volunteers/placements. You will work closely with our Community Development and Criminal Justice Services teams to ensure survivors have access to the right support. All staff have a Thematic Leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.

You’ll be someone who is a qualified and experienced therapist working with trauma. We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and supporting therapists and trainees, but we value transferable skills too. You will be an important member of the Senior Management Team, supporting the CEO to drive income growth. About the role
As our CRM Product Manager, you will define and deliver a visionary CRM strategy that empowers WaterAid’s fundraising success, working closely with technical teams, fundraising stakeholders, and global partners to drive sustainable change.
In this role, you will:
- Set and lead the CRM vision for WaterAid UK and work with international colleagues on a global CRM strategy.
- Define and own the CRM roadmap, aligning it with strategic priorities and ensuring a well-managed product backlog and measurable outcomes.

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other enterprise CRM platforms, and a clear understanding of how CRM drives fundraising strategy.
- Strong business and systems analysis skills, including the ability to write effective user stories and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams through technology transformation, with experience in stakeholder management and navigating change.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures and manage supplier relationships and budgets effectively.
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Knowledge of fundraising-specific CRM services such as GiftAid, Direct Debits, BACs, event and supporter management.
- Experience with extract, transform and load (ETL) processes, particularly handling large batch data operations.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The successful candidate will be the helpful and friendly first point of contact for all those engaging with REUK - from team members, young people and building users to supporters, partner organisations, and press. As the public relations lead and the Operation Team’s focal point, you’ll take an eager interest in the full scope and reach of REUK’s work so that you can resolve and triage enquiries, develop beneficial and positive connections, and deliver appropriate solutions and support.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of those who use The Lighthouse (REUK’s home in NW10). You will take joy in hosting people and facilitating events and will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for ensuring that the building is a welcoming, well-functioning, and hospitable environment for staff, tenants, young people and visitors alike.
Alongside practical tasks like liaising with contractors, setting up spaces for different user groups and day-to-day troubleshooting, you’ll take a lead on business development - including by designing and implementing a marketing strategy, networking with multiple diverse communities, and managing venue bookings - to ensure that The Lighthouse is widely known and used to its full potential.

The role
As Senior IT Manager, you will lead on all things IT across CSE and our subsidiary, Retrofit West CIC. From supporting staff day-to-day to managing our infrastructure and external support partner, you will ensure our systems are secure, fit for purpose, and evolving with our needs.
You will sit within the Finance & Operations team and be part of CSE’s Senior Management Team (SMT), working closely with our Director of Finance & Operations. · Managing our internal IT systems, tools and infrastructure.
· Being the main contact for our external IT support provider.

· Supporting our bespoke in-house databases and CRM systems.

* The salary for the post will be on Scale I (£47,508– £55,953). As Senior Manager, Advocacy and Creative Programme, you will have overall responsibility for the Advocacy and Creative Programme. JOB PURPOSE
The main purpose of this post is to provide comprehensive financial management for Bradford Hospitals Charity, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial controls, and effective management of the Charity's financial position.
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the charity through its exciting transition to independence, establishing appropriate financial systems, controls, and procedures to ensure the charity can operate effectively as an independent organisation. This will include developing new financial governance structures and helping to shape the charity's financial strategy for the future.
The Finance Manager will lead on all aspects of the Charity's financial management, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making by the Charity Director and Trustees. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant professional standards, Charity Commission requirements, and NHS guidelines.
The postholder will maintain a close working relationship with the Trust finance team to benefit from their expertise while ensuring the Charity's specific financial management needs are met during and after the transition to independence. The Finance Manager will be supported by the Deputy Director of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer, who will provide guidance on compliance with Charity Commission requirements, financial governance, and wider strategic financial management to ensure the role is well-connected within the broader financial structure.
Working collaboratively with fundraising and operational colleagues, the Finance Manager will help maximise the use of charitable funds to benefit patients and the Trust.
JOB DIMENSIONS
The post will have responsibility for the Charity's financial systems, including managing and monitoring all charitable income and expenditure, financial forecasting, producing monthly Financial and management accounts, annual accounts, and maintaining effective control systems.
A key aspect of this role is managing the Charity's portfolio of trust funds, which consists of various restricted, designated and unrestricted funds. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all donations are correctly allocated to the appropriate funds, that expenditure from these funds complies with donors' wishes and charity law, and that fund balances are accurately tracked and reported.
The postholder will carry out their duties in line with departmental accounting policies, and with reference to Trust Standard Financial Instructions (SFIs) & Standing Orders (SOs), as well as charity-specific financial regulations and requirements.
The Finance Manager will provide expert financial advice to fund advisors, Charity staff, and the Charity Director, taking initiative to achieve agreed results and working independently on a day-to-day basis within clearly defined policies, protocols, procedures, and codes of conduct. While having significant autonomy in managing the charity's finances, the postholder will not work in isolation but as part of a supportive network that includes senior finance leadership within the Trust.
