The service brings together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our team in Lewisham. The role will take a leading position in the development and delivery of the Primary Care Mental Health Team, with responsibility for operational management of the service, support of team members, and building strong partnerships with SLaM, key stakeholders and line management.
This is a pivotal role for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving forward innovative and person-centred mental health support within primary and secondary care. The role requires strong communication skills and includes responsibility for dealing with safeguarding situations and risk management. Accurate record-keeping and outcome monitoring are essential.

Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioner to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for Neurodivergent children, young people and families using evidence-based methodologies. The post holder will safely work with people across different cultural backgrounds and ages and will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
The post holder will use their skills to support children and young people who are referred in to or have self-referred in to the A for Autism Service. This service is a community based Pre and Post Autism Diagnostic Service. The successful candidate will receive Reflective Practice Supervision to support their professional development and ensure the safety of themselves and the people they work with, alongside Line Management Supervision.

Information about the Job Role

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role could suit two types of candidates:
- A practitioner with experience of working with children and families who wants to use their practice experience in a programme management role, or;
- An experienced programme manager with strong public sector and/or charity sector experience, who is confident working with data and is relational and collaborative with colleagues and partners.
It would be an advantage, though not essential, to have experience of Family Group Decision Making, solution-focused practice, or the children’s social care sector.
Whilst this role is a managerial role, and not day-to-day family-facing we do make space for our Programme Managers to hold a limited number of referrals each year to nurture skills and practice experience. Full practitioner training is provided for all Daybreak employees.
The role is home based with regular travel into Bromley and Hackney Local Authority offices. A successful candidate would also need to actively work in person with commissioners, external partners, and communities in and around Bromley and Hackney on a regular basis, depending on service needs. Willingness to travel to other areas, depending on service need and growth is needed.
What does a week look like for a Daybreak Programme Manager?
No two weeks are the same, but as a Programme Manager you can expect to balance a mix of operational oversight, supporting your freelancer team, and stakeholder engagement. Typical activities include:
Ensuring a quality service for families, and delivering on contract aims
- Reviewing and triaging referrals, including case discussions with referrers.
- Quality-assuring referrals and Family Plans, ensuring procedures are followed and records are kept up to date in our case management system.
- Monitoring case records to make sure Family Group Conferences are progressing appropriately, and accurate records are being kept.
- Collating and analysing performance data (KPIs), using MS Excel and other tools.
- Writing quarterly reports for commissioners, analysing service delivery, providing narratives and identifying areas for development.
Working with your freelancer team of Coordinators
- Allocating new referrals to our team of freelance Independent Coordinators.
- Engaging Coordinators in best practice discussions, providing guidance to overcoming barriers or issues.
- Acting as the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns, reviewing incident reports and escalating when required.
- Hosting in-person and online Practice Development Groups to share key messages and facilitate best practice discussions.
- Recruiting, inducting, and supporting new Coordinators - from advertising and interviews to observing practice.
- Reviewing and signing off invoices from freelance Coordinators.
Working with external stakeholders and referrers
- Building relationships with referrers such as Social Workers, through consultations and attending team meetings.
- Promoting our services to commissioners and senior managers in children’s social care, ensuring referrals are high quality whilst also raising awareness of the value of FGCs and our service.
Contributing to the wider Charity aims
- Attending Programme Manager and staff team meetings.
- Contributing ideas and expertise to strengthen processes, improve service delivery, expand our offer to families, and support Daybreak’s wider charitable goals.
DETAILS
- Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience
- Location: The role is home based with regular travel into Bromley and Hackney Local Authority offices. There is also occasionally travel to Southampton (Head Office) for meetings and other areas, based on operational need.

