Job Purpose:

• Contribute to hyh’s overall Fundraising strategy as a member of the Fundraising Team
• Have day to day responsibility for the Individual Giving income stream
• Manage a portfolio of existing Individual Giving supporters, providing exceptional supporter care and building relationships, stewarding and nurturing existing donors.
• Improve supporter retention and maximise donors’ lifetime value to hyh
• Manage, develop and lead on the use of hyh’s CRM effectively to segment data and make insight-led decisions. This includes developing new reports, liaising with the external CRM consultant to make improvements, writing up procedures and training members of the team in best practice.
• Acquire and develop new donors through solicitation and stewardship plans using a supporter journey programme to build engagement and loyalty.
• Develop marketing and comms materials through digital and other channels to deliver the programme.
• Maximise all opportunities to develop regular giving, appeals, one-off occasion donations, in-mem and legacy

We are looking for a Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager to join the National Theatre Development Team.

The purpose of the role

This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.

Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.

Your natural curiosity will lead you to identify new opportunities using a variety of online sources in combination with the NT’s database, Tessitura, and you will be able to articulate your recommendations to fundraisers in a concise and compelling way. With excellent attention to detail, this role also undertakes due diligence research into potential funders to assess any risks to the NT of accepting funds. This role also manages the Development Operations Assistant, who leads the day-to-day administration of the Development database.

The role has scope to offer insights across the whole Development team and NT senior management, and would suit a strong collaborator with enthusiasm for the work of the NT.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• Experience of managing prospect research projects and supporting prospect pipeline management in a fundraising environment.

• Experience of Tessitura or other customer relations management systems.

• Proven ability to gather and interpret information for relevance from a variety of sources.

The role

The Customer Support Executive role is responsible for assisting both internal and external stakeholders through out every action taken. This role is required to have in depth knowledge of all FareShare Go, and FareShare Uk’s policies and procedures, our various systems and platforms, excellent communication and analytical skills and a can-do attitude. The Customer Support Executive is the face of FareShare to our partner organisations, answering inbound queries to identify not only the issue but the root cause of the problem, and are responsible for seeing this through until the underlying cause has either been resolved or escalated to a stakeholder to investigate. This role goes beyond looking at these issues on a case-by-case basis, being responsible for highlighting trends across the issues that come across the support teams' desk to identify overarching themes and suggesting improvements to address these. Relationship management underpins every action carried out throughout the day, be it customer, stakeholder, or colleague facing to ensure that we are providing the best possible service we can. This can take many forms, from complaint handling with our customers when there is a retailer issue, expectation management when there is a customer misunderstanding, conflict resolution between our customers and/or retailers, to ensuring that all our records are detailed, up to date and inclusive of all information needed for our colleagues to carry out their role. Main areas of responsibility

Resolving support issues

• Working with our charities to maintain seamless high quality support, including solving issues as they arise, and escalating to appropriate stakeholders.

Charity compliance

• Managing all charity compliance workstreams for one of four FSGo Regions through effective reporting, analysis, communication and intervention with charities to achieve agreed KPIs

 Effective use of CRM

• Understanding and using a Customer Relationship Management system to support all charities, by maintaining up to date records on all charities and scheduled donations. 

 Supporting regional teams

• Working closely with our regional field teams to transition charities from initial to ongoing support, supporting their engagement and retention work with collecting charities.

 Stakeholder support

• Working with the data support team to identify support trends, by analysing performance, gauging satisfaction and proactively escalating key issues.
• Working closely with our retailer partners and tech supplier to resolve issues and action requests.

Charity Recruitment and lead Generation

• Make charity eligibility assessments and understand their need and capacity for surplus food, in order to maximise the volume of food donated.
• Assisting with rollouts to new retailers, proof-of-concept and trial initiatives.

As Assistant Shop Manager at Scope's West Croydon shop, you’ll work alongside the Shop Manager, and use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day is different! One day you might be be generating and processing stock and designing an eye-catching window display. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as relevant experience.

The Diocesan Safeguarding Team supports parishes and senior clergy to safeguard children and adults who may be at risk of abuse and neglect, and those in abusive relationships.

As a vital part of the safeguarding team, the Training Administrator supports the department through a variety of tasks from the booking and administration of safeguarding training courses run by the Diocese and content management for the training webpages through to the maintenance of the personal safeguarding training record database.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Training

• In conjunction with the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, facilitate a safeguarding learning and development programme for the diocese aligned with the national church Learning and Development Framework, Church Safeguarding Standards, reflecting the specific safeguarding responsibilities of those in role.
• To administer all lay and clergy safeguarding training run by the Diocese in line with above, in approximately 80 sessions a year.  This includes: producing a deadlines document; administers the sessions on Zoom / Teams, posting courses on Eventbrite and operating as content manager for publicity on the Diocesan website.
• To administer bookings for training courses; copy course materials and respond to emails and queries on training matters, ensure compliance of work submission required before and after courses. 
• Log entry of all course participants onto a database to ensure each person has a personal safeguarding training record, and each parish has a safeguarding training profile.

