About the Role
The Director of Finance, Data and Systems leads the delivery of high‑quality financial stewardship and strategy, providing expert oversight of finance, data and systems across all Sadler’s Wells venues to support organisational performance and decision‑making.
Working as part of Sadler’s Wells’ senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Co-Chief Executives and the Board, ensuring robust organisational financial planning, risk management, and ensuring resources are effectively aligned to deliver impact for audiences and wider stakeholders.
Key duties will include:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Co-Chief Executives, trustees and other key stakeholders on all financial matters.
- Prepare and present financial updates to SLT, the Boards of trustees and relevant sub-committees.
- Lead the Finance and Data & Systems teams (3 direct reports and a wider team of 18)
- Advise the Board with clear, insightful financial reporting and recommendations.
- Lead the finance and accounting strategy to optimise the organisation’s financial performance
- Strategic oversight of Data and Systems department, ensuring the operational infrastructure is fit for purpose, and seeking to optimise the use of data to support improvements across the organisation.
- Lead the financial management plan, including setting and management of budgets, and provision of robust and relevant financial and management information to senior management, trustees and committees, and all budget holders within the organisation.
- Provide financial vision and forward financial planning and identify risk and maintain oversight of relevant mitigation measures.
- Ensure accurate and timely year-end accounts and audit processes, in line with Charity Commission requirements and applicable accounting standards (e.g. SORP).
- Responsible for the governance of the three corporate charities, subsidiary company and board subcommittees through maintenance and development of a risk management framework, financial systems and internal controls.
About You
You will be a CCAB qualified (or equivalent) accountant, with experience operating at Director of Finance, Chief Financial Officer level or within an equivalent senior finance leadership role. Applicants seeking a step up are encouraged to apply but must strongly demonstrate relevant prior experience of leading finance teams operationally and strategically.
You will have experience of reporting into Boards and sub-committees with the ability to translate and present complex financial data to non-finance audiences.

ROLE DUTIES
- Act as the primary governance support for the COO, ensuring all governance activities align with strategic priorities.
- Lead and manage the administration of the Finance Executive, Audit & Risk Committee, and Property Committee
- Support the COO, Diocesan Secretary and Head of Service Delivery in managing risk processes, including risk registers and compliance reporting.
- Prepare governance and Committee reports and relevant dashboards for the COO, CEO and senior leadership, including the Management Team and Bishops Leadership Team.
- Acting as a liaison between governance bodies and internal/external stakeholders.
CRITERIA
- Degree or equivalent level of relevant experience in governance, business administration, or a related field.
- Relevant and substantial experience in committee administration and governance support.
- Experience of working with and familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Experience of working with, alongside a strong understanding of governance principles and compliance frameworks

You'll manage a caseload of up to twenty clients, supporting them to find, secure and sustain meaningful employment in line with the eight IPS principles.

The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare profession/health related professional to join our existing team of Wellbeing Consultants embedded within established UK GenesisCare cancer treatment centres.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with patients, relatives, GenesisCare staff team and Wellbeing consultant team and the wider Penny Brohn UK organization. We are looking for a professional who can work in a flexible, proactive, intelligent, and creative way. Candidates should have experience of working within private or national health related services and have knowledge, experience/understanding of complementary therapies or other support services.
Key role considerations
- This role will involve working alongside our partner GenesisCare to ensure a holistic approach is taken in aspects of support and treatment.
- The bulk of the patient work is delivery of one-to-one sessions – completing holistic needs assessments, review appointments, consultations, mindfulness, and relaxation sessions.
- The Wellbeing Consultant is responsible for ensuring that patients and their relatives have a positive experience as they move through the Penny Brohn UK treatment support services at GenesisCare.

Home-Start Portsmouth is a local family support charity based in Portsmouth, providing outreach services, free Stay & Play groups and working within the Portsmouth Family hubs as part of the Best Start in Life offer in the city. Portsmouth is one of the most deprived cities in the country, and many of the families we support are living with many adversities.
We are a volunteer led service providing parents and carers with the support and guidance they need to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children and their family. We empower families to thrive by providing child-centered family support and in 2025 we supported 1000 unique families across our 12 projects with the support from our 110 volunteers.

