Job Purpose:

The primary role of the Gift Aid Officer is to oversee the management of Gift Aid Claims, and other forms of tax-efficient giving, within the Fundraising team. This includes reviewing the production and submission of MSF’s Gift Aid claims to HMRC each month via a 3rd party, preparing data and submissions for other types of tax efficient giving, such as Discretionary Trusts and identifying and implementing opportunities to maximise this income channel for MSF.

They are also the main point of contact for the Fundraising team, providing training and advice on Gift Aid, and maintaining relevant user guides and documentation. The Gift Aid Officer will also liaise directly with supporters on Gift Aid queries.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 

• Experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 suite. The ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Yammer.
• Demonstrable working knowledge of HMRC’s Gift Aid Scheme and processes
• Considerable experience of Gift Aid management within a fundraising environment
• Experience of UK charity database systems, within a fundraising environment

About You

Our Partnership Development Officer is responsible for establishing and managing some of our corporate partnerships under the guidance of the Partnership Development Manager (PDM). This role will hold and develop strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders within some of our highest-level corporate donors.

You’ll have some experience in relationship management and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and an organised approach to a busy and varied workload. These skills will have been developed in either a charity or corporate role.

The Partnership Development Team sits within the Corporate Fundraising function, which is part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate. We collaborate closely with all teams across the charity, so communication, collaboration, and strong relationship skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the PDM to implement new partnership set-ups, create and execute partnership engagement and fundraising calendars and reporting methods.

· Respond promptly and professionally to your accounts, ensuring high-level customer service is maintained from across the charity.

· With the support of the PDM, create and support Partner Charity Committees and Ambassador networks.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team.

Support the PDM and Senior Partnership Development Manager (SPDM) in executing the corporate fundraising strategy for ARUK, to increase the team’s income.

· Ensure the operational delivery of the Partnership Development Team’s strategy through your partnerships.

Dementia UK has a fantastic new opportunity to join our Challenge Events Team where you will help coordinate a portfolio of third-party challenge event activities, driving both participation and income for the organisation.

As the team are expanding and taking on a new portfolio of events, you will manage three international marathons – Dublin, Athens and Valencia and two UK based events – Hackney Half Marathon and Manchester Marathon. As a Challenge Events Executive, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of these events using project management tools and techniques. You will develop and execute marketing plans that grow participant numbers, alongside managing stewardship journeys that deliver excellent supporter experience and maximise income. You will coordinate the production of stewardship collateral including copywriting, compiling design briefs and liaising with internal teams and expert suppliers. You’ll nurture relationships with key stakeholder both internally and externally to ensure the best possible event delivery. Prostate Cancer Research is seeking a driven Individual Giving Manager to play a pivotal role in building and delivering a high-performing fundraising programme at a time of significant growth.

Prostate cancer is now the most common cancer in the UK. At Prostate Cancer Research (PCR), the focus is on accelerating better outcomes for patients, from funding pioneering research to shaping national screening policy. Individual Giving is central to this mission. With a rapidly expanding supporter base and increasing investment in growth, PCR is looking for someone who can help take this programme to the next level.

Working closely with the Head of Individual Giving and Legacies, this role will act as the operational lead for Individual Giving activity, translating strategic direction into effective, insight-led campaigns. The post-holder will take ownership of campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels, driving both acquisition and retention, ensuring activity is optimised for impact and return on investment.

Purpose
The Philanthropy Manager will create and drive The Hunslet Club’s fundraising strategy by cultivating and securing significant philanthropic support a new capital project to expand opportunities for young people across South Leeds. Duties and responsibilities

The Philanthropy & Fundraising Manager will work on a full-time basis, or part-time on a pro-rata basis. The primary responsibility of the role is to secure £700,000 and above in philanthropic income over a 18 month period. This will be achieved through identifying, researching and cultivating individual donors, corporate supporters, trusts, foundations and strategic partners, using research tools and publicly available information to build and manage a strong portfolio of prospects, particularly those with an interest in supporting young people and communities.

To be successful, the postholder will develop an excellent understanding of The Hunslet Club, its mission and its inspirational youth and community work, and will help to develop and articulate a compelling case for support. The role will involve achieving a clearly defined set of Key Performance Indicators, providing high-quality stewardship to maximise donor retention, and maintaining, developing and leveraging existing relationships with current supporters. Job Purpose 

The Development Manager will manage our fundraising and partnerships portfolio, supporting the stewardship of relationships with some of the world’s biggest environmental foundations and philanthropists. They will manage new and existing relationships, prepare grant applications and reporting, and evolve our outreach to support the growth and diversification of our fundraising opportunities. The role will work closely with the Executive Director, our UK team, and our US based global development department, to secure sustainable resources to strengthen Oceana UK and help drive positive impact for our seas.

Eligible candidates should have a passion for fundraising and a track record in securing major grants and donations, with a focus on trusts, foundations, and philanthropy. They will foster strong relationships with high-level partners, co-deliver excellent funding applications and reports, and provide written and verbal updates with precision and confidence. They will demonstrate a strategic mindset, alongside strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. They must have experience in growing and diversifying income streams and converting new interest into long-term, sustainable, support.

The position will be hybrid, based three days per week (Tues-Thurs) from Oceana’s UK offices in Newquay, Cornwall or Paddington, London. Regular national, and occasional international, travel will be required to meet team members and stakeholders in geographically diverse locations, including Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and reporting to existing funders alongside the international development team and Executive Director. This will primarily be with trusts and foundations, individual philanthropists, and some corporate supporters.
• Manage successful grant applications and budgets, co-ordinating and collaborating with the international development team.
• Work closely with the finance, policy, communications, and campaigns team to ensure all relevant stakeholders are consulted in grant applications and reporting.