General Administrative 

• Work with IT and Information and Data Manager position to produce reports for the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser on safeguarding training issues and trends, and annual statistics represented in charts and graphs for inclusion in the annual safeguarding review. 
• Produce quarterly reports on training compliance for Archdeacons and the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisory Panel meetings. 
• Helping to organise and minute meetings when the safeguarding administrator is not available/on leave.
• Support the safeguarding team with other tasks and projects as identified by the Safeguarding Administrator or Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser.

Cook for Good is a not-for-profit organisation which combines corporate team building with social responsibility, for the benefit of everyone involved. Context and Responsibilities within this role:

Cook for Good is about to move into their third year of operating. They have grown quickly from a start up to a high profile social enterprise. Initially most of their corporate sales and partnership revenue was generated organically, driven by their founders' networks. In this role you will work closely with C4G's Corporate Partnership Manager and Events Director to support all in-bound sales enquiries for their corporate team building events and convert to bookings.

* You will support the business development team in dealing with enquiries from leads they generate as well as liaising with existing clients.
* You will also support the Events team to co-ordinate the booking of events and liaising with corporate clients in both the lead in and follow up to an event.
* Organise and occasionally host show rounds for prospective clients.
* Occasional research to identify new prospects and circulate sales information where required to support Corporate Partnership Manager and Marketing Manager
* Ad hoc support on social media updates (LinkedIn and Instagram) to promote Cook for Good through client and wider networks

They are now looking for:

* Ability to communicate, inspire and engage well with a wide range of stakeholders and prospective clients
* Experience of using a CRM system and ensuring timely and accurate reporting on sales pipelines, targets and key account status
* Excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills with great attention to detail supported by strong system administration.

Your role

As Assistant Shop Manager, it is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Shop Manager in Surbiton's brand new Scope shop (Victoria Road, Surbiton, KT6 4NS). The shop will be opening mid 2024.  You will be able to use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day is different! One day you might be be generating and processing stock and designing an eye-catching window display. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as relevant experience.

About you

You’ll be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and committed to providing excellent customer service. You do not need specific retail experience. But we do ask that you are business minded and have worked in a fast paced, service environment where you put the customer’s needs first. You’ll also need to showcase a great attention to detail, solid IT skills and have a creative eye for displays. You will also demonstrate an appreciation of Scope’s values and ambition of achieving Everyday Equality for disabled people.

About the job

We are seeking a confident and experienced Modern Slavery Case Worker Assistant with a wide range of skills and importantly, a ‘can do’ approach. As a Modern Slavery Case Worker Assistant, you will provide high quality practical and emotional support to potential victims of modern slavery within a safehouse setting.

You will work as a member of the team providing a safe temporary environment for vulnerable adults who have experienced trauma and exploitation. The role will involve assisting service users with increasing practical skills and self-confidence to empower and enable independent and safe living.

This service is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Applicants must be willing to work flexibly, which will include on call duties, evenings, weekends and bank. Both roles will work between two properties approx. 4 miles apart on a Rota basis. A full induction and continuous training will be given.

The 30 hour per week post will be shifts from 4pm-10pm, 5 days per week, however, the initial induction will consist of day shifts until knowledge of safe house is comprehensive.

You must have experience of working with vulnerable adults, the ability to work within a ‘risk associated’ environment and ideally experience of working within a residential or community setting with non-UK citizens. Relevant social care qualifications or suitable experience of supporting vulnerable people is essential.

This is a challenging but important and rewarding job because our team members know they are working hard to help transform the lives of some of the most vulnerable people. This is a new role for Emmaus Bristol. Through our five-year-planning process we identified a new staffing
structure that will allow our charity to thrive and to grow. The Head of Resources is needed so that the core organisation runs smoothly, and policies, processes and systems allow the team to do their jobs efficiently and effectively. This will be crucial as we develop new streams of work, and help more people out of homelessness or into work.

The Head of Resources therefore, will have a key role to play in making Emmaus Bristol an effective charity.

This is a senior leadership role, but as we are a small charity, all roles are somewhat hands-on. You’ll need to be as confident discussing our reserves policy with trustees, as you would be resolving a cash discrepancy with a retail team member, and just as good at strategy as you are at detail.