About the role
This is a position offering someone with the appropriate values and experience, the opportunity to play a pivotal part in our small HR team As an HR Support Assistant, we would expect you to have a strong customer service focus with a remit of providing high quality and accurate effective HR and payroll administration service including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes and procedures. This role is part of first line HR support for a current headcount of 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- To work closely with the team and deliver a high quality accurate and confidential administrative process from recruitment throughout the employee journey at Herts Mind Network.
- Undertake general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role including responding promptly to internal/external e-mails and completing other general administrative duties accurately and efficiently as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee job changes and ensure the timely preparation and issue of updated contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
- To work in compliance with employment law and best practice for HR processes including, contracts, starters and leavers, employment checks, DBS checks, Right to Work checks and pre-employment referencing.
- Support with note taking for internal HR meetings, with guidance from the HR team.

HR Systems and Data
- Monitoring the Breathe HR System, ensuring employee profiles are up to date, including personal data, annual leave entitlement and job changes.
- Creating profiles for new employees on Breathe and ensuring the dashboard is up to date for all employees.
- Responding to queries regarding annual leave and absence, reporting and calculating allowances as required.
- Maintain our online E-learning resource (iHasco) ensuring new starters are onboarded and leavers are offboarded promptly. Complete monthly reporting on mandatory training for each directorate.
- Maintain our Cash Plan and EAP system to ensure new starters are added and leavers are offboarded.
- Ensure that Breathe is up to date and to be able to produce accurate and timely reports that aid decision making within HMN.
- Administrating and prompting line managers to complete the probation process and escalate if there are any performance feedback to the Senior Co-ordinator.
- Complete probation communications to ensure the documents are completed and up to date on Breathe and communications to employee, payroll and cash plan provider is accurate, prompt and up to date.
- Compile accurately information from HR systems and timesheets received each month for submission to payroll for processing.
- To collate and analyse employee data on a quarterly basis to produce accurate reports and visual tables for the Board.
- Update the HMN Organisational Chart and publish monthly intranet announcements on new starters and leavers.

Salary: £60,000 (Full Time Equivalent) Equivalent 8A NHS Banding
Shift Pattern: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working between 09:00 - 17:00, although some flexibility may be required at times with service needs. Working days can be agreed upon next stages of the interview process.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Registered Practitioner Psychologist with a background in clinical psychology to join our team in Croydon.
The service offers a psychologically informed environment across four sites, providing low to high support forensic mental health services to our residents with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnosis.
In this role, you will drive the delivery of evidence based psychological assessments and interventions aimed at the rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents into the communities. This is a creative, evolving, and impactful role which works closely with our Group Psychological Lead and wider teams to provide support to staff and at times residents to support in providing a streamlined and psychologically informed service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to the team with supporting our residents to overcome personal challenges and create a supportive environment
- Advise and streamline best practices, and enhance the overall skills and expertise of the team to deliver high quality care and support
- Provide clinical supervision to the team
- Provide highly specialised psychological assessments for our residents with mental health and complex needs
- Exercise full clinical responsibility for residents psychological care as a care coordinator within a multidisciplinary team
- Formulate and implement plans for various therapy routes and management of assessing mental health conditions based upon appropriate conceptual frameworks and evidence-based practices
About You
We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, able to proactively encourage, take leadership and ownership for creating a psychologically informed environment. You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively within the organisation and with external partners, collaborating with external stakeholders regularly in a multidisciplinary approach. You will be able to utilise your own expertise and support in empowering the wider team to enhance their skills to deliver a service which is supportive, safe, and in line with best practice for the organisation and external regulatory bodies.
- HCPC Registration is essential
- Post-graduate doctoral level training as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology
- Previous experience working as a qualified clinical and/or forensic psychologist, including working with people with complex backgrounds/needs and a good understanding of the sector we run our services in
- Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
- Understanding of criminology, psychology, and behavioural patterns, and how they link to different behaviours and engagement
- Ability to understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise
- Ability and willingness to show flexibility in working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
