Job title: Fundraising and Grants Manager
Location: Remote/ Home-based in the UK within 90 minutes travel of Central London with occasional national and international travel.

The Fundraising and Grants Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of WeProtect Global Alliance’s 2026–2029 Investment Strategy. You will lead the day-to-day management of our multi-donor grants portfolio, ensuring that donor obligations are met and that grant and financial management systems are robust, efficient, and compliant.

Working closely with the Head of Development and colleagues across the Secretariat, you will contribute to donor stewardship, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and support the development of new and renewed funding opportunities with governments, multilateral institutions, foundations, and private donors.

We are seeking a highly organised and values-driven professional with proven experience managing complex donor-funded grants. You will bring financial and operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a small, fast-paced, remote-working team. Above all, you will demonstrate a genuine commitment to child protection and to WeProtect Global Alliance’s

We are looking for an experienced fundraising leader to become their new Director of Relationship Fundraising. This is a wonderful opportunity for a practising Christian to shape and scale high-impact relational fundraising. You will lead and integrate Philanthropy, Trusts & Foundations, and Legacy giving into a high-performing team, driving income beyond £10 million annually.

You’ll champion innovation, and personally steward ultra-high-net-worth donors while ensuring data-driven, replicable fundraising models. As a strategic and relational leader, you’ll bring operational excellence, spiritual maturity, and a coaching mindset to a dynamic, growing team.

Externally, you’ll be a visible ambassador, inspiring partners, representing World Vision UK at key events, and engaging with supporters. Internally, you’ll work cross-functionally to embed relationship fundraising into a multi-channel strategy that delivers exceptional supporter experiences.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• Proven track record of leading and scaling high-value fundraising programmes (philanthropy, legacies, and/or trusts & foundations), ideally within a complex or global organisation.
• Demonstrable success in delivering sustainable, multi-million-pound income growth through relationship fundraising.
• Experience of managing and coaching high-performing teams, with the ability to embed accountability, ownership, and development at all levels.

About the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre

The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre is an award-winning charity launched by a team of volunteers in 2017. In December 2021 we opened our first physical space in London’s Bankside.

Our mission is to provide London with a sober, intersectional, intergenerational, community centre and café where all LGBTQ+ people feel welcome and supported, can build connections, and flourish. Our vision is for a more connected, belonging and thriving LGBTQ+ community in London.

In 2024, the Centre was visited by over 13,500 people, we hosted 700 events joined by 9,500 participants. 

In 2027 we will expand to Chroma in partnership with The Trampery, broadening our impact and reach. 

Overall purpose of the role

To work alongside the CEO to meet our fundraising goals by:

• Focusing on growing corporate donor base
• Assisting with grant writing if/when needed

As the year evolves, the role’s focus might shift. We are gearing towards opening a second location at Chroma in Bankside Yards in early 2027, so this role will be key in guaranteeing we grow as planned.

Our biggest fundraising moments of the year are Pride, Christmas, an annual fundraising event (normally hosted in November) and LGBT+ History Month. We are looking into capitalising on these key calendar moments, while developing long-lasting relationships that support the Charity throughout the year.

• Support with the development of our fundraising strategy for the next three to five years
• Expand our pool of corporate donors. We strive to work with companies and organisations that share our ethos and are truly committed to our community

Trinity delivers specialist end-of-life and palliative care at the Hospice and in the community as well as support and counselling services for family and friends. The Compton team deliver transformative funding results allowing the hospice to deliver outstanding care to patients and their families. Trinity is a key client for Compton, and we have a long record of success in generating income and sustainable growth across all income streams for the Hospice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Currently corporate income at Trinity averages £150-200k per annum and incorporates a small local business supporters programme, corporate sponsorship of hospice events or services and several larger corporate partnerships. The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a newly created role and they will work to increase income from corporate and business partners over the next 3 years. They will develop a strategy for growing this important area of fundraising and execute it. 

The successful candidate will build on what has been achieved to date to enhance our corporate offering, which will include engaging more businesses through the Local Business Heroes programme, working in partnership with other departments of the hospice to facilitate corporate volunteering and visits. They will work collaboratively with the Events Coordinator and Head of Philanthropy and Events to secure sponsorship for key events such as the RTH Gala Dinner, Dinner and Quiz, Opera at the Hospice, Light up A Life and others underpinning their financial success. In addition, we will look to the new Manager to enhance and develop our current offering. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be supported by a small team of Fundraising Executives as required and report to the Head of Fundraising.

The successful candidate will:

·Lead on developing and implementing an ambitious corporate fundraising strategy for our client to increase income to  £300k+ over the next three years.

·Manage and grow our existing corporate partnerships, retaining relationships where possible and increasing income.

·Improve both our promotion of corporate giving and the processes to steward corporate relationships.

About the Role 

The Director of Operations is a member of GiveOut’s leadership team, partnering closely with the Executive Director, they will lead on all operational matters, ensuring GiveOut is an efficient, compliant, and resilient institution capable of delivering lasting impact.

The Director of Operations oversees the charity’s financial and administrative systems, human resources, compliance and risk management, and internal communications. The Development Manager will play a central role in securing income for Stanley Arts through two key areas:

Experience & Knowledge

Core Purpose
The Corporate Partnerships Executive plays a vital role in managing and growing corporate relationships to maximise income and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership Management

• Manage a portfolio of five-figure partnerships and act as the primary point of contact for smaller corporate accounts, including our UK partnerships through Make-A-Wish International.

About the Role

Working alongside the Managing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day running of the BDD Foundation. You will help support the smooth operation of charity projects, media campaigns, and collaborations, while supporting the delivery of the charity’s community engagement and outreach activities.

A key focus of this role will be managing and maintaining the charity’s digital presence, including social media channels, newsletters, and website updates. You will plan, create, edit, and share content that reflects the charity’s mission and values, moderate online communities in line with our Social Media Policy, and collate insights to continually improve engagement and reach. The role also includes oversight of the volunteer and fundraising inboxes, ensuring timely responses and smooth communication. In addition, you will provide support for fundraising initiatives, including preparing funding applications, exploring new funding opportunities, and working closely with the Manging Director to help drive the charity’s impact.