About Sculpt UK
Sculpt is a UK-based charity with over 20 years’ experience, who support young people to shape their own future. Our vision is that we live in a society where young people can be fulfilled through their education, work and participation in wider society. What are we looking for?
Sculpt UK is hiring a bookings coordinator and youth programme officer who would deliver our direct intervention work with young people aged 12-16 with a focus on skills building around employment through our holistic work experience programmes. Approximately 75% of our under 16s work involves working with young people who have SEND or who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training). Training on working specifically with SEND students will be offered to the successful applicant.
The role will also manage our bookings with schools and individuals across projects. This job is a 70/30 split between Youth Programme Officer and Bookings Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
Youth Programme Officer:

Adhere to Sculpt UK’s safeguarding practices and procedures at all time

Katherine Low Settlement has worked with older people since its conception in 1924.They are a core part of the community that we continue to work with. We provide, often in partnership, a range of projects and activities for older people including health and wellbeing; creative arts; intergenerational work; connecting people and trips/outings.
Our services include Battersea Bites, Age Well and Core social activities and digital inclusion.

Key Objectives for this Role
Oversee the day-to-day running of our Battersea Bites Programme that includes a lunch club for people 50+ that runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and a healthy eating session on Mondays. This includes leading in the planning, shopping and preparation and provision of meals, the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen including overseeing a team of volunteers and ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Planning
• Plan and develop a monthly lunch service menu, a month in advance, using creative license to provide nutritious, varied, and satisfying meals that meet diverse dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, cultural needs, vegetarian/vegan options) while strictly adhering to Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Develop ideas for Battersea Bites Healthy cook and eat/ other sessions with the Age Well Team.
• Handle purchases and expense tracking using the Soldo card, ensuring full compliance with the bank card usage policy, and submitting all receipts and records promptly and accurately for financial oversight and reporting, for which training can be provided.
• Create several themed menus throughout the year which will engage members. For example, a Summer Lunch, an Afternoon Tea, etc.
• Support the planning of the older people’s lunch club with older people themselves
• Support the Elders team to welcome and support new members to feel part of the programme.
Delivery
• Complete a weekly food shop either online (we currently use Asda delivery service) or locally, buying fresh ingredients weekly which fall within the financial budget.
• Prepare, cook and serve healthy meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Undertake stock control such as stock rotation, ensuring all food items are labelled with expiry dates and disposed of when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is ready and set up for the lunch club service.
• Ensure the security of the kitchen and store cupboards to provide a safe working environment. (Our cupboards are locked.)
• To ensure routine day-to-day as well as specialised cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areas.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including the health and safety folder containing opening and closing checks. Training can be provided.
• Ensure your hygiene and cleanliness are of the highest standard, and those of anyone entering the kitchen, including volunteers, are suitably dressed and uphold the same standards
• Be part of and work closely with the Elders Team at KLS
• Support elders who attend the club so that the sessions are safe and enjoyable for them.
• Inform the Manager (or in their absence the Head of Service) of any concerning incidents, compliments, complaints or accidents (including safeguarding issues).
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by quickly and calmly addressing kitchen challenges and ensuring smooth meal preparation under pressure.
• Take part in the monitoring and evaluation of the programme under the guidance of the Managers of the 50+ programme

About the role
At the heart of our operations, our exceptional Regional Casework Coordinators serve as the primary point of contact for members of the armed forces community reaching out to our Regional Offices for support.
In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. You may be supporting individuals in distress over the phone, managing email and voicemail communications, collaborating with volunteers on complex casework, building strong relationships with local authorities and charitable organisations, or working closely with internal services to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlying needs to determine the best way to support them. You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensuring that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service.
Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the East of England region in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, or Essex.
You will occasionally be required to travel around the region or further afield, to attend face to face meetings or training events.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA. You will initially be required to attend an in-person caseworkers’ course which may require an overnight stay.
About the team
Reporting to the Regional Casework Manager our Casework Coordinators, together with our Volunteer Caseworkers, work remotely within the regional office area. With beneficiaries at the heart of everything we do, team members pride themselves in building and maintaining close working relationships to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The wider regional support team includes a Regional Manager, Volunteer Development Manager and a Community Engagement Manager.

About the Role:
The Nightstop Coordinator role is busy and varied role, it involves working with young people from when they approach the service to when they find longer term accommodation. What the role involves
1. Ensuring that there are regular training opportunities for both new starters and those requiring refresher sessions or updates when new functions or forms are released.
